Pro-Life Win Coming Soon? First State To Be CLINIC FREE
Thanks to the tireless effort from brave pro-life advocates, voters, and
politicians, there are a total of seven states that have only one abortion
clinic left: Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Missouri,
West Virginia, and Kentucky.

In Kentucky, the pro-life movement and mothers and their babies are on
the cusp of another major victory: ridding the state entirely of the death
clinics.

In a matter of weeks, the last abortion clinic in the state, EMW Women's
Clinic in Louisville, could be forced to pack up their sopher clamps and
close their doors, thanks to Republican Governor Matt Bevin.

According to Bevin, EMW — which was caught performing abortions
without a license in 2016 — "is not in compliance with a state law that
requires it to have hospital and ambulance service agreements for patient
emergencies," reported Life News in September.

This Won't Be The Last Time Something Like This Is Reported.

Transgender woman convicted of sexually assaulting 10-year-old girl in bathroom

Transgender woman convicted of sexually assaulting 10-year-old girl in bathroom
Miguel Martinez, who identifies as a woman and goes by the first name Michelle, assaulted a 10-year-old girl inside a residential bathroom. Martinez faces up to 70 years in prison. Martinez was described as a family friend of the victim. (Natrona County Sheriff's Department)

A Wyoming jury convicted Miguel Martinez, a transgender woman, Thursday of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl inside a bathroom.

What happened?

Martinez, who identifies as a woman and goes by the first name Michelle, assaulted the girl inside a residential bathroom, according to the Billings Gazette.
The girl was invited into the bathroom on March 23 by Martinez, who touched the girl’s breasts and genitalia before penetrating her, according to reports. The Gazette reported that the girl told her mother immediately after the assault, who then reported it to Casper Police Department.
Martinez was described to police as a family friend.
“It hurt inside,” the girl told an officer, according to the New York Post. She also told police that Martinez should go to jail.
The girl was taken to Wyoming Medical Center where nurses completed a sexual assault exam. The exam showed redness and abrasions on the girl’s genitalia.

What was Martinez’s response?

Martinez pleaded not guilty to both counts.
Martinez also accused the girl of “talking crap” and characterized the allegations as a “publicity stunt” before shutting down the interview with police, the Casper Star Tribune reported.

What’s the possible sentence?

Martinez, who was found guilty of first-degree and second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, faces up to 70 years in prison. He will be sentenced at a later date.

Any previous charges?

The Casper Star Tribune reported in 2014 that Martinez was accused of beating her boyfriend with a metal broomstick and was charged with aggravated assault. Martinez pleaded guilty to domestic battery, Casper Police said.

Why Would The New York Times Even Consider Such A Ludicrous, Unintelligent, Destructive And Insulting Editorial. Have They No Standards?

New York Times Openly Advocates For Mexican "Reconquista"

SPECIAL:BETTER KNEES IN 1 WEEK WITH JUST 1 PILL DAILY? DOCTOR SAYS SO.
Reviews and Information for Instaflex Advanced Joint Support.

The New York Times is openly calling for the United States to give Mexico
back “half its territory”—the states of California, Arizona,  New
Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.

That reason? Righting historic wrongs from the 1800s, apparently.

Leftist Mexican historian, Enrique Krauze, who wrote the Times editorial,
argues that it’s time for a lawsuit to right the “unjust loss” by nullifying the
1848 Treaty of Guadelupe-Hidalgo. That’s the treaty ended the Mexican-
American War and transferred large swaths of the American west from
 Mexico to the United States.

But, of course, like everything the liberal Left has said in the past two years:
this is really just about Donald Trump, whom Krauze accused of tearing open
the “painful wound” that is Mexican-American relations.

Krauze chastises Trump for his “many lies,” including “his attempt to contradict
history by presenting the United States as a victim of Mexico.”

In response, Krauze wants Americans to feel really, really bad about the
“enormous crime” of the “plundering of [Mexican] territory.”

Krauze believes that leftist institutions should lead the way: "Hollywood and
Broadway, which have always played an important role in shaping the
American historical consciousness, should take up the issue.” He also
thinks American universities “owe” Mexico an “honest reconsideration of
its first imperial war.”

