It comes as the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier continues to steam towards the Korean peninsula amid an escalating war of words between Pyongyang and Washington.
The video, accompanied by rousing music, starts by showing scenes from the massive military parade in the capital last weekend.
It then shows a terrifying array of rockets aiming towards the sky before pictures of American warships and the White House are shown with a target in the middle of the screen.
Beach landings, US bombers and a American fleet of warships are all shown in the cross-hairs during the 2.5-minute clip, which ends with a mock up of a rocket strike obliterating the White House.
It comes just days after Kim Jong-un was seen smiling and waving as crowds watched a simulation of a US city being wiped out in a nuclear attack.

North Korea put on a musical show to mark the birthday of founding father Kim Il Sung which ended with a mock-up of rockets engulfing America in flames.
The choral performance was attended by dictator Kim Jong-un, the elder of Kim's grandson, on Sunday, after a massive military parade in the capital.
The singing was followed by footage of its test-firing of a missile in February which, in the video, was joined by other missiles shooting into sky, passing over the Pacific and exploding in giant balls of flames in the United States.
The video ended with a picture of the American flag in flames, overlapping row after row of white crosses in a cemetery.
In March, Kim released a military propaganda video again depicting North Korean troops blowing up a US aircraft carrier.
The film shows mocked-up footage of North Korean troops joyously destroying American bombers and fighting forces.

A female narrator declares that the United States will perish if it ever thought that an attack on the communist state would result in victory.
'A knife will be stabbed into the throat of the carrier, while the bomber will fall from the sky after getting hit by a hail of fire' says the narrator according to Yonhap News Agency.
The video shows 'Foal Eagle' military drills with America and South Korea which have long angered the North Korean government according to Newsweek.
Uriminzokkiri, the YouTube page where the video was published, has hosted other controversial clips which depict North Korean troops bombing America.
In 2013 it published a video showing a North Korean man dreaming of missiles raining down upon Washington, D.C. and New York.
