Can Obama And His Friends Keep Their Lie Alive On Trumpgate?

Obama's Wiretap Story Falling Apart

17 5 0  39
After Donald Trump’s bombshell tweet this weekend, accusing the Obama
Administration of bugging Trump Tower, former Obama officials have been
quick to downplay the story. But now, their story seems to be unraveling.

So far, three Obama Administration have refused to outright deny that Trump
was wiretapped—instead answering allegations with ultra-specific, legally-
sanitized language.

Kevin Lewis, Obama’s spokesman, released a statement over the weekend
saying that "neither President Obama nor any White House official ever
ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen.” But he refused to confirm or
deny whether the Department of Justice—which reports to the President,
and would be responsible for conducting wiretaps—did.

Similarly, Obama’s former press secretary, Josh Earnest, refused to deny
that Trump was wiretapped.

In an interview with ABC News’ Martha Raddatz, Earnest repeated Lewis’s
statement: that the White House had not ordered a wiretap on Trump,
“categorically” denying that "the White House was at all involved in
directing or interfering or influencing an FBI investigation of any sort.”

But Raddatz continued to push, telling Earnest: “That’s not what I’m asking.
What I’m asking is, can you deny that the Obama Justice Department did
not seek and obtain a FISA court-ordered wiretap of the Trump campaign?”

Apparently unwilling to lie on national TV, Earnest was backed into a corner—
admitting to Raddatz: "Here’s the simple answer to that question, is,
Martha, I don’t know."

The Obama Administration’s deflection and half-truths didn’t go unnoticed.
Even Obama’s former speechwriter, Jon Favreau, pointed out to the media
on Twitter: "I'd be careful about reporting that Obama said there was no
wiretapping. Statement just said that neither he nor the [White House]
ordered it.”

Jim Hanson, a national security expert on Fox News, said the evidence
that wiretapping did occur was overwhelming—due to the Obama
Administration’s legal maneuvering before the election.

“[The Obama Administration] asked for that warrant [to bug Trump Tower]
and were denied, went back again [and] got the warrant, found out nothing
was happening and went ahead and continued monitoring it,” he said.

"They did get a FISA warrant, so [Trump] doesn’t have to prove that they
wiretapped him. They did wiretap him.”

Ben Carson gave a preview Sunday morning of what his team will be advocating at Sunday night's confab between GOP presidential campaignson the future of debates.

Carson has suggested debates be only online, but on ABC's "This Week" he added he would like to see a "substantial opening statement and "substantial closing statement," each at least a minute long.
"And I would like to see, you know, tighter guidelines in terms of people, when they respond to questions, you know, some people just pretty much ignore what the time constraints are and others are careful to stay within them," he told guest host Martha Raddatz.

The purpose of the debates is to highlight the differences in philosophy between the candidates, he said, particularly with the crowded GOP field.

"You could spend time forever, combing back through history," he said. "Give me a break. We need to mature in the way we do these debates if they're going to be useful to the American people."

Carson also offered detailed thoughts on foreign policy, including enforcing a no-fly zone in Syria and keeping Russian President Vladmir Putin in the loop on it.

But Putin must be opposed in the Baltic region, where he is threatening after American inaction in Ukraine, he said.

"We need to give Ukraine offensive weapons. We need to establish a missile defense system in the Eastern bloc of countries so that we oppose him," Carson said. "Let's keep him on the run."
But, he added, "our country's biggest threats come from within, from failing to address our incredible fiscal irresponsibility by allowing our populace to become enemies with each other, stirring up hatred and strife within our country."

Lame Stream Media Proves Its Bias Again!

Ben Carson Blindsides ABC Anchor with Facts She Was Totally Ignorant Of

There are few politicians out there who are as plain-spoken as Ben Carson, and that’s why he’s doing so well in the polls despite his entrance into the presidential race being his first foray into politics.
In this interview with ABC’s Martha Raddatz, he shows just how effective being open and honest is as she spouts off Planned Parenthood talking points in order to bolster the pro-abortion movement. Carson stays on point and casually eviscerates her narrative.
Watch below:
Carson is right about the facts – a study shows that nearly 4 out of 5 Planned Parenthood clinics provide services very near to minority communities:
New research released by Protecting Black Life (an outreach of Life Issues Institute) reveals that 79% of Planned Parenthood’s surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of African American and/or Hispanic/Latino communities.
The group has a new map (http://www.protectingblacklife.org/pp_targets/) which serves as a powerful visual — illustrating in full color on a website portal integrated with Google Maps functionality just how Planned Parenthood targets minorities. This interactive site gives viewers an up close and personal look at just how close these facilities are to their neighborhoods.
But Raddatz only had the stats coming out of Planned Parenthood – almost as if she’s only taking one said and advocating for that political position! Hmmm… what a coincidence!
