When Conversation And Discussion End, Only Violence Can Follow. Sad Day For Americans!

Liberal filmmaker Mark Duplass endorses Ben Shapiro in a tweet, vitriol ensues and he backtracks

This story is a heroic and sad one at the same time. As with many stories of outrage nowadays, this story begins on Twitter with actor and Hollywood filmmaker Mark Duplass.
The high crime?
He encouraged fellow liberals who are curious about “crossing the aisle” to follow Ben Shapiro.
Oh, the Humanity!
Here’s what he said:
Fellow liberals: If you are interested at all in ‘crossing the aisle’ you should consider following @benshapiro. I don’t agree with him on much but he’s a genuine person who once helped me for no other reason than to be nice. He doesn’t bend the truth. His intentions are good.”
The end. That’s all he said before getting absolutely pummelled on social media for even uttering the name “Ben Shapiro” or even suggest he has ideas worth hearing.
As you probably would imagine, the pile of tweets dubbed Duplass’s bipartisan suggestion as “misguided” and as an endorsement of “bigotry, xenophobia, and white supremacy.”
In fact, the outpouring was so maniacal, Duplass basically caved to the pressure and issued an apology.
They can’t give one example of his white supremacy argued Pat Gray who joined Glenn on Friday’s program.
“That, in my opinion, is a hero,” said Glenn. “Because he has everything to lose.”
