Ronna Romney Takes Tom Perez To The Woodshed

RNC Chair Slams DNC Chair For Insulting All Republicans

Newly minted Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniel slammed her Democrat counterpart, DNC head Tom Perez, for comments he made in a Friday speech in which he insulted Republicans.
According to Fox News, Perez made the remarks at a rally hosted by the New Jersey Working Families Alliance, in a clip from a speech that acts as a cautionary tale about the deleterious effects of Red Bull abuse.
“(President) Donald Trump, you don’t stand for our values. You didn’t win this election,” Perez, a former labor secretary during the Obama administration, told the audience. He also claimed that “Republicans don’t give a s*** about people.”

Ah, the Democrats — the party of class and dignity, bringing Americans together. Here’s the clip (including that errant swear word, so just a warning — it’s NSFW):
Is Sanka still on the market? Has Mr. Perez considered it as a proven jitter-free decaf alternative with real coffee taste?

McDaniel was similarly unimpressed with Perez’s shenanigans.
“Chairman Perez’s comments are dangerous and undermine our democratic process,” McDaniel wrote in a statement condemning the DNC head, according to The Daily Caller. “Perhaps Mr. Perez needs a lesson on how the Electoral College works but whether he likes it or not, Donald Trump is our president.
“He should be ashamed of himself for insulting the millions of Americans who don’t share his liberal vision for our country,” she continued. “The Democrats are the minority party because of comments like those, and if he thinks this is the way back from the wilderness, he’s sorely mistaken.
“Mr. Perez should apologize and Democrats should denounce the rhetoric coming from the new leader of their party.”

Say what you will about Debbie Wasserman Schultz (and trust us, we did), at least you didn’t have to have an aide standing by at her speeches with a tranquilizer dart and something to bleep out naughty language. It’s hard to think we’d be pining for the relative sanity and civility of the Wasserman Schultz era, but such is the state of the DNC in 2017.
Please like and share on Facebook and Twitter if you think DNC head Tom Perez should apologize for his remarks.
What do you think about what the RNC chair said?