But, at the end of his editorial, Krauze quietly admits that he doesn’t
actually want the land to be returned to Mexico, he just wants looser
immigration laws for his fellow countrymen.

His editorial abruptly ends with: “The best and most just reparation
would be American immigration reform that could open the road to
citizenship for the descendants of those Mexicans who suffered the
unjust loss of half their territory.”

If Immigrants Don't Assimilate, If They Stay Distinctly Arab Or Mexican, They Miss The Whole Idea Of America As The Melting Pot

A Nation of Immigrants -- Only If They Assimilate

A Nation of Immigrants -- Only If They Assimilate

I am writing this column in Japan, a country whose crime rate is the lowest among countries with large populations. I asked my Japanese translator, a middle-aged woman, what she thought.
"Why is there is so little crime in Japan?" I asked.
Without taking a moment to reflect, she responded, "Because we don't allow immigration."
Anyone who visits Japan is struck by the ethnic homogeneity of the nation. If you meet a Caucasian, a black or a Hispanic in Japan, you can be all but certain that the person is visiting or studying there, not a citizen.
Likewise in the United States, there is direct correlation between ethnic homogeneity and low levels of violence. According to 2016-2017 data, the four states with the lowest percentages of violence are:
  1. Vermont -- where 95 percent of the population is one race (white).
  2. Maine -- where 95 percent of the population is one race (white).
  3. Wyoming -- where roughly 93 percent of the population is one race (white).
  4. New Hampshire -- where roughly 94 percent of the population is one race (white).
Sweden, which for much of its modern history has had among the world's lowest rates of violent crime, was almost always as homogenous as Japan. Now that it has admitted hundreds of thousands of immigrants from the Middle East and North Africa, it is no longer a homogenous country, and its levels of violence have increased dramatically.
All this leads to a particular rule, which is, in order to maintain a low crime rate and social stability, a country has only two choices: Do not allow immigrants into the country, or allow immigrants into the country, but be certain to assimilate them into the native population as quickly as possible.
The second choice has been America's choice throughout most of its history, and it has been uniquely successful in shaping people from all over the world and from every background into one nation known as Americans. One of America's three fundamental principles has been e pluribus unum, or "out of many" (the other two, as our coinage testifies, are liberty and In God We Trust). And that is precisely what America has done.
But since the 1960s, the left has supplanted e pluribus unum and its national American identity with the antithetical doctrines of diversity and multiculturalism.
Diversity and multiculturalism celebrate the national/ethnic identities of the nations from where American immigrants came instead of celebrating the American identity and traditional American values.
The result is the beginning of the end of the United States as we have known it since its inception.
The left constantly repeats "we are a nation of immigrants" without citing the other half of that fact -- "who assimilate into America." The left mocks the once-universally held American belief in the melting pot. But the melting pot is the only way for a country composed of immigrants to build a cohesive society.
America was never just "a nation of immigrants." America was always a nation of immigrants who sought to become -- or at least were taught by American public schools and by the general American culture to become -- Americans.
If America becomes a nation of nonassimilating immigrants, or a nation consisting of nonassimilating ethnic, racial and national groups who are already here, it will cease being a glorious idea and become just another nation torn by conflicting interest groups. These various groups will fight one another -- first verbally and then, perhaps, violently (and America will see more and more violence) -- just as France, Sweden and Germany have seen since they began taking in millions of immigrants, many of whom have no intention of becoming Frenchmen, Swedes or Germans.
Contrary to one of the left's more mendacious claims, diversity has not been America's great strength. America's great strength has been forging an American identity out of diversity.
But the left, with its identity politics and commitment to multiculturalism -- as expressed, for example, by ballots in dozens of languages, the proliferation of ethnic studies departments at universities and the allowance of all-black dorms and graduation ceremonies -- is undoing that.
If you want to understand the immigration crisis, just know that because the left has undone the second choice, it has made the first choice -- Japan's choice -- look tenable to many for the first time in American history.expressed, for example, by ballots in dozens of languages, the proliferation of ethnic studies departments at universities and the allowance of all-black dorms and graduation ceremonies -- is undoing that.
If you want to understand the immigration crisis, just know that because the left has undone the second choice, it has made the first choice -- Japan's choice -- look tenable to many for the first time in American history.

