A Brief History Of Islam

Obama's Comparison between ISIS And Ferguson Shows How Politically Incorrect He Is!

Dick Cheney Roasts Obama Alive for Being Disrespectful to Military and the Police [WATCH]

Former Vice President Dick Cheney this week sharply criticized President Barack Obama for comparing Ferguson, Mo., with the Middle East during a speech to the United Nations General Assembly.
Cheney made his comments during a recent Fox News interview, reported Western Journalism.
He called any comparison between the thousands of brutal murders committed by terrorists in the name of radical Islam with the shooting of a robbery suspect in Missouri “outrageous.”
“I was stunned,” Cheney said. “In one case, you’ve got a police officer involved in a shooting. There may be questions about it that will be sorted out through the legal process.”
“There’s no comparison to that with what ISIS is doing to thousands of people throughout the Middle East,” he added.
If Obama was referring to the rioters and looters who used the excuse of the Michael Brown shooting for their criminal acts, then his comparison is slightly more apt, but only very slightly.
But, of course, he didn’t mean that. He was pandering to his base in a veiled attack on Officer Darren Wilson.
What Obama — and much of the media — seems to have forgotten is that Wilson is innocent. Until proven guilty in a court of law, Wilson is presumed not to have committed a crime. It’s bad enough when citizens forget that, worse when journalists do — and inexcusable from the president of the United States.
It’s also not strategically sound for the president. There may be coming a time in the not-too-distant future when Barack Obama finds himself very grateful for the presumption of innocence.
Please share this article on Twitter and Facebook if you agree that President Obama’s comparison between a single shooting by a police officer in the line of duty and the thousands of brutal murders committed by the Islamic State is simply disgraceful.

TEL AVIV – Russia has delivered a behind-the-scenes threat to retaliate if airstrikes carried out by the U.S. or its allies target the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Middle Eastern security officials told WND.
The security officials said Russia complained Sunday in quiet talks with United Nations representatives that the Obama administration’s current aerial campaign against Islamic State fighters in Syria is a violation of international agreements regarding control of Syrian airspace.
The officials said Russia warned it could potentially retaliate if U.S. or Arab airstrikes go beyond targeting Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, and instead bomb any Syrian regime targets.
The officials told WND they do not have any information about the seriousness of the Russian threat or whether Moscow meant it would retaliate directly or aid Assad’s air force in a military response.
The officials said Russian diplomats asserted terms regarding Syrian airspace were agreed upon last September as part of a sweeping deal to disarm Syria’s arsenal of chemical weapons by the middle of 2014.
At the time, the international community feared Assad could target chemical weapons inspectors acting in Syria. That fear in part lead to a deal in which Moscow says it was provided with significant responsibility over the skies of Syria, purportedly to insure against Assad’s air force acting against the international disarmament effort.
The officials further said that both the Russia and Iranian militaries are on heightened alert amid the ongoing situation in Syria.
On Saturday, U.S.-led coalition warplanes for the first time reportedly struck ISIS targets in Syria near the Turkish border as well as positions in the country’s east, according to activists and a Kurdish officials speaking to the Associated Press.
Nawaf Khalil, a spokesman for Syria’s Kurdish Democratic Union Party, or PYD, told the AP the strikes targeted Islamic State positions near the Syrian Kurdish town of Kobani.
U.S.-coalition strikes also reportedly targeted a local ISIS headquarters in the northern Syrian town of Tel Abyad along the Turkish border, setting an oil refinery ablaze.
“Our building was shaking and we saw fire, some 60 meters (65 yards) high, coming from the refinery,” local businessman Mehmet Ozer told Time Magazine.
Time reported the strikes were also confirmed by the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and were reported by Turkey’s Dogan news agency.

Two female teachers at the same Louisiana high school are under investigation for having sex with a male student at the school.
According to local television and newspaper reports, the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office has confirmed it’s probing allegations that two women who work as teachers at Destrehan High School had a sexual relationship with a male student.
Sheriff’s spokesman Captain Patrick Yoes told ABC affiliate WGNO-TV: “While the matter is being investigated it’s too early to say more. There is much more work to do in the case.”
The alleged sexual activity is said to have happened off campus, and the names and ages of the parties involved have not been released.
Officials at the St. Charles Parish Public School Office were the first to be notified.
Spokeswoman Stevie Crovetto issued a statement saying, “We are conducting a thorough investigation. We have turned the matter over to the sheriff’s office. It is premature at this time to give any information. A statement will be released at the appropriate time.”
According to WGNO, the alleged activity has been the topic of conversation on campus since early last week.
“Talking about how it happened and how people found out and what was going to happen to them,” student Brandon Wild told the station. “Some people believe it. I honestly don’t really believe it, but some people do.”
Wild is a junior who takes a class from one of the accused instructors, whose names have not been divulged at this time.
“She’s a cool teacher. Her class is pretty fun,” he told WGNO. “If it’s not true then I feel bad for her. I hope nothing really happens to her. I hope she continues teaching.”
Watch WGNO-TV’s coverage of the case:
“It’s not good. It’s not policy. It’s against everything I believe in,” said parent Tranae Payton.
“I don’t understand; they’re supposed to be teaching, not, not doing those types of things with children. I mean, they’re students and they’re young adults but they’re not adults; they’re children.”
The station asked student Trequan Gabril, “If it’s not true and it’s a vicious rumor, how do you think it could hurt the reputation of the teachers?”
“It’ll affect them bad because people will probably still be thinking they did it, even if it’s not true,” he replied.
No charges have been filed in the case as the investigation continues.
