2 DOCTORS SPECULATE HILLARY HAS PARKINSON'S DISEASE
'Raises profoundly troubling implications for her possible election'

Hillary Clinton’s health problems first weren’t anything to worry about; the comments about coughing and such were the results of “conspiracy” talk. Or maybe dehydration. Then the story changed to well, yes, there were allergies that were causing minutes-long fits of uncontrolled hacking.
Then there came the statement over the weekend that the problem really has been pneumonia, and the Democratic Party candidate for president now is feeling much better, but will be off the trail a few days to get some rest.
Will it be something else tomorrow? Or the next day?
Scott Johnson spent 19 years as a “board certified internist,” and he suggests that even now the pneumonia is just the symptom of the problem itself, and something else could be looming: a stroke or possibly Parkinson’s.
At the Powerline Blog he wrote, “During my 19 years as a board certified internist I have taken care of many hundreds of patients with pneumonia. The story about Hillary Clinton being diagnosed with pneumonia raises a red flag as to the cause. It could simply have been a community acquired pneumonia, which means she contracted it as a healthy person living her usual life. This happens occasionally, even to healthy people. If this is the case the timing certainly is unfortunate for her given where we are in the election cycle though it doesn’t portend anything ominous.”
In support of that idea, People reported multiple members of the Clinton have been struck by a “debilitation bug” at her headquarters.
An unidentified source told the publication, “At least half a dozen senior staff were felled, including campaign manager Robby Mook. Two top advisers even needed emergency medical treatment, the source says. One top adviser diagnosed at a Brooklyn urgent-care center with a respiratory infection was being treated with antibiotics in the days before Clinton’s diagnosis. Another top adviser was taken by ambulance to the ER by ambulance after collapsing from what turned out to be severe dehydration, the source said.”
However, Johnson noted there is another “more worrisome possibility.”
“I raise this second possibility because of Hillary’s history of neurological illnesses (blood clot in brain, concussion), hints raised on the Internet in Wikileaks documents and by others that she may have a neurological disease like Parkinson’s, and her by now well documented history of recurrent coughing fits. This second possibility is that she has an aspiration pneumonia.
“Aspiration pneumonia occurs when fluids and food particles that normally enter the esophagus instead enter the windpipe and lungs. It is commonly seen in neurological conditions like strokes and Parkinson’s disease or similar diseases where the nerves to the swallowing mechanism are not working properly. This is especially worrisome because it is likely to recur given the underlying, usually incurable disease process and because it can be a life-threatening event,” he said.
“I consider aspiration pneumonia to be the more likely cause because it unifies all the pieces of disparate information that are available on Hillary’s medical condition. A diagnosis of aspiration pneumonia raises profoundly troubling implications for her possible election as president,” he concluded.
At VidZette, Dr. Ted Noel agreed that probably is the case.
He assembled a 16-minute video explaining that the evidence suggests she has had Parkinson’s, and has known about it, for several years.
“Everything … fits the theory,” he said. “Video evidence is solid. [There’s] strong evidence of [her] having advanced Parkinson’s disease.”
And that, he explained, “Makes her medically unfit” for the Oval Office.
See his explanation.
There are a number of recognized names lining up behind the idea that there certainly needs to be some testing.
In Buzzfeed, former presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson said Clinton should have an MRI, and release the results.
“It is imperative that both major candidates for the highest office in the land immediately release detailed recent medical records to allow the people a fair opportunity to assess their physical fitness for office.
“In the case of Hillary Clinton, because she has had a brain injury in the past and there is a question of venous sinus thrombosis, the result of a recent specialized MRI would be very helpful,” he said.
But that won’t fix everything, he pointed out.
“What’s the cure for an unhealthy penchant for privacy that repeatedly creates unnecessary problems?” he asked.
The Week joined in blasting Clinton for not her physical condition, but for how she’s been handling it.
“The most charitable reading … is that her campaign – presumable with the blessing and perhaps insistence of the candidate – fully intended to keep her illness a secret from the public. Let’s be clear about what this means: Her campaign intended to lie. Even though doing so would require her to keep up a public schedule that might well make her condition worse and require ever-more elaborate forms of concealment. Because, of course, to curtail her schedule would raise questions that might reveal the truth.”
The suddenly newfound interest in Clinton’s health, on which WND has reported for months, and more, came after she was caught on video apparently collapsing as she got into a limousine over the weekend.
She went to her daughter Chelsea’s apartment nearby and 90 minutes later came out, to a statement from her campaign that she had been diagnosed with pneumonia.
“In the blink of an eye Sunday, the attitude about Hillary Clinton’s health among the nation’s ‘mainstream’ media went from dismissing them as nutty ‘conspiracy theories’ to genuine concern, if not panic.”
He wrote, “When Mrs. Clinton prematurely left a memorial service marking the 15th anniversary of 9/11 in New York City, walking gingerly and collapsing as aides tried to get her into a van, the dam of silence collapsed.”
Here’s that video:
If it is nothing more than pneumonia, there still are issues.
In the Daily Mail, Thomas Burrows and Daniel Bates pointed out that pneumonia “is a contagious illness that is spread from person-to-person when small droplets of water that contain the bacteria get into the air and people breathe in.
They noted that Clinton “embraced a young child after leaving her daughter’s apartment – despite suffering from pneumonia.”
One question that was raised: Why she would hug a child while carrying an infectious disease?
