Letitia James, the incoming New York attorney general told reporters she intends to use her mandate to turn President Trump – and his family's – lives into a living hell.

Besides preparing to sue the administration, her office will ruthlessly investigate New York real estate deals, the oft-cited Trump Tower meeting, accusations of cronyism, and the Trump Foundation.

NBC News reports:

"We will use every area of the law to investigate President Trump and his business transactions and that of his family as well," James, a Democrat, told NBC News in her first extensive interview since she was elected last month.

...

"We want to investigate anyone in his orbit who has, in fact, violated the law," said James, who was endorsed by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

James campaigned on passing a bill to change New York's double jeopardy laws with an eye on possible pardons coming out of the White House. James told NBC News she wants to be able to pursue state charges against anyone the president were to pardon over federal charges or convictions and whose alleged crimes took place in the state. Under current New York law, she might not be unable to do that.

"I think within the first 100 days this bill will be passed," she said, adding, "It is a priority because I have concerns with respect to the possibility that this administration might pardon some individuals who might face some criminal charges, but I do not want them to be immune from state charges."

The progressive lighting rod has appointed former U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch to her transition team to identify cuthroat prosecutors eager to make a name for themselves in Trump-related investigations. (RELATED: Fox News Predicts Trump Indictment)

Given the president's longstanding ties to New York state, James is poised to become the most recognizable, and powerful, state attorney general in the country.

The "Tarmac Scandal" Gets Deeper

image: http://www.wnd.com/files/2017/05/Bill-Clinton-TW2.jpg
Former President Bill Clinton
Former President Bill Clinton
Former President Bill Clinton, who had a private discussion on an Arizona tarmac with then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch while his wife was under investigation for mishandling classified information, remembers that meeting very differently from Lynch.
For example, Clinton told the Justice Department’s inspector general that Lynch told him while their planes were parked, “Look it’s a 100 degrees out there, come up and we’ll talk about our grandkids.”
Lynch, however, said the two “did not have a social relationship,” and she was surprised to hear Clinton was asking to meet.
The meeting took place June 27, 2016, at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix.
The American Center for Law and Justice in May announced that on its third attempt to search records for documents or details pertaining to the meeting, the government uncovered still more information. The ACLJ has been fighting for the details for months through its Freedom of Information Act case.
It was in a court filing from the Justice Department that officials admitted the FBI had found “approximately 16 additional pages and two text messages” concerning the meeting.
The meeting was startling because it was a former president meeting with the head of the department investigating his wife for her handling of classified information.
Days later, FBI Director James Comey, in an unusual public announcement, presented evidence of  Hillary Clinton’s “extremely careless” abuse of classified information while declining to refer charges to the Justice Department.

The recent report from the DOJ’s inspector general on the Justice Department’s handling of the email scandal reveals new details about the airport meeting.
It says Bill Clinton explained he saw Lynch’s jet and “thought she’s about to get off and I’ll just go shake hands with her.”
He said had his Secret Service arrange with Lynch’s FBI security detail to meet.
Bill Clinton said he didn’t think the investigation was a big deal, because it was his server and “the FBI knew it was there and the Secret Service approved it coming in and she just used what was mine.”
He told the IG he recalled walking toward Lynch and that she and her staff were getting off the plane.
He said he greeted Lynch, who said, “Look it’s a 100 degrees out there, come up and we’ll talk about our grandkids.”
Lynch’s staff found out about Bill Clinton’s plans for a meeting at about that point.
Witnesses said Clinton boarded Lynch’s jet alone. Lynch’s staff expressed alarm immediately about the “optics” of the meeting: a former president whose wife was under investigation for possible crimes meeting with the chief of the agency investigating her.
They said Clinton’s Secret Service detail had contacted Lynch’s FBI detail to arrange the meeting.
Lynch said she was on the plane preparing to leave when an aide said Bill Clinton wanted to talk with her.
“And I said, yes, he can come on the plane and say hello. And he was literally there.”
The IG report said, “Lynch said she was very surprised that he wanted to meet with her because they did not have a social relationship, and she was also surprised to see him ‘right there in the doorway so quickly.'”
Lynch said she never “really had a conversation” with Bill Clinton before the meeting.
She also told the IG “public officials often stopped her to say hello when she traveled, and that as a result she was not initially concerned when former President Clinton wanted to say hello.”
The IG report said the two denied discussing the investigation.
Bill Clinton also said the two talked about their grandchildren. And he “denied that his comments were motivated by an intent to influence the investigation.”
He admitted mentioning Hillary Clinton, but only to say she was happy being a grandmother.nd Out More >
He said he “absolutely” did not talk about the email investigation.
On the other hand, Lynch said she thought Clinton wanted to just say hello, but Bill Clinton then sat down.
“At some point, after two or three minutes, President Clinton turned around. I had my tote bags on the bench seat of the plane, because I had put them there when he came on board. I had been holding them. I put them down. He picked up my tote bags and moved them, and then he sat down. So he sat down, and my husband and I were still standing in front of him having the discussion,” she said.
Lynch agreed the discussion was about “family and the kids.”
She hinted, she said, at his leaving.
“And I said, well, we’ve got to get going to the hotel. And I said I’m sure
you’ve got somewhere to, to go. And he said yes. And I forget where he told me he was going. He was flying somewhere, but … I’ve forgotten where.”
Lynch also said the two did not discuss possible positions for her in a future Hillary Clinton administration.
The “saying hello” last about 20 minutes, as she was becoming increasingly concerned about the appearance of the meeting.
Some of Lynch’s staff members said they were “shocked” and “blindsided” by the meeting.
In fact, a senior counselor walked onto the plane and into the meeting, hoping “this would get everyone moving.”
They apparently didn’t know how to tell a former president that he needed to leave.

