How long has the FBI known about the shady tactics of Hillary Clinton and her cronies?
An 11-count indictment against a Maryland businessman who profited off of the Uranium One deal was unsealed by the Justice Department on Friday, but according to an October report from The Hill, the FBI and the Barack Obama administration knew of a bribery plot before it approved of the deal that provided Russia with control over a considerable portion of the United States’ uranium.

The Evidence Is Overwhelming

Before the Obama administration approved of the controversial Uranium One deal in 2010, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence of bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money laundering by Russian nuclear officials in an effort to “grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States,” The Hill reported.
The FBI was helped by a confidential “U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,” according to The Hill.
It also obtained an eyewitness account, which was corroborated by documents, showing Russian nuclear officials had sent millions of dollars to the United States. These funds were intended to benefit former-President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation while his wife, Hillary Clinton, was secretary of State.
The plan was reportedly hatched “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” of the funds from the kickbacks.

Hidden From The Public

But the Department of Justice (DOJ) chose to continue investigating for four more years rather than bring charges immediately. This meant that Congress, and the American people, had no idea of Russia’s uranium ambitions in the United States.
The Obama administration, however, made two major decisions that benefited Russia’s commercial nuclear desires. The first came in October 2010, “when the State Department and government agencies on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States,” approved of the sale of Uranium One, a Canadian mining company, to Russian company Rosatom, which gave Russia control of 20 percent of America’s uranium supply.
The second occurred in 2011, when the Obama administration gave permission to Rosatom’s subsidiary, Tenex, to sell commercial uranium to nuclear power plants in the United States. Prior to that decision, Tenex was limited to selling the plants “reprocessed uranium recovered from dismantled Soviet nuclear weapons under the 1990s Megatons to Megawatts peace program,” The Hill reported.
“The Russians were compromising American contractors in the nuclear industry with kickbacks and extortion threats, all of which raised legitimate national security concerns. And none of that evidence got aired before the Obama administration made those decisions,” a source that worked on the case told The Hill.

Time To Pay The Piper
On Friday, an 11-count indictment was made against Mark Lambert, the “former co-president of a Maryland-based transportation company that provides services for the transportation of nuclear materials to customers in the United States and abroad,” The Daily Wire reported.
Lambert was charged with “one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and to commit wire fraud, seven counts of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count of international promotion money laundering,” according to a statementfrom the DOJ, all related to the Uranium One scandal.

With news like this coming out, it looks like Hillary Clinton is going to long for the days when her biggest concern was explaining how 33,000 emails magically disappeared during an investigation.
With any luck, she’ll soon be held accountable. But since the FBI seems to be on her side, we aren’t holding our breath.