Also, why didn’t Clinton’s doctor examine her months ago, when her coughing spells began? Why wasn’t she directed to bed rest, a common situation for pneumonia patients? Why didn’t Clinton’s staff make preparation for the 9/11 memorial on Sunday, where she felt ill, by bringing water? Why did she go to her daughter’s apartment instead of a medical facility?
Tom Brokaw on “Meet the Press” said she should “see a neurologist, and get a clean report if it is available to her.”
WND long has documented the publicly available statements about, and comments on, various health conditions Clinton has exhibited.
Just days ago, when the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons asked its membership and several thousand other doctors in an informal poll whether Hillary Clinton is exhibiting symptoms of health problems that could disqualify her from the presidency, a huge majority said yes.
But the negative backlash against anyone even asking the question was bigger.

Dr. Jane Orient, executive director of the group, told WND many doctors said the organization had no business even raising the issue.
She described the load of “vituperation” she got after the poll results were released. Nearly 71 percent of those responding to the poll said there are “serious” concerns about Hillary Clinton’s health that “could be disqualifying for the position of president.”
The critics, Orient noted, didn’t say, “Well I think she looks perfectly normal. They said, ‘How dare you ask?!’ I was pretty amazed,” she told WND.
She explained she and those responding to the poll are not diagnosing Clinton, but they are raising questions based on the obvious symptoms she’s exhibiting during her campaign.
After all, this is the presidency, she noted.
The critics “are not saying, ‘You’re mistaken. Traumatic blood clots in the brain aren’t a problem.'”
Orient, who has written commentaries about Clinton’s health, continued: “It’s just really puzzling. If I’m wrong [on an issue] about a medical nature, I’ve said, tell me. But I haven’t received anything,” she said.
Instead, her critics say: “You’re a crank. You’re an extremist. … You’re not supposed to talk about them.”
A earlier video shows a number of questions being raised.
In addition, television psychologist Dr. Drew Pinsky, in an interview on KABC’s “McIntyre in the Morning” radio show discussed Clinton’s medical records.
He and another physician found reason for “concern.”
“Both of us concluded that if we were providing the care she was receiving, we would be ashamed to show up in a doctor’s lounge,” Drew told the show’s hosts. “We would be laughed out. She’s receiving sort of 1950s-level care by our evaluation.”
He cited the “bizarre” medications she’s taking for blood clots and hypothyroidism.
Within days, Pinsky’s show was canceled.
An award-winning surgeon wrote a commentary that put the concerns about Clinton’s health in perspective.
“Imagine, if you would, that tomorrow Donald Trump suffers a concussion. Suppose he trips on a flight of stairs, falling down and hitting his head,” writes Gerard Gianoli, M.D.
“The head injury is so severe that he is unconscious for a time and has to be hospitalized for a week. After getting out of the hospital, the Trump campaign tells us that he has fully recovered and that there are no lingering effects of the head trauma. During the following weeks, he is seen in public to wear glasses with a Fresnel lens on one side. He also seems to have trouble maintaining his balance, loses his thoughts in the middle of speeches, and has episodes of spasmodic movements suggestive of seizures.”
He continued: “In this imaginary scenario, would it surprise anyone if the media became skeptical and pressed for release of Mr. Trump’s medical records? Would it surprise anyone if the Clinton campaign made an issue of Mr. Trump’s health status during speeches and in TV ads? Would the media cry ‘foul’ over the Clinton campaign doing so? I think the answers to these questions are self-evident. The media and the Clinton campaign would be all over this like white on rice, and no one would question the appropriateness of their actions.
“To my knowledge, Mr. Trump has had no such issues with his health. However, Mrs. Clinton has had multiple problems – some she has revealed and some that she has not revealed.”
Gianoli, in private practice in Covington, Louisiana, and a faculty member at Tulane University School of Medicine, has pioneered treatments in his specialty areas. He has been granted the American Academy of Otolaryngology’s Honor Award, among others.
Among the situations that have caused alarm for many are several on video:
One appears to show her losing her concentration while speaking.
She simply comes to a halt and stares at the audience.
See the video:
And a July 21 video posted on YouTube shows Clinton’s head suddenly turning and shaking vigorously for several seconds.
Blogger Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit headlined it, “Wow!” Did Hillary Clinton Just Suffer a Seizure on Camera?”
“The poor woman is in worse shape than we thought,” he wrote.
WND separately reported when 10 prominent doctors raised questions about Clinton’s health.
WND had some of the earliest reports on her health, reporting early in 2016 Clinton was refusing to explain why she was wearing glasses fitted with Fresnel prisms.
After one of her troubling coughing fits during a speech in New York City, Clinton left Chicago wearing her normal contact lenses. But at a photo opportunity shortly later in Las Vegas, she was observed once again wearing the thick, black glasses fitted with Fresnel prisms, suggesting she was experiencing another bout of double vision.
At the time, WND asked several physicians about her vision issues and coughing, and whether either issue could be related to the hypothyroid condition for which she is taking Armour Thyroid.
That’s a natural remedy made from desiccated pig glands.
She also was taking Coumadin, previously known as warfarin, an old but commonly prescribed blood-thinning medication originally developed as a rat poison.
Both of Clinton’s parents had histories of cardiovascular issues. Her father died of a stroke and her mother of congestive heart failure.
“Following her first deep vein thrombosis – a blood clot in the leg – in 1998, she was told to take Lovenox, a short-term blood-thinning drug, whenever she planned to take long-distance flights. After her fall, concussion, and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis – a blood clot in the brain – in 2012, she was permanently placed on Coumadin due to her family’s health history,” Charisma reported.
