Election Day's Importance

The Importance Of The Election
Stephen L. Rush

Election Day is almost here, and it is shaping up to be a historical one.  For starters, the election is illegal.  That’s right.  Okay, that takes some explaining.

The United States government wrote laws contrary to the Bill of Right, which are the first ten amendments.  The people called them on it and protested, assembled, petitioned, and notified the government of their error.  The federal government ignored the people and wrote laws to prevent the people from political posturing.  Even a modern Continental Congress didn’t work.  But, the government does not have the constitutional power to refuse the people, and stepped outside of the constitutional order to write such laws.

So, what happens when the federal government doesn’t listen anymore – do we just say, “Oh, well” and accept it?  The Tenth Amendment says, “when powers are not delegated to the United States federal government, they are reserved… to the people.”  The people can have what the Constitution calls “reserved federal powers”.  People used these powers to prove the government is unauthorized of the Constitution (illegitimate) and held a federal recall election.  The people won a favorable judgment through a governmental agency using contempt orders to keep courts in line, and order a warrant for the removal of over 300 federal and state officials, including heads of state in all three branches and state elections officials.

Do you think this nation’s leaders are just going to lay down and say “arrest me”?  They need some incentive.  So, until the recall is affirmed, the national elections are not legal.  If the government does not adhere to federal law and higher law, then this country is in legal limbo and its elections do not exist.

So, what can we do?  To restore this nation to the Constitution – and, where the people have the greatest chance of turning the tide in our favor – is to refuse the election.  That doesn’t mean not voting, because everybody has done that at sometime in their life.  No, refuse to have your ballot cast until the elections officials are called upon to recognize the federal recall of Jan 14, 2014.  Hold onto your ballot at the voting place and ask for an elections official.  When they ask, tell them "why" and then wait.  Easy.

At stake in these elections: the future of rights and freedoms of every American.  No biggie.  If you do nothing, nothing will ever change except what others decide for you.  For more information and to get involved, contact us on the web at www.willofthepeople.agency/.  Thank you for participating in this historical event.
