Kelo V City Of New Haven Is A Major Blemish On The Supreme Court. It Should Be Overturned.

Eminent domain should only be used as a last ditch effort to acquire property that is to be used for public use only!  The New Haven case is an example of the abuse of private property owners whose property was taken inappropriately.

This was the case of the Supreme Court that awakened us to the abuses of the government. Since then our respect for those who construct the rules for which we are to follow, has fallen dramatically.

Maybe awakened late, maybe it is before others, however, this case is an example of how a dictatorship works and that regardless of how much the people disagree, it makes no difference.

Another case was that of Obamacrapcare in which the Supreme Court, namely Justice Roberts, turned his words into pretzels to approve one of the most illegal, immoral and definitely unconstitutional pieces of legislation into law.  We can only hope that the upcoming decision on state exchanges will invalidate the law, however, our fear that it will not.

When the top court in the land sides with government, the people become powerless. Government rules and freedom disappears.

The America in which we grew up is gone subverted by ideologues and demagogues who know better than the common American.

When you read the New Haven case and the Obamacrapcare "decision" you realize that America is lost.
