Foreign Countries Pile on to Mock America for Deadly Devastation in Texas

MeweSharePShare

As President Joe Biden and his administration work double-time to curtail America’s foreign policy to appease the country’s adversaries, those adversaries are relishing the power outages in Texas this week’s historic winter storm.

More than four million Texans were left without power after a devastating winter storm exposed the weaknesses of green energy and tested the state’s aging and unprepared power grid.

Roughly two dozen people in the Lone Star State have died, and those deaths are presumed related to exposure to near sub-zero temperatures. While this country all too often spends taxpayer money to help embattled countries across the globe dealing with natural disasters, this week, as Americans languished, our countries foes seemed to relish it.

According to U.S. News & World Report, which has been monitoring the international reporting of the situation in Texas, reporters in China, Iran and Russia were quick to pounce on Biden and the country over the crisis, and they were anything but humanitarian.

The message was more or less that before America goes around nation-building, which was the favorite pastime of the Washington elite before former President Donald Trump crashed the party in 2016, we should get our own house in order.

A spokesperson for Russian prime minister Vladimir Putin took a shot at the struggles of Texans in a media statement.

“It probably makes sense for our American partners to be less interested in [Russia’s Baltic pipeline Nord Stream 2] and to a greater extent be interested in the events in Houston, Texas, [its] energy and heat supply,” said Dmitry Peskov on Thursday.

In another slam at Texas pride in its vast energy industry, he added: ”Of course, gas [supplies] would not be in that way here.”

Iran’s state media also seemed to enjoy watching American citizens struggle. U.S. News & World Report noted the country’s media seemed to celebrate with numerous images of Texans struggling on its homepage.

“More Than 3.5 Million Texans Are STILL Without Power, Storm Death Toll Hits 23,” that report was headlined. The country with eyes for nuclear weapons that the Obama/Biden administration paid cash to apparently hasn’t reevaluated its hatred for Americans since Biden was inaugurated.

Chinese state newspaper Global Times also took a shot a the U.S. in an op-ed on p Thursday morning that argued the grid failure in Texas is an example of why the country is not an example to follow.

“It is a severe natural disaster after all, and we cannot say that the U.S. is an ugly country just because many Americans are also suffering from man-made calamities,” the op-ed stated, according to the U.S News & World Report. “But what is happening there has undoubtedly shown that the U.S. is an ordinary country with serious shortcomings.”

“Actually, every country has its own problems, so the U.S. should focus on solving its own woes rather than denouncing other countries,” Global Times concluded.

These headlines and quotes wouldn’t be worth reporting if were Trump still president. What makes them newsworthy is that Biden was supposed to make these people, our most potent foes, like us — or so we were led to believe.

Clearly, they aren’t feeling the unity Biden promised.

In any event, things are definitely back to business as usual in Washington, now that Democrats and other establishment lawmakers are calling the shots. The “America First” policies instituted by the administration of President Trump are being peeled back across the board.

So, too, are domestic policies that made the country energy independent and economically prosperous. Gasoline prices are climbing, while Biden works to cut jobs and end key projects, such as the Keystone XL pipeline, which would safely transport oil from Canada and the country’s northern states down to southern refineries.

Most noteworthy; America is back to being the world’s punching bag while apology tour Act II is underway.

We’re set to dole out money globally as people in this country struggle to rebound from the devastating economic impacts of the coronavirus pandemic — which China unleashed on the world. What are we getting for Biden’s soft stances on China and Iran and his capitulation to the radical left?

According to the international media, we’re being chastised and mocked. Meanwhile, the Russians are having a pretty good belly laugh at our expense, too.

Trump wanted to begin a second term by keeping Americans safe with a continued focus on a strong but minimized military presence globally while also keeping the country’s adversaries in-line by forcing fair trade practices and drawing red lines which wouldn’t be crossed without consequences.

He also wanted to invest big to update the country’s aging infrastructure. This week, tragically, the weaknesses of some of that infrastructure were exposed. Biden now owns those problems and their solutions. Thus far, we’re being led to believe more windmills are our future, as is bowing on the world stage and voluntarily ceding our independence on foreign oil.

Biden spent his first four weeks pushing radical ideas which were designed to appease those both inside and outside of this country who’d like to see us falter.

But on the world stage, where Biden is already redirecting foreign policy back to the quagmire it was during eight years under former President Barack Obama, those who stand to benefit from our weaknesses are apparently taking great pleasure in our suffering — and we’re only in week four.

Does This Explain What Is Happening?

Joe Biden: “Shadow” president

“On the Holmes Front,” with Frank Holmes

When 78-year-old Joe Biden became the oldest president in U.S. history, some warned it wouldn’t be long before someone would take his place in the Oval Office.

As it turns out, critics were right; he’s already been replaced — and he hasn’t even left office yet.

Vice President Kamala Harris, Obama insider Susan Rice, and a swarm of unnamed Beltway operatives have taken over so much of the president’s powers, critics have started to wonder out loud if Joe Biden is already nothing more than a figurehead in his own administration.

Take Kamala Harris, who has usurped the traditional presidential role of representing the United States with foreign heads of state.

Harris spoke with the president of France, Emmanuel Macron, on Monday, where she “expressed her commitment to strengthening bilateral ties between the United States and France” and “thanked President Macron for his leadership on the issue of gender equality.”

Foreign policy is the president’s job, unless he’s not up to it—or he’s no longer president.

