Since losing the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton has used myriad excuses to
explain her defeat. Perhaps none more so than the FBI's decision to reopen
the probe into her misuse of sensitive emails after new messages were
discovered on the laptop of confidante Huma Abedin's pervert ex-husband,
Anthony Weiner.

Unfortunately for Hillary and the FBI, that laptop and those emails have
returned to the proverbial spotlight.

A soon-to-be-released report from the Inspector General's office is expected
to excoriate federal agents for their overall apathy.

Adam Shaw, of Fox News, explains:

The finding underscores how the laptop continues to play a recurring part

in the Clinton case saga, haunting everyone from the Democratic nominee

to the FBI officials who examined it.

This, as Abedin herself hits the social circuit. She was seen in recent weeks

living it up at glitzy events including a Metropolitan Museum of Art gala and

a bash at the home of Vogue boss Anna Wintour. Meanwhile, she's divorcing

her husband, ex-Rep. Anthony Weiner, who is serving a 21-month prison

sentence for sending lewd photos to a teenager.

It was the probe into those lewd messages that led agents to uncover the

laptop in the fall of 2016, discovering Clinton emails that Abedin had

forwarded her husband.

Then-FBI Director James Comey notified Congress in late October that

he was revisiting the probe less than two weeks before the election, having

announced in July that he would not recommend charges over Clinton’s use

of a private email server when she served as secretary of state.

Powerful FBI officials knew about those emails in early September 2016, but
the bureau did not obtain a warrant to review them for another six weeks.

Will Huma Join Her Husband In Jail?

The first Clinton insider to fall…

There’s a new call to “LOCK HER UP!” and this one isn’t just aimed at failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
A bombshell new report exposes a dangerous security breach caused by her top aide during her term as secretary of state.

Huma Abedin – at the time married to convicted pedophile Anthony Weiner – sent highly sensitive and confidential information from secure government servers to just about the most insecure place possible.
She sent it to her Yahoo account!
One of the emails obtained by Judicial Watch even warned it was “Not for circulation.”
But it got circulated anyway, from Clinton to Abedin to Abedin’s Yahoo account and then who knows where else after that, and that’s hardly the worst of the data being shipped out of secure government servers.

The emails also included government passwords and information so sensitive it STILL can’t be publicly released despite a Judicial Watch lawsuit, according to an analysis published by The Daily Caller.
But while the American public can’t have access to that confidential intelligence, others likely do.
Yahoo was the scene of some of the world’s most notorious data breaches. In October, the company admitted that every single account… all 3 BILLION of them… were compromised in a massive data breach.

It’s not clear who was responsible for the attack.
But a separate cyberattack on Yahoo in 2012 that exposed nearly 500 million accounts was linked to two Russian spies and two hackers, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
Those attacks took place AFTER Clinton’s disastrous turn at the State Department.
That means Abedin’s emails – including everything she forwarded from the State Department, right down to those government passwords – could right now be in the hands of hackers… terrorists… foreign governments… and sworn enemies.

This isn’t just careless.
The behavior is downright reckless: Abedin sent a set of highly sensitive emails to her Yahoo account in 2012 just FIVE DAYS after CNN reported that 450,000 Yahoo passwords were compromised, according to the Daily Caller.
Abedin – and Clinton – got a free pass under President Barack Obama.
No data breach was too large to be ignored, even though former FBI director James Comey noted that the agency believed “hostile actors gained access to the private commercial e-mail accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account.”

It’s not clear if Abedin is one of those people.
But one thing is clear: The current commander-in-chief takes his job ensuring the safety and security of all Americans much more seriously.
“She put Classified Passwords into the hands of foreign agents,” President Donald Trump wrote on Twitter, referring to the new Abedin report. “Remember sailors pictures on submarine? Jail! Deep State Justice Dept must finally act?”
Trump was referring to U.S. Navy sailor Kristian Saucier, who served a year in prison for taking six photos inside classified areas of the USS Alexandria, a submarine.

He’s now hoping for a pardon.
“I mishandled low-level class information and they went after me with the full weight of the government,” he told Fox News. “Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin flagrantly mishandled high-level information, making it available to a pedophile, and they get away with it.”
Indeed, Clinton and her cronies continue to get off the hook for what they defend as mere “carelessness” but in reality is in violation of every possible security protocol imaginable.
Saucier is calling for an end to this ugly double-standard.

