Zimmerman Evidence Leaves Little Doubt He Is Innocent

The more evidence that comes about the conflict between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin, the more be have become convinced that, barring other information, Zimmerman should be set free.

The news media seems to ignore the evidence continuing to repeat the initial story including Trayvon's very old picture.  Isn't the media's role to seek out and report the truth?

So what happens when Zimmerman is eventually found not guilty? Probably something similar to what occurred in Los Angeles when the Rodney King cops were acquitted.  We, unfortunately, believe that there will be riots and this time it will be across the country, not just one locale.

We would assume that the President would make a statement that he feels that this is a  miscarriage of justice and that he will have his "department of justice" bring charges. He will not call for calm, rather his statement will incite the very violence that he wants.

Could this be the "October surprise" he is planning?  Could be.  The timing might be right as we have not heard when the trial, if there ever is one, will start. However, it also could be later depending any delays that either side might obtain from the judge.

Regardless, there will be civil disturbances if Zimmerman is released!

New Zimmerman Evidence Removes Any Doubt

George Zimmerman: victim of a liberal racist lynch mob.

Several months ago, after a review of the then-available evidence, I concluded that George Zimmerman was innocent. New evidence, recently released by the trial judge, supports the fact that George Zimmerman is the victim of a liberal racist lynch mob.
There is no doubt in my mind that Zimmerman is the main victim here and that President Obama, Attorney General Holder, Al Sharpton, special prosecutor Angela Corey, Sanford detective Chris Serino, and a host of others are prominent members of this shameful multiracial lynch mob.
In my previous article, I pointed out that I have investigated many cases of racial violence and police brutality, and have documented, in official federal reports, that many such awful events have indeed taken place in this country. Yet Zimmerman’s case did not have any of the features of those other incidents of racial brutality.

Zimmerman’s recently released statements have no hint of bias or racial animosity on his part. It is significant that the first mention of race in the new evidence was brought up by Sanford detective Chris Serino. Initially Serino had been quite supportive of Zimmerman’s trauma, but then within a few days he started to openly doubt the reasons why Zimmerman decided that Martin was suspicious.
He asked, “Had this person been white would you have felt the same way?” Zimmerman responded, “Yes.”
Serino persisted and implied that Zimmerman had instigated the confrontation and said that Trayvon Martin “was not doing anything bad. … He was 17. … A kid with a future … not a goon.”
Serino also asked Zimmerman if he had a problem with black people. Zimmerman replied that he didn’t.
Here is the core of this nightmare.  One detective decided, without evidence, that Zimmerman could not be believed. Chris Serino had no reliable evidence to support his position but he went ahead and submitted an affidavit calling for a manslaughter charge.
Detective Serino ignored the evidence that Martin walked around in the rain aimlessly looking at houses. He ignored the evidence that Martin had attacked Zimmerman and threatened to kill him, shouting: “You gonna die tonight, M__ F__!” The detective also ignored the obvious injuries on Zimmerman’s face during the interviews.
The chief of police and the district attorney first decided that there was not enough evidence to support Serino’s hunches. Lack of evidence is a cornerstone rationale for the operation of a civilized legal system when ethical officials decide not to proceed with a prosecution.
After the mob appeared demanding Zimmerman’s head, the governor appointed a new special prosecutor, Angela Corey, to handle the case.  She openly talked about “Dear Trayvon” and appeared to support the mob’s suspicions.
Zimmerman was then charged.
Rather than investigate the New Black Panthers or the other criminals making death threats, teams of FBI agents and local investigators have been ordered by Eric Holder’s Justice Department to go around Florida asking about whether anyone has heard George Zimmerman make racist comments. You can’t make this stuff up.
It is time that we all face up to the curse of extraordinary crime rates in the black community, usually directed at other blacks. Black are usually (though not always) the victims. It is the 800-pound monster in America’s living rooms that polite people do not discuss, lest we be labeled racists.
Among the many hopes I had for the new president when I voted for him was that he would effectively deal with black crime, in part because of his experience as a community organizer and in part because his own race would prevent charges of racism against him. Yet Mr. Obama has not faced up to black crime.
The Retreat at Twin Lakes, where Zimmerman and his wife live, is not, as has been often implied, an all-white neighborhood. It is indeed gated, but it is also multiracial with about 49% non-Hispanic white, 23% Hispanic, 20% black, and 5% Asian residents  In recent years, crime increased and young black men became involved in burglaries and violent home invasions there.
As a result of such repeated frightening incidents, residents decided to form a neighborhood watch program. Zimmerman was the coordinator of the program. Zimmerman, who has become a symbol of anti-black racism, was actually seeking to deal with the problem in the neighborhood in a direct and civilized way.
He is now ensconced in a solitary confinement cell in a Florida jail from which he pleads with his wife Shellie to get a bulletproof vest and to always wear it even though it may be uncomfortable.
