Trump Proven Right Again! Illegal Did Kill Mollie Tibbetts

Lawyer For Mollie Tibbetts' Murder Suspect Rips Trump, Says Client's Not An Illegal Immigrant. Authorities: Nope.

"Sad and sorry Trump has weighed in on this matter in national media which will poison the entire possible pool of jury members."

In court documents filed on Wednesday, attorney Allen Richards blasted "sad and sorry" President Donald Trump for calling his client, the man charged with the murder of 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts, an illegal immigrant. According to Richards, Mexico native Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, was working at an Iowa dairy farm legally.
But Richards, according to authorities, is incorrect. Immigration officials say Rivera is indeed an illegal alien who was never in the E-Verify system, as has been falsely claimed.
In documents seeking a gag order, Richards accused the federal government, namely President Trump, of spreading the false information about his client's legal status. "Sad and sorry Trump has weighed in on this matter in national media which will poison the entire possible pool of jury members," wrote the attorney.
On Trump's personal account and the White House's official Twitter account, Rivera was identified as an "illegal alien" and used as an example of America's broken immigration laws:
As reported by the Des Moines Register, Rivera lived in Iowa for years and worked at Yarrabee Farms, the owners of which include prominent Republican Craig Lang. According to Richards' motion, Lang had verified that Rivera was in Iowa legally. One day before the motion was filed, Yarrabee Farms, via a statement, said Rivera was vetted through the E-Verify system.
"Craig Lang supports Cristhian’s right to be in this jurisdiction and for the government to support any other idea of status publicly flies in the face of such statement," claimed Richard, adding, "Cristhian deserves the court’s protection as to his characterization before a jury pool."
This, however, turned out to be false: Rivera was never in the E-Verify system. "A government archive does not indicate the Brooklyn, Iowa, farm as a participating member of the system," notes the Des Moines Register. Yarrabee Farms acknowledged this reality on Wednesday.
Additionally, Michael Bars, a spokesman for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services told USA TODAY, "A search of records by USCIS revealed Rivera did not make any DACA requests nor were any grants given. We have found no record in our systems indicating he has any lawful immigration status."
The gag order request by Richards was denied by a Poweshiek District Court Judge.

Michael Avenatti, Stormy Daniels attention seeking attorney is apparently exploring a presidential run. The attorney thinks he could take out Trump in the 2020 election.

According to Politico:
Michael Avenatti, the attorney representing adult film actress Stormy Daniels in her lawsuit against President Donald Trump, was in Iowa Thursday, where he told reporters that he is considering running for president in 2020.

"I’m exploring a run for the presidency of the United States, and I wanted to come to Iowa and listen to people and learn about some issues that are facing the citizens of Iowa and do my homework," Avenatti told the Des Moines Register on Thursday.

The Los Angeles-based lawyer toured the Iowa State Fair, a traditional stop for presidential candidates in the state that hosts the nation’s first presidential caucus each election cycle, on Thursday. He is scheduled to speak Friday night at the Democratic Wing Ding fundraiser in Clear Lake, Iowa, an event that hosted Hillary Clinton and Sen. Bernie Sanders in 2015 and former President Barack Obama in 2007.

Avenatti was accompanied in Iowa by Matt Paul, a Democratic strategist who worked on Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, according to The New York Times. Avenatti told the Times he would visit New Hampshire, which hosts the nation’s first presidential primary every four years, “within the next month.”
Avenatti doesn't seem to be having a lot of luck taking down Trump in the courtroom, or the court of public opinion, so his next best option is the 2020 election.

