This Should Frighten Every Law Abiding American Citizen

Breaking! Redacted FBI Docs Change Everything

Breaking! Redacted FBI Docs Change Everything
(UnitedVoice.com) – New documents released by the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Thursday reveal that the FBI had no reason to continue investigating former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. Flynn was at the center of the debunked Mueller investigation into alleged Russian collusion in the 2016 Trump presidential campaign. Ultimately, the Mueller report found no evidence of collusion by President Trump or the campaign.
However, the decorated retired three-star general pleaded guilty to lying to investigators. He has since revoked his plea. The bombshell report of FBI misconduct reveals why. Handwritten notes unsealed by US District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan revealed that FBI investigators were trying to trap Flynn so that they could either prosecute him for perjury or get him fired.

Flynn’s Career and Firing

Flynn had a long and distinguished military career as an intelligence officer. In his most recent military position before retiring, Lt. General Flynn served as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Flynn would have tremendous knowledge about international affairs and significant players on the international scene.
Flynn was one of the earliest supporters of Trump’s campaign and was with him often on the campaign trail. After Trump’s inauguration, he was appointed by the Senate as the National Security Adviser. Three weeks later, Flynn was fired for supposedly lying to Vice President Mike Pence about a meeting with the Russian ambassador to the United States. On April 30, Pence said, as the facts came out, he was “more inclined” to believe Flynn unintentionally misled him about his contact with Russia’s ambassador.

DOJ Investigation Reveals Lack of Evidence on Flynn

Earlier this year, Attorney General William Barr ordered the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri to conduct a review of the criminal investigation into Flynn. The findings are shocking.
According to a four-page report by FBI investigators on January 4, 2017, the FBI was trying to establish Flynn’s activities when he was a member of Trump’s campaign team. The government agency wanted to know if he was knowingly or unknowingly “involved in activity on behalf of the Russian Federation which may constitute a federal crime or threat to national security.” The FBI’s goal was to determine if Flynn was coordinating with or taking directions from Russia.
FBI investigators ran database checks, requested derogatory information, and researched his assets and investments. Investigators followed Flynn and reported that his activities were not suspicious. They also reviewed all of his travel and determined nothing was inappropriate. They even surveilled a Russian subject and determined that no contact was made between the Russian and Flynn.
Investigators determined that there was no viable path to further investigation and said the “FBI is closing the investigation.”

FBI Purses Flynn Without Facts

However, disgraced former FBI agent Peter Strzok, a senior FBI official, had other plans. He ordered that the investigation not be closed immediately after receiving the report. During this time, Strzok was having an affair with FBI attorney Lisa Page. In newly revealed documents, Page was astonished that Strzok was able to keep the report open.
Strzok responded to her, “Yeah, our utter incompetence (of the initial report) actually helps us. 20% of the time, I’m guessing :).” In a communication on February 10, 2017, Strzok said he was re-writing the report of the Flynn investigation himself and wanted her to review it as he would be “needing it soon.”
It appears that, regardless of what it did or didn’t find, the FBI was determined to “get” Flynn on something. It was a setup. Even former FBI Director James Comey bragged that he was able to slip two FBI agents into the White House to interview Flynn. He acknowledged that he wouldn’t have gotten away with it if the White House were more organized. It was the earliest days of the Trump presidency. Comey also said, “I don’t think he (Flynn) knew (why were there). We didn’t tell him.” The earlier mentioned handwritten documents reveal that the FBI discussed strategies on how to set Flynn up at that White House meeting.
On December 1, 2017, Flynn entered a plea guilty of lying to the FBI. In light of the new facts, Flynn’s legal team has filed a motion to dismiss the case. He accuses the government of “egregious misconduct” and that the case should be dismissed in the “interest of justice.”
This is an evolving story, so check back as this develops.
