Is This Hillary's Waterloo?

"Weiner's Laptop": Is it Hillary's "Missing Laptop"?

Was Huma Abedin hiding Hillary's supposedly "missing laptop "in her apartment in order to keep it away from the FBI -- not to protect Weiner, but to protect Hillary?  Is the laptop that was seized in the FBI sweep of the Abedin/ Weiner apartment as part of the Weiner criminal probe the one that belonged to Hillary? A laptop that's been missing for 2 years.

It sure seems like it.

Has the case of the missing laptop been solved?

That's Hillary's worst nightmare.

The laptop has been "missing" for two years and Clinton and her aides claim that they have no idea where it is.

But a week ago, the FBI announced that there were 650,000 emails on the device seized from Weiner including thousands to and from Huma and Hillary regarding State Department matters.

Why would they be on a laptop that belonged to Weiner?

And last night, CBS News reported that the FBI discovered State Department emails on the laptop seized from Anthony Weiner. These emails are new to the FBI, not duplicates, and were never turned over to FBI.

There was good reason for Clinton to hide the laptop. It contained ALL of the Hillary Clinton emails that were originally on her personal serve when she worked in the State Department. It had not yet been picked clean yet because no one knew it existed. That laptop housed the 33,000 emails designated as  "personal" that Hillary never turned over to the State Dept. and claimed to delete.  The story of its alleged disappearance is laughable.

Someone has had the "missing" laptop for the past two years. And that someone had to be one of Hillary's most trusted aides. Huma Abedin would be at the top of that list.

Was the laptop one that was not owned by Anthony Weiner and was, unfortunately for Hillary and Huma, just caught up in the sweep?

It's Hillary's worst nightmare.

Here's how the emails got on the laptop:

After leaving the State Dept., Clinton aide Monica Hanley downloaded all of Hillary's emails from the Chappaqua server onto a laptop to use as a reference for a future book. They were supposed to go to the Clinton homes, but Hanley says she forgot to hand them over.  Much later, Hanley claims to have discovered the laptop in her apartment and sent it to Platte River so they could download the files onto the new server.

That's where it gets interesting. Platte River sent it to someone by mail, (not identified by FBI) but it was later LOST. Hanley suggested that it arrived when the Clinton office was moving and got lost in the shuffle.

Seriously? Are they all ditzes?

The FBI recovered over 17,000 new deleted emails. And now they've recovered more on Weiner's computer.

It's never been clear who actually owns the computer.

But what's missing is the original laptop with ALL of the emails on it.

So was it hidden in the Abedin-Weiner apartment and picked up serendipitously by the FBI?

It's very likely. And that's bad news for Hillary.

The only question is whether we get the answer before Election Day.