Another Democrat Stung Bu #MeToo Movement

Three women accuse Iowa governor candidate of sexual misconduct

Democratic Iowa gubernatorial candidate Nate Boulton has been accused of sexual misconduct by three women, the Des Moines Register reported Wednesday.
Three women told the newspaper that Boulton, one of multiple Democrats running in June's primary for his party's nomination, touched them in a sexual manner without their consent.
One woman said Boulton repeatedly grabbed her from behind at a bar in 2015, while two others say the candidate inappropriately touched them more than a decade ago when they and Boulton were students together in law school.
Boulton said in a statement to the Register that he remembered the situations differently, but would not deny the accusations and apologized for misreading social situations.
“I don’t have the same recollection,” he told the Register. “But I am not going to offer any additional context to this, other than to say if someone’s perspective is that it was inappropriate and I crossed a line and I misread a situation in a social setting, I do apologize," he said.
“I think if I add context it quickly becomes victim-blaming, and I don’t want to go down that path," he added.
Boulton is in second place among the six Democrats vying for the nomination, according to a recent Des Moines Register poll which shows him trailing businessman Fred Hubbell by 11 points. He told the newspaper that he does not anticipate dropping out of the race over the allegations.
“I think I owe it to those people who have supported me to have that vision tested at the ballot box,” he said.
The winner of June's Democratic primary will face incumbent Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds, previously the state's lieutenant governor, who was sworn in after former Gov. Terry Branstad was selected as President Trump's ambassador to China.
Reynolds, as Branstad's running mate, won reelection in 2014 with 59 percent of the vote.

Would You Vote For Bill de Blasio For President?

REVEALED! The 2020 Democratic front-runner is…

The 2018 mid-term elections have not happened yet… but that hasn’t stopped top Democrats from dreaming big. Already, top liberal leaders are getting their political ducks in a row so they can challenge Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election.
In fact, one top Democratic insider (a personal friend of twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and a member of her New York political cabal) has already emerged as a clear frontrunner for the Democrats.
New York City mayor Bill de Blasio secretly began his presidential campaign on Tuesday during a fundraiser in Iowa, the first primary caucus for the 2020 election.
While the name might not invoke fear among the average Trump voter, it gives chills to conservative leadership.
That’s because de Blasio wants to force New York City values down the throat of everyday Americans.
“This isn’t some nobody,” warned The National Review in 2016. “While conservatives want to ignore New York City, it’s a power hub of liberal politics. Bill de Blasio is going to haunt your politics for the next two decades, no matter where you live and regardless of whether you like it. There will be no tuning him and his progressive crusade out.”

“You may not be interested in Bill de Blasio, but, I assure you, Bill de Blasio is interested in you.”
De Blasio told a cheering crowd of liberals in Iowa that Democrats everywhere, even in rural Iowa, must embrace a progressive agenda to win elections and grab control of the government.
“We have to be uncompromising,” de Blasio told the group at the gathering in downtown Des Moines, where he stressed his work in New York City as an example for the rest of America. “We have to be strong. We’re the party of working people. We believe in the labor movement.”
The speech was clearly meant to sound presidential, notes Townhall. De Blasio denied the rumors, of course.
However, de Blasio made similar points in a blog post last month, but his actual appearance in Iowa marked a more formal effort to seek a prominent role on the national stage. The location is no coincidence if the mayor’s 2020 plans put him in the White House, given Iowa’s status for first-in-the-nation presidential caucuses.

Organizers for Progress Iowa, a self-described liberal advocacy organization, estimated hundreds people showed up to hear the mayor speak at their annual fundraiser.
Still, it’s unclear how de Blasio’s message will resonate in Iowa. The mayor previously attempted to raise his profile in the state by launching a nonprofit group that tried to host a presidential forum in 2015. The event fell apart because there wasn’t enough interest from candidates at the time.
De Blasio acknowledged those previous efforts and expressed wanting to form another group to support progressive candidates. But he offered limited details. He also didn’t specify his future travels.
The visit for de Blasio also included some controversy from Democrats back home, latching on the opportunity to advance their own agendas. Unions representing New York City employees have been critical that de Blasio’s labor policies haven’t been generous enough and used his latest Iowa appearance to highlight those views.

The Transport Workers Union, which represents bus and subway employees, paid for a full page ad against de Blasio in the state’s largest newspaper, The Des Moines Register, and called him a “phony progressive” on social media.
