Sick Left Criticizes Pence For Moral Standing

The vice president’s dinner policy is ‘probably illegal’?

The Left continues to criticize Vice President Mike Pence for refusing to dine privately with women other than his wife, a long standing policy throughout Pence’s career. This has been construed as old fashioned, abnormal, and even offensive to many on the Left. The latest is that it’s “probably illegal.”
Sunday on “The Mike Slater Show,” Mike discussed left-leaning website Vox’s opinion that Pence’s policy pegs all women as temptresses and perpetuates rape culture.
“I don’t think it’s a trust issue. It’s not about insecurity; it’s about respect. If my wife said to me ‘Oh, hey, honey, I’m going out to dinner tonight with Jim.’ Like, what? What are you talking about? I’ll admit this one is a little tough for me because it’s so obvious.”
Mike pointed out that, on one hand, President Donald Trump is criticized for being too abusive towards women while on the other Mike Pence is, apparently too puritanical. He added that the Billy Graham-inspired stance demonstrates respect as well as setting up protections against false accusations of impropriety.
