Erica Garner Destroys Hillary Campaign For Calculating How To ‘Use’ Her Father’s Death
When New Yorker Eric Garner died after being placed in a police chokehold when he resisted arrest for selling illegal loose cigarettes in 2014, liberals pounced, holding his death up as a banner over their anti-police, anti-gun crusade.
Now emails just made public by WikiLeaks show that Hillary Clinton’s camp very calculatingly determined how they would use Garner’s death to further their political agenda. Eric’s daughter, Erica Garner, is not at all happy about that.
On Thursday, Erica went on a Twitter tirade ripping the Clinton campaign to shreds for the insensitive and disgusting way they used her father’s public and tragic death to stir up dissent and promote Hillary on the back of her dead father.
“I’m troubled by the revelation that you and this campaign actually discussed ‘using’ Eric Garner … Why would you want to ‘use’ my dad?” she tweeted along with links to the leaked emails. “These people will co opt anything to push their agenda. Police violence is not the same as gun violence.”

The hacked emails from Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s account show internal communication among top Clinton staffers about how best to word a gun violence editorial slated to run in the New York Daily News.
When Eric Garner wasn’t mentioned in the piece, Clinton’s traveling press secretary Nick Merrill wrote, “I know we have Erica Garner issues but we don’t want to mention Eric at all? I can see her coming after us for leaving him out of the piece.”

“Eric Garner not included because not killed by gun violence,” Clinton aide Maya Harris replied.
“I’m vey [sic] interested to know exactly what @CoreyCiorciari meant when he said ‘I know we have an Erica Garner problem’ in the #PodestaEmails19,” Erica tweeted. “I’m glad you had Maya on your team to explain why you won’t be USING my dad in you f—–g gun violence piece… Black woman saved your a–.”

So far the Clinton camp has yet to even admit the emails are authentic. Don’t hold your breath waiting for a statement about their distasteful plotting…or an apology.