“(Abedin) should be put through the same legal system that went after me, and unfortunately I didn’t have near the legal resources that she does or Hillary Clinton does, so they’ll be able to mount a much better defense than I could,” he said. “But even still, they should be charged the same as me.”
Clinton and Abedin are rapidly running out of friends in Washington. The clock toward indictments might finally be ticking down.

Hillary Once Again Is Found To Be Colluding

WikiLeaks Drops Proof That NYTimes Colluded With Hillary Clinton

Boston Globe / Contributor / Getty Images

You thought 2017 was going to end without a bang — other than the fireworks?
Think again.
After The New York Times on Saturday published a story headlined "Republican Attacks on Mueller and F.B.I. Open New Rift in G.O.P.," WikiLeaks couldn't stand it anymore. In a late-night post on Twitter, WikiLeaks revealed that a Times reporter used to feed State Department email updates of the stories the paper would be publishing DAYS before the stories appeared.
At the time, Hillary Clinton was the Secretary of State.

Email shows New York Times handed over Cablegate's publication schedule to the US government (without telling @WikiLeaks) giving the State Department, then headed by Hillary Clinton, up to 9 days in advance to spin the revelations or create diversions. https://foia.state.gov/searchapp/DOCUMENTS/AugSept2016/F-2012-20462/DOC_0C05572024/C05572024.pdf …
The heads-up email was intended to give State (and Clinton) time to come up with some spin for stories that may have caused problems. Or, in another possible scenario, the heads up could give the State Department time to create a diversion for the same day, thus overriding a damaging story with other news its friends in the mainstream media would happily cover instead.
The players in the WikiLeaks email are interesting. Scott Shane is the national security reporter for the Times. And the recipient of his email, Philip Crowley, was at the time the United States Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs under Clinton’s State Department.
As 2017 comes to an end, it's clear the Clinton scandals won't go away anytime soon.
On Friday, the Justice Department released thousands of Clinton emails. "Several emails with classified information from former Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin were among a tranche of documents released Friday that were found on Anthony Weiner's personal computer during an FBI probe," USA Today reported.
After the emails were made public, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton called the release a "major victory."
"Judicial Watch has forced the State Department to finally allow Americans to see these public documents," Fitton said. "That these government docs were on Anthony Weiner’s laptop dramatically illustrates the need for the Justice Department to finally do a serious investigation of Hillary Clinton’s and Huma Abedin’s obvious violations of law."
The FBI said most of the emails ended up on Weiner's computer because of backups from Abedin's personal electronic devices. Former FBI Director James Comey has said investigators could not prove Abedin acted with criminal intent or "had a sense that what she was doing was in violation of the law."
A November 2010 email was partially redacted due to "classified" and "confidential" information. It detailed a planned call between Clinton and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal, where then-Secretary of State Clinton would warn al-Faisal about Wikileaks planning to release sensitive documents.
That same month, Wikileaks released the U.S. diplomatic cables leak, known as "Cablegate."

Huma Is Going To Have A Family Reunion In Jail. She Might Be Next To Be Sent There

Huma’s Cousin Convicted of Fraud, Deleted Emails; Partnered With Russian Businessman

