Today, President Obama gave us his long form birth certificate, at least that is what he told us. He also said that his birth status was taking up too much time in light of the major issues the United States is facing. Well, I sure do wish that I felt that he was telling us the truth.
When it comes to his birth status I still have questions. For a couple of years there has been the copies of Eleanor Nordyke's twins birth certificate going around the net. These documents show a birth date of August 5, 1961 and a acceptance date of August 11, 1961.The Department of Health record file numbers are 151-61-10637 and 10638. So you say, what does that mean? Well, when we look at the newly released birth certificate you see a birth date of August 4, 1961 (one day before the twins), an acceptance date of August 8, 1961 of August 8, 1961 which is three days before the Nordyke twins, however the record file number is 151-61-10641 (three or four numbers after the twins record file number.) Both the twins and Obama were "born" at the same hospital.
Now there are two answers to this puzzling question, either the Hawaii Department of Health system was incompetent at that time and recorded births out of order (which for government officials could be understandable) or the "new" document is not real.
There are two additional issues with the document as portrayed by the President as his "birth certificate." The first is that his father's race is listed as "African." In 1961 which was before the Civil Rights era, the proper description of someone whose ancestry was Africa, would have been Negro. Why is it this way? Again, is it incompetency on the part of the Health Department or....
The second question that is that if you look at the President's newly released document, it appears to have been copied out of a book as you can tell the left margin is getting darker. If we accept this as the record, then the State of Hawaii would have had to go back and make new copies of the old birth certificates. If you look at the Nordyke certificates, they are the black background with white writing which is what all older birth certificates (including my own) look like.
Another question that arises in my mind is why is he named Barack Hussein Obama II and not Barack Hussein Obama Jr.? Normally, parents name their child Junior if all the other names are the same. Just a question, that tickles the innards of my less than fertile mind.
So I guess I am still one of those demented birthers who will never accept his "story." I go back to my comments earlier this month advising the President to release ALL of his records including his college records. He won't and I fear he will take the attitude that he doesn't need to as he has released his birth certificate. Until the time he produces all his records, there will always be those who like me, who keep wondering "if he has nothing to hide, why does he just not come clean." The only answer I can think of, he is dirty!