Of Course, The Lynch-Clinton Meeting Was Prearranged And Was Meant To Bring Pressure On Lynch. Anyone Who Understands The "Clinton Method" Knows That!

Stunning revelation buried deep in IG report blows hole in Lynch-Clinton tarmac meeting narrative

Stunning revelation buried deep in IG report blows hole in Lynch-Clinton tarmac meeting narrative

A stunning revelation buried deep inside Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on the FBI’s Hillary Clinton email investigation suggests the controversial June 2016 tarmac meeting between then Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton was coordinated.
If true, it blows a hole in the narrative Lynch and Clinton have maintained for two years. Lynch claimed the “social” meeting was spontaneous and the two discussed grandchildren.
The meeting was extremely controversial at the time because it came just days before then FBI Director James Comey announced the FBI would not recommend criminal charges against Clinton for using a private email server while secretary of state.

What does Horowitz’s report say?

The report states that the DOJ department of public affairs supervisor traveling with Lynch told internal DOJ investigators that Clinton’s Secret Service detail contacted Lynch’s security detail ahead of time to arrange the meeting.
Clinton’s plane was parked next to Lynch’s, the report revealed, or about just 20 to 30 yards away.
Clinton told investigators he only learned the plane next to his was Lynch’s after being briefed by his staff. He claimed he then debated whether or not he should “say hello” and “shake hands with the Attorney General.”
Page 203 of the report states:
The OPA Supervisor said that he later learned that former President Clinton’s Secret Service detail had contacted Lynch’s FBI security detail and let them know that the former President wanted to meet with Lynch. Although Lynch’s staff was supposed to receive notice of such requests, witnesses told us that they were not informed of the request from former President Clinton.
In addition, Lynch revealed to DOJ investigators she was not social with the Clintons and had never met with either one of them prior to the tarmac meetings.

What was the conversation about?

Both Clinton and Lynch denied discussing nefarious subjects, such as the DOJ’s Clinton investigation, known as “Midyear,” or any other matters involving the Clintons’ public life. They both maintained the conversation was lighthearted and personal.
The report goes on to detail that Lynch’s staff — who were waiting outside the plane in a staff van — felt “blindsided” and “shocked” that Lynch would meet with the former president.
Finally, it was Lynch’s senior counselor who broke up the meeting when she realized it would become extremely problematic if the media learned Lynch had just met with the husband of a subject in a major investigation. The senior counselor said she could not recall what she heard when she entered the plane but said Lynch appeared “uncomfortable and wanted the meeting to be done.”
According to the report, the meeting between Lynch and Clinton lasted about 20 minutes.

Is Congress Going To Have The Guts To Follow Through On The Criminal Referral

BREAKING: CONGRESS MAKES REFERRAL FOR CRIMINAL PROSECUATION OF HILLARY CLINTON

Hillary Clinton and the “deep state” are about to get a rude awakening.

According to a recent report, Congressional lawmakers have made a criminal referral against Hillary, James Comey and Loretta Lynch to the DOJ on the “Steele Dossier.”

As reported by (Link: saraacarter.com)

Congressional lawmakers made a criminal referral Wednesday to the Department of Justice Attorney General Jeff Sessions against former senior-level Obama administration officials, including employees of the FBI connected with the unverified dossier alleging collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, as well as those involved in the warrants used to spy on a former Trump campaign volunteer, this reporter has learned. The lawmakers also made a criminal referral on former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and threats made by her DOJ against the FBI informant, who provided the bureau with information on the Russian nuclear industry and the approval in 2010 to sell roughly 20 percent of American uranium mining assets to Russia.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee member Rep. Ron DeSantis, R-Florida, along with nine other colleagues sent the letter Wednesday to Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray criminally referring former FBI Director James Comey, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe for their involvement in the investigations into President Trump and alleged violations of federal law. FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and his paramour FBI lawyer Lisa Page, whose anti-Trump text messages obtained by the DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, were also included in the referral.

“We write to refer the following individuals for investigation of potential violation(s) of federal statutes,” states the letter obtained by this reporter. “In doing so, we are especially mindful of the dissimilar degrees of zealousness that has marked the investigations into Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the presidential campaign of Donald Trump, respectively. Because we believe that those in positions of high authority should be treated the same as every other American, we want to be sure that the potential violations of law outlined below are vetted appropriately.”

The criminal referral also raises significant concerns regarding the Steele dossier, and the “presentation of false and/or unverified information to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in connection with the former Trump aide Carter Page warrant application to conduct surveillance through the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).” Page worked as a volunteer advisor for the Trump campaign and the information in the dossier was used in bulk by the FBI to obtain the warrants to spy on him.

“Accordingly, we refer to DOJ all DOJ and FBI personnel responsible for signing the Carter Page warrant application that contained unverified and/or false information for possible violation(s) of 18 USC 242 and 18 USC 1505 and 1515b,” the criminal referral states. It refers to a letter drafted by House Intelligence Committee ChairmanDevin Nunes to Sessions this March.

The lawmakers noted that Comey “engaged in questionable conduct vis-à-vis President Donald Trump,” and referred to an article reported by The New York Times, in May 2017, which highlighted memos leaked by Comey to a friend that was given to the paper. In the criminal referral letter, the lawmakers state that “Comey wrote memoranda detailing alleged conversations between himself and President Trump, creating ‘a paper trail’ for ‘documenting what he perceived as the president’s improper efforts to influence a continuing investigation.’

The New York Times article reports that Comey “created similar memos – including some that are classified – about every phone call and meeting he had with the president,” the letter states.

This could be the beginning of the end for the deep state and the Clintons.