A judge ordered Huma Abedin’s cousin, Omar Amanat, to be jailed immediately after he was convicted on Tuesday of fraud and was said to have a had a “disdain for the courts and legal process.”
Amanat, who invested millions with a Russian businessman, also supposedly tried to destroy emails that contained potential evidence, telling his brother to delete all his Yahoo emails because he was worried about Yahoo receiving a subpoena.
The indictment charges that Amanat convinced people to invest millions of dollars in a tech company called Kit Digital and lied to them to hide the fact that the company was hemorrhaging cash. “The evidence of their criminal schemes was so overwhelming that Amanat actually tried to fool the jury by introducing fake emails into the record as exculpatory ‘evidence’ in this trial,” acting Manhattan U.S. Attorney Joon H. Kim said in a statement. Prosecutors said he re-purposed millions of dollars of the company’s money for his own personal use.
In 2013, Amanat partnered with Russian businessman Vladislov Doronin to purchase a high-end resort for over $350 million. Doronin moved from Russia to Switzerland to work for Marc Rich, who escaped the United States after he was indicted for fraud and illegal trading with Iran. Rich was pardoned by former President Bill Clinton on his last day in the White House. USA Todayreports:
Clinton's motive for pardoning Rich on his last day in office was questioned because Rich's ex-wife, Denise Rich, was a wealthy Democratic donor who made a $450,000 donation to Clinton's presidential library foundation and more than $100,000 to Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign.
Amanat, who is scheduled to be sentenced April 25, is the latest family member of Abedin's who is going to prison. A federal judge in New York sentenced Abedin’s husband, child sex predator and former Democrat congressman Anthony Weiner, to 21 months in prison for his crimes against a minor.
The investigation into Weiner came in response to a report from the Daily Mail that exposed Weiner's relationship with the 15-year-old girl. That investigation led the FBI to Weiner's laptop where they discovered 650,000 emails belonging to then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, which triggered the FBI to reopen their criminal investigation into the corrupt Democratic candidate.

Hillary Had Better Get Her Aides Deleting Emails

What a Judge Ordered The State Department To Do Has Hillary Panicking

The search for State Department emails regarding the Sept. 11, 2012 Benghazi attacks received a boost this week when a federal judge ordered the agency to search the government email accounts of several Hillary Clinton aides.
Washington D.C. District Court Judge Amit Mehta, an Obama appointee, ordered State to search the accounts of Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan, Clinton’s top aides at the State Department, in response to a lawsuit filed by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch.
Mehta said that the State Department did not do enough to search for all emails it has on its computer systems regarding the Benghazi attacks, which left four Americans dead.
The State Department reviewed the 30,000-plus emails that Clinton returned to the agency in Dec. 2014. It has also searched emails that Abedin, Mills and Sullivan sent and received on personal accounts.

Want To Bet This Never Comes To Be?

Newly Released Huma Abedin Emails Spur Call For Renewed Investigation Into Hillary

"Pay to play, classified information mishandling, influence peddling, cover ups – these new emails show why the criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s conduct must be resumed."

ROBYN BECK/AFP/Getty Images

On Tuesday, Judicial Watch released 1,600 pages of documents, among them never before published emails from Hillary Clinton's confidant and former deputy chief of staff Huma Abedin, which contain what could be incriminating evidence against the former secretary of state.
"Pay to play, classified information mishandling, influence peddling, cover ups – these new emails show why the criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s conduct must be resumed," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a statement Tuesday. “The Trump Justice Department and FBI need to reassure the American people they have finally stopped providing political protection to Hillary Clinton.”
Fitton's statement comes in response to possible "pay-to-play" situations contained in the documents obtained from the State Department by an FOIA lawsuit as well as examples of classified government material being transferred by Clinton's aides via unsecured private email accounts.
The newly released documents contain a total of 91 email conversations that Clinton had previously not turned over, including, as LawNewz' Ronn Blitzer notes, "a number of messages involving information that either had been or were later marked classified, which had previously been withheld after Judicial Watch’s initial FOIA request, under FOIA exemption B1.4(D), which pertains to foreign relations and activities." Among the classified information was "a memo about Northern Ireland and details regarding a call between the Chinese Foreign Minister and State Department officials."
The existence of the 91 emails, as Daily Caller's Jack Crowe points out, contradicts Clinton’s claim that, "as far as she knew," she had turned over all government emails to authorities.
In one example of the Clinton aides' reckless handling of classified information, Clinton's executive assistant Joseph MacManus (now executive secretary of the State Department) refuses to send a document to Abedin specifically because it is "classified," writing, "The draft paper is classified so it cannot go by Blackberry email."
But what Fitton stresses as potentially the most damaging is the possible "pay-to-play" evidence. Here's Blitzer's summary of one example:
The emails also contained evidence of possible pay-to-play, including an executive who was a big donor to the Clinton Presidential Library pushing for someone else to be named Ambassador to the Dominican Republic. The requestwas made to Abedin through Clinton Foundation executive Doug Band. It is not clear whether or not this person received an ambassadorship because the name was redacted in the email.
Here's Crowe's summary of other potential pay-to-play situations:
In a similar example of preferential treatment toward Clinton donors, the managing director of left wing fundraising organization Democracy Alliance, Kelly Craighead, emailed Abedin asking her to “reach out” to an “extremely loyal supporter” who was awaiting a response regarding an application for a senior position at the Department of State.
One year later in April 2010, Craighead reached out again with a State Department personnel request.
“It would mean a lot to me if you could help or advise on a personnel situation for a dear friend,” Craighead said.
Abedin appears to have prioritized the request. “We love [Redacted]. Looking into this asap,” she responded.
Will the DOJ and the FBI answer Fitton's call to end the "political protection to Hillary Clinton"? Attorney General Jeff Sessions has signaled that he will be ratcheting up his efforts against "deep state" forces, but right now it sure looks like the FBI is far too focused on the "coup" against Trump to do more digging on Hillary.

