Lone-wolf terrorists in the United States are being urged by an al-Qaida publication to car-bomb tourist spots in New York and Las Vegas as well as a list of other targets, according to reports.

A new English-language magazine from al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), called "Palestine - Betrayal of the Guilty Conscience," also features a chilling manual on how to make a car bomb, Fox News reported.

The publication includes an article titled "Car Bombs Inside America," which calls for "Iraqi Style car bombs" that are "prepared by lone Mujahid in the U.S.,"PIBillWarner.com says.

The suggested list of targets for individual attackers includes New York's Times Square and casinos and nightclubs in Las Vegas, as well the Georgia Military College, the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, and General Atomics defense contractor in San Diego. The article also urges terrorists to set their sights on American oil tankers and trains.

The online publication urges Muslim extremists around the world to follow "the recipe" for making a car bomb and stick to a timeline of "selected jihadi operations" to set off the devices in crowded venues.

This recipe gives you the ability to make a car bomb even in countries with tight security and surveillance," said an article, which provided a "shopping list" of ingredients for the device, including cooking gas, oxygen gas, a barometer, decoration lamps and matches, Fox News reported.

The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) first called attention to the new terror magazine, which is a spinoff of AQAP’s Inspire magazine devoted to encouraging jihadists to destroy the West with lone-wolf attacks.

"The timeline concludes with the date 201? and blank spaces and question marks for the photo and information of the next attack, implying that it is coming soon." MEMRI Executive Director Steve Stalinsky told Fox News.

One section of the magazine is titled "Examples of Targets" and is divided into three categories, America, Britain, and the global community.

In Britain, the targets for lone attackers include the military academy and the Marks and Spencers chain of department stores. The magazine also says that the attacks should be carried on Friday during prayers so that Muslims won’t be injured.

The al-Qaida magazine also calls on Islamic fanatics to launch attacks on tourist destinations worldwide popular with Israelis, the British and Americans. Fox News said.

In a nine-page spread entitled, "How to make a bomb in the kitchen of your mom," the publication provides details on how to build a pressure-cooker bomb similar to the backpack device used in the Boston Marathon attack.

"My Muslim brother, before you start reading the instructions, remember that this type of operation if prepared well and an appropriate target is chosen and Allah decrees success for you, history will never forget it. It will be recorded as a crushing defeat on the enemies of Islam," the article said.
