Are Any Religious Structures Safe In The US?
With the burning of three churches in Louisana, the burning of Notre Dame and the attempted burning of St. Patrick's in New York, one has to ask the question, how safe are religious buildings?
Should they be under 24/7 surveillance and be guarded?
Yes, I know there will be those who say that Notre Dame was not an act of terror, the French said so while the building was burning, however, we don't buy that. Heck, if a warehouse burns, a decision regarding the cause usually takes weeks to determine if it was arson or some other reason. To say it was not arson before the flames are out can mean only one of two things. Either it is a political decision to not inflame the already tense times in France or they have an eye witness who saw how it happenned. If is it the latter, why has that person not be brought forward? We lean toward arson by either a nut or an islamist.
One cannot forget that three years there was an attempt to use a car bomb to destroy Notre Dame and ironically, the perp was sentenced the day before it burned. Coincidence?

P.S. The following is about the nut who tried to burn down St. Patrick's in New York.

This is crime-fighting with a personal touch.
A Florida man found himself behind bars in the Alachua County jail this weekend after a woman spotted him allegedly trying to break into her car outside her apartment – and decided to take matters into her own hands.
But she picked up a bat first.

According to WGFL in Gainesville, the action started Sunday morning when a woman identified as Clarese Gainey saw a man pulling on the door handle of her car and knocking on the window.
If that wasn’t suspicious enough, the man was wearing only a pair of boxer shorts.
“I grab my bat, I brace myself, and I ease the door open,” Gainey told the station.
When the man saw her, Gainey said, he decided to charge. But if the 5-foot, 6-inch, 300-pound man thought he was going to scare her, he quickly got a different idea.
“I took that bat and hit him upside the head like ‘pi-yah!’” Gainey told WGFL. “He said ‘Ow!'”
Check it out here. She might make your day.
The man fled, but made the mistake of leaving behind his pants, a shirt and a sock.
It’s not clear why the man had disrobed, but a police dog was able to follow his trail to a nearby mobile home park, WGFL reported.
There, police found a man identified as 37-year-old Antonio Mosely. Fortunately, he was wearing pants. Unfortunately for him, there was cocaine in one of the pockets, according to Fox News.
When Mosely was brought back to Gainey, she didn’t have any trouble making the identification.
A 5-foot, 6-inch, 300-pound guy can be hard to forget, plus there was that head injury where she hit him with the bat. She was sure it was the man who tried to break into the car she calls “the green goblin.”
“I put a good one on him! But he’s in jail,” Gainey told Fox35 in Orlando. “I ain’t gotta worry about him no more. I bet you won’t mess with that green goblin there, no more!”

Mosely was booked into the Alachua County jail on two counts of burglary and drug possession, WGFL reported.
As far as Gainey is concerned, it sounds like he should be grateful the criminal charges – and the knot on his head – are all he has to worry about. She wasn’t just ready to swing, she would have been ready to shoot, too.
“He better be glad I didn’t have a gun, because I would have shot him,” Gainey told WGFL, hefting her baseball bat. “But this is my gun right here. Because I gone ‘Pi-yow!'”
That’s a personal touch one Mosely might be remembering for a long time.

Attorney General William Barr held a press conference on Thursday morning summarizing the Mueller report, which he will be releasing with limited redactions.
UPDATE: MUELLER REPORT RELEASED. Click HERE to see it.
Here are the takeaways from the summary:
1. The Russian government DID hack the DNC and Hillary's campaign.
2. Mueller doesn't exonerate Trump but also does not implicate the president.
3. No American or Trump team member conspired with the Russian government or the IRA to meddle in the 2016 election.
4. There was NO COLLUSION.
5. No Trump campaign member disseminated the DNC materials to any entities. (Emphasis Mine)
6. There were 10 potential situations where Mueller thought Trump could have possibly obstructed justice.
7. After review by the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General, they determined that no obstruction occurred. At least not enough to warrant prosecution.
8. Both the AG and the DAG disagreed with the Special Counsel that some of the possibilities even existed.
9. Substantial evidence shows that President Trump was angered and frustrated with the investigation and felt it was obstructing him from performing his duties.
10. Regardless of his frustration, the president allowed unfettered access to him and his campaign, as well as the White House.
11. President Trump DID NOT Assert executive privilege and no material in the report was redacted due to executive privilege.
12. Trump's personal legal team was able to read the redacted report before it was to be released to the public.