What Is Wrong With Huma? Is She As Sick As Weiner?

Huma Abedin has invited Anthony Weiner back home

Just when you thought Huma Abedin finally had enough, the Hillary Clinton aide has invited her admitted sex offender hubby back home again, The Post has learned.
ADVERTISING
Anthony Weiner’s long-suffering wife filed for divorce earlier this month, the same day the disgraced ex-congressman pleaded guilty to sexting with a 15-year-old girl.
But Abedin has since renewed the lease on their pricey Union Square duplex — and invited back home the man who has repeatedly heaped humiliation upon her, sources told The Post.
The luxury three-bedroom, 1,500-square-foot pad at 1 Irving Place features an “expansive, panoramic view of Union Square Park and the midtown skyline,” according to a Corcoran listing.
The sext-crazed pol, who had been sleeping on his mother’s couch in Park Slope, was to move out Tuesday, a source said.
“He was supposed to move,” the building source explained. “But they just signed for another year.”
Another source said, “She still hasn’t served him with the divorce papers.”
Weiner, who will have to register as a sex offender as part the plea deal with the Manhattan US Attorney’s Office, was spotted Tuesday at about 9 a.m. strolling out of the building with his and Abedin’s 5-year-old son.
A pal of the couple said that Weiner has been the primary caretaker for the boy, especially while Abedin worked on Clinton’s failed presidential bid.
“Huma is worried about her son,” the pal said. “That’s her priority, and Anthony plays a very strong role in raising him.”
It’s unclear whether Abedin, 41, is on the $11,900-a-month lease alone or signed with Weiner, who is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 8.
Brokers could not discuss the leasing arrangement because they signed a strict non-disclosure agreement. “We are really worried about this one,” a broker said. “This is a very sensitive rental.”
But Weiner, 52, who pleaded guilty May 19 to one count of transferring obscene material to a minor, may not be around much after Labor Day. He faces 21 to 27 months behind bars for carrying on the lurid exchange with the North Carolina teen.
“I have a sickness but I do not have an excuse,” he told federal Judge Loretta Preska between sobs. “I knew that was morally wrong.” Abedin was not in the courtroom.
Weiner’s creepy behavior may have even played a role in the 2016 presidential election. The FBI opened an inquiry into Weiner’s conduct in September and seized his laptop and phones, leading the feds to realize some of Clinton’s emails were on his computer. Then-FBI Director James Comey told Congress he would reopen an investigation into Clinton’s private email server two weeks before the election as a result.
Weiner has long been plagued by a weakness for sexually charged cyber correspondence. The Post reported in August 2016 that he was still sexting women, prompting his wife to announce their separation.
He had texted a crotch shot to a West Coast mom that included his then-3-year-old in bed next to him.
He entered outpatient therapy for sex addiction in Tennessee last fall, where a Post reporter and photographer spotted him riding a horse as part of his treatment.
The Weiner sexting scandal began in 2011 when the then-up-and-coming congressman accidentally tweeted a picture of his bulging member out to the public and then claimed his account had been hacked. Eventually, he came clean and resigned from office.
He tried to revive his political career in 2013 running for New York mayor. but the campaign was quickly derailed when 22-year-old Syndey Leathers came forward with proof of their online relationship. Revelations of other online sexting partners soon followed.
Abedin and Weiner didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