Gun Control Nuts Don't Realize Their Methods Actually CAUSE More Deaths Than They Save.

Tucker Carlson Embarrasses Gun Controller Who Thinks More Gun Laws Can Fix Chicago

During the January 3, 2017, airing of Tucker Carlson Tonight, Carlson brought up Chicago gun crime and asked the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence’s Joshua Horowitz how he can continue to push gun control in light of such a glaring gun control failure.

I’ve been told since I was child that the reason there are so many murders in places like Detroit and Chicago is because there are not enough gun laws or they are going across state lines to buy guns. If that’s true–if more guns concentrated results in more killings–then why do the states with the loosest gun laws have the lowest murder rates?
Tucker pointed to “Vermont, Wyoming, Maine, and Idaho,” but Horowitz interjected to say “that’s not true” based on the fact that there are higher murder rates in some states with looser gun laws. Horowitz was pointing to exceptions to the rule and attempting to use those exceptions to overturn the rule when Tucker replied, “I’m not arguing that there is a direct correlation between looser gun laws and lower murder rates. I’m merely arguing that gun control doesn’t make us safer.”
Tucker said gun control’s impotency is “pretty obvious” based on the homicide numbers in Chicago during 2016 and he asked Horowitz how can he continue to push gun control in light of the Chicago failure. Horowitz gave a convoluted answer full of little bits of information that he finally tied together by saying, “We really believe the evidence is showing that, in fact, a group of gun violence prevention laws, in fact, do lower the homicide rate.”
A quick aside–On January 2, 2017, Breitbart News reported:
Chicago has played host to decades of gun control experiments, including an all-out handgun ban from 1982-2010. Yet 2016 witnessed 779 homicides in the city, and over 9 out of 10 of those were firearm-related. And even after the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit struck down Illinois’ ban on concealed carry in December 2012, city leaders fought to make implementation of concealed carry as difficult as possible. For example, on September 15, 2013, American Thinker reported that Mayor Rahm Emanuel was fighting to block off sections of the city where concealed carry permit holders would be barred from carrying guns for self-defense.
These and other gun controls ultimately do one thing–they make it difficult for law-abiding citizens to acquire and carry the guns they need for self-defense, while doing nothing to curtail the behavior of criminals, who will always acquire and carry the guns they use in crime.
Fast-forward to 2016 and Chicago’s gun-control legacy–779 homicides, more than 9 out of 10 of which were committed with a firearm.
Now the handgun ban, the ban on concealed carry, and the fight against allowing freedom of movement for concealed carriers were all part of a group of laws that Democrats in Chicago trusted to the lower the homicide rate. Instead, the homicide rate rose. In fact, it surgedand this is evident to everyone except those who do not want to see itTherefore, after Horowitz re-espoused his belief that “a group of gun violence prevention laws…do lower the homicide rate,” Tucker pointed to the thousands of shootings in Chicago last year–and the nearly 800 homicides–and said, “What gun laws would have prevented that?”
Horowitz responded by blaming Chicago gun crime on guns “from other states.” He named “Wisconsin, Mississippi, and Indiana” as states that are flooding Chicago with guns and said the solution is to expand universal background checks to all states.
Tucker said, “I’ve heard this argument but, New York City has seen a dramatic drop in gun crime, right?”
Horowitz said, “Right, and they have great gun laws.”
Tucker then pounced, “But it’s right south of Vermont, which has the laxest gun laws in America. You can get in a car and drive up there. So why isn’t that the same?”
Horowitz exact response: “Well, well, cause, first of all, New York, New York, it’s the same thing as Illinois where, where the crime guns are coming from out of state–but New York lives in a much safer neighborhood, right, you have to go quite some distance to get a firearm.”
Tucker said, “Really? Cause everyone I know in New York has a weekend home in Vermont.”