What’s more, the White House is not exactly hiding it. The news came in an official White House press release—and Harris tweeted about it the same day.

And just a month into the Biden administration, this wasn’t the first time she’s taken over his job: She spoke with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on January 22.

Of course, the mainstream media haven’t said a peep about things. That’s a far cry from how they handled former President George W. Bush’s administration, where they regularly claimed that former Vice President Dick Cheney really ran the show.

Now, they say nothing even though Joe Biden isn’t even going through the motions! In fact, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Biden won’t meet with any foreign leaders for at least “a couple of months.”

Voters knew Biden was elderly when they elected him — so, they knew Harris would likely assume at least parts of the presidency sometime in the next four years.

But well-connected Washington officials say Biden’s White House is actually being run by people who were never on the ballot—people hidden deep within the shadows of the Deep State.

One of them is Susan Rice. She served as Barack Obama’s UN Ambassador, then his National Security Adviser. She was also the one who spread the lie that the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi had been triggered by an anti-Islamic YouTube video.

Biden named her his domestic policy adviser—but a top-ranking Trump administration official says Susan Rice is the real power behind the throne.

“There’s no question that she’s running domestic and foreign policy,” said former acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, who was appointed by President Donald Trump.

Who voted for Susan Rice? Who’s even heard of Susan Rice?

Another name no one knew until recently is Jen Psaki. She’s supposed to announce Biden’s policy, but she appears to be setting Biden’s policy and—some say—even overruling the president himself.

At times, Joe Biden has given one very definite policy, only to have Psaki announce a much different one.

When asked during an interview before the Super Bowl if Iran would have to stop enriching uranium before he let them rejoin the sweet deal Barack Obama, Biden nodded.

But then Psaki walked back the hardline gesture, saying, “The president never said that, exactly.”

When policies switch from day to day, “it’s not certain who’s in charge—the president, or his handlers and staff,” wrote Jonathan Tobin.

Biden’s staffers “may think the president can’t be trusted to stick to the policies they’ve drawn up for him if let loose in an interview on television.”

So, they’re keeping him out of the spotlight — and he knows it.

Biden even called himself a “transitional candidate” and said, if he and Kamala ever had a major disagreement, he would pretend to resign for health reasons.

But Kamala is also tied up, since she has to cast the tie-breaking vote in the evenly divided U.S. Senate.

Meanwhile, “the shadow presidency of Susan Rice is front and center,” said Grenell.

Biden’s always wanted to be president, but critics say he may be little more than window dressing while the Deep State runs the show behind the scenes.

“Joe Biden is an empty suit. He does not control the Democratic Party,” said Leo Terrell on Fox News earlier this month.

But who really is controlling the White House? What are their plans? If we don’t like them, how can we vote them out of office, since they were never voted into office in the first place?

These are the sorts of questions no one should be asking in a free country.

Biden's New Plan Would Bring Back Illegals Deported by Trump, Even Those Convicted of Some Crimes

MeweSharePShare

A new immigration bill pushed for by President Joe Biden would provide amnesty for illegal immigrants who have already been deported by United States law enforcement.

The bill, introduced to Congress by Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez of New Jersey, reportedly offers amnesty to illegal immigrants who had been deported under former President Donald Trump from January 2017 onward, according to Breitbart.

It would also provide amnesty for the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants already living in the U.S.

The Department of Homeland Security will reportedly issue waivers for deported illegal immigrants who have not been charged with felonies or three misdemeanors so that they can return to the states.

According to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement report from fiscal year 2019, ICE alone deported 117,000 people who hadn’t been convicted of crimes. Under Biden’s new plan, these immigrants would be eligible for amnesty.

The simple fact of the matter is that this bill is another spit in the face of not only everyday Americans but also immigrants who came to the United States and worked for U.S. citizenship legally.

According to DHS’ 2019 Yearbook of Immigration Statistics, in 2019 alone the United States admitted 1,031,765 legal immigrants. Put simply, Biden is telling over a million legal immigrants one thing: Your work doesn’t mean anything.

The plan would also flood the labor market.

Hundreds of thousands of immigrants, previously unable to work due to a lack of citizenship, would be provided with a path to citizenship.

At a time when millions of Americans are still experiencing the economic havoc that COVID-19 wrought, the absolute last thing lawmakers need to be focused on is giving those convicted of crimes a second chance.

Thankfully, Senate Republicans are pushing against this absurd bill.

Republican Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas released a statement the same day the bill was introduced, saying, “This immigration plan is a disaster.

“It would devastate our economy by flooding our workforce with millions of new workers during a pandemic. And it does nothing to secure our borders, yet grants mass amnesty, welfare benefits — even voting rights — to over 11 million people who came here illegally. It’s a nonstarter.”

Republican Sen. Mike Braun of Indiana also released a statement: “During my campaign I promised to secure our southern border, and we made tremendous success with the previous administration.

“I am disappointed with President Biden’s executive orders to undo the ‘America First’ immigration agenda. Between halting construction of the wall on our southern border and a partisan immigration proposal that offers American citizenship to illegal immigrants, it’s clear Joe Biden is not serious about fixing our broken immigration system that rewards illegal behavior.”

It’s disgusting that Biden and Senate Democrats would so effortlessly stomp on the work of millions of men and women for no other reason than to prove their “wokeness,” but the current administration is committed to proving its worth to the radical left.

All that can be done now is to hope that Senate Republicans can convince some of their Democratic colleagues to vote against this abominable bill.
