Savage: Black Lives Matter Is 'Obama's Secret, Private Army'

Conservative radio-talk star Michael Savage has launched a blistering attack of "Black Lives Matter," charging the activist group that targets what it says is police brutality against African Americans is the equivalent of Adolf Hitler's brutal "Brownshirt" enforcers.

And, Savage tells "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV, the group acts as President Barack Obama's "secret private army" in pushing his radical liberal agenda on the nation.

"The Black Lives Matter movement, and I'm going to say it like it is, are Obama's shock troops. They're the brown shirts that Hitler had in Germany. How's that? Does that work for you?'' said Savage, author of"Government Zero: No Borders, No Language, No Culture,"published by Center Street.

"Never forget what Hitler did in the beginning. He used street thugs that he gave uniforms — brown shirts and ties — to beat people up with clubs, to intimate the police, to cause a total takeover of civil society.

"Make no mistake about it. This is the secret private army that Barack Hussein Obama's been talking about. That's what they're building."

Black Lives Matter exploded onto social media in 2014 following the controversial deaths of African Americans Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and Eric Garner in New York City at the hands of police.

The group has helped launch massive protests across the country by activists who charge law enforcement targets blacks.

"Let's say I'm paranoid. Let's say we're all crazy. What are they then? They're sterling citizens? They're all underway to medical school before they became thugs in the street?" said Savage, who hosts a nationally-syndicated radio program.

"Please, you know that's not the case."

The comparison of Black Lives Matter to the Hitler's "Brownshirts" of the Third Reich will no doubt spark a furor. The Fuhrer used his goons to strong arm his opposition at rallies and harass Jews during the rise of the Third Reich.

Savage's new book argues that the nation's future is threatened by progressives and radical Islamists — "dark forces" working independently to transform "our once-free republic into a socialist, Third World dictatorship ruled by Government Zero — absolute government and zero representation."
