A federal judge slammed the State Departments handling of requests for Clinton docs surrounding her misuse of classified information. The judge stated that the State Department provided "clearly false" and "misleading statements" to derail the requests.

According to Fox News:

In a combative exchange at a hearing Friday in Washington, D.C., a federal judge unabashedly accused career State Department officials of lying and signing "clearly false" affidavits to derail a series of lawsuits seeking information about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server and her handling of the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth said he was "shocked" and "dumbfounded" when he learned that FBI had granted immunity to former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Millsduring its investigation into the use of Clinton's server, according to a court transcript of his remarks.

"I had myself found that Cheryl Mills had committed perjury and lied under oath in a published opinion I had issued in a Judicial Watch case where I found her unworthy of belief, and I was quite shocked to find out she had been given immunity in — by the Justice Department in the Hillary Clinton email case," Lamberth said during Friday's hearing.

The Department of Justice's Inspector General (IG), Michael Horowitz, noted in a bombshell report in June that it was "inconsistent with typical investigative strategy" for the FBI to allow Mills to sit in during the agency's interview of Clinton during the email probe, given that classified information traveled through Mills' personal email account. "[T]here are serious potential ramifications when one witness attends another witness' interview," the IG wrote.

The lawsuits in question were filed by Judicial Watch and were filed in order to seek information on Clinton's response to Benghazi and Clinton's email server.

Treasury Official Charged with Leaking Confidential Reports on Trump Advisers to BuzzFeed

A senior U.S. Treasury official has been arrested on charges of leaking sensitive financial reports concerning ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and other individuals to BuzzFeed News.

A complaint released by the Justice Department on Wednesday details that Natalie Mayflower Sours Edwards, 40, a senior adviser at Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, began leaking documents known as Suspicious Activity Reports beginning in October 2017 and continued throughout the past year.

In addition to Manafort, “the highly confidential documents allegedly leaked by the employee also were related to former Trump campaign official Richard Gates, accused Russian agent Maria Butina, a suspected Russian money laundering entity and the Russian Embassy in Washington, according to a criminal complaint,” CNBC reported.

Edwards has been charged with one count of unauthorized disclosures of SARs and one count of conspiracy to make unauthorized disclosures of the reports.

“Banks file SARs confidentially in order to tip off law enforcement to potentially illegal financial transactions,” according to The Hill.

The unauthorized document disclosures by Edwards are said in the complaint to have provided the basis for 12 news articles published by an unnamed news organization.

However, the document does list the headlines for six articles, which were published by BuzzFeed between October 2017 and as recently as this week.

Federal prosecutors said that Edwards “was in possession of a flash drive” that appeared to be the same device “on which she saved the unlawfully disclosed SARs.”

She also had in her possession “a cellphone containing numerous communications over an encrypted application in which she transmitted SARs and other sensitive government information.”

“When questioned by law enforcement officials (Tuesday), Edwards confessed she has provided SARs to (the reporter) via an encrypted application, through falsely denied knowing that (the reporter) intended to or did publish that information” through a news organization, the complaint stated.

The BuzzFeed articles, by Jason Leopold and Anthony Cormier, seek to draw connections between Trump and his presidential campaign and Russian interests.

“The articles cited documents transactions pertaining to Manafort and Gates, both of whom have since pleaded guilty to financial crimes related to their consulting work for a pro-Russia political party in Ukraine,” CNBC reported.

In a Monday story, BuzzFeed reported on dealings of the Russian-owned real estate company Prevezon Holdings. An attorney for the company helped arrange the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting between Manafort, Jared Kushner and Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya, which had been billed to the campaign as a chance to get some “dirt” on Hillary Clinton.

Geoffrey Berman, the U.S. for the Southern District of New York, said in a statement, “Edwards, a senior-level FinCEN employee, betrayed her position of trust by repeatedly disclosing highly sensitive information contained in Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to an individual not authorized to receive them. “

“SARs, which are filed confidentially by banks and other financial institutions to alert law enforcement to potentially illegal transactions, are not public documents, and it is an independent federal crime to disclose them outside of one’s official duties,” Berman said.

In January 2017, then-President-elect Trump labeled Buzzfeed “fake news” for publishing the unverified Trump Russia dossier.

Traditionally, political parties have a platform to convince voters to vote for their side. The left no longer has a coherent message for the American people. Instead, Democrats have taken their party away from politics and moved their position to revenge, assault, and chaos. 

Since 2016, the left has been in a state of shellshock. Democrats began blaming Russia’s president for Trump’s victory. Attorney General Jeff Sessions stepped aside to allow Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to oversee the allegations that Trump somehow coordinated with Putin to win the general election even though former President Obama said it was impossible. Former FBI Director Robert Mueller was selected to lead the investigation with a team of attorneys. Mueller and his investigators have been unable to find any evidence of collusion with Russia, despite the left-wing hype.

The longer Mueller’s fruitless investigation continues, the more the left panics. 

Recently, Eric Holder, former attorney general for Obama, stopped to speak at a political event for Stacy Abrams who is running for governor in Georgia. Holder told the crowd, “When they go low, you kick them,” referring to Republicans. His comment was made after the media has approved and encouraged attacking or harassing Trump supporters at least 594 times. This type of language is dangerous and reckless in our current political state. However, Holder does not seem to mind if anyone gets hurt as long as the left gets power.

CNN’s Christine Amanpour interviewed Hillary Clinton. During the one-on-one, she said that “civility can start again” after Democrats win. Clinton’s comment was similar to an authoritarian dictatorship mentality. Furthermore, Clinton actually meant the shutting down of Conservatism, Capitalism, freedom and liberty for the sake of Socialism. Big government rule is slavery, not civility. 

Clinton’s 2016 presidential message was take from the rich, raise taxes, grow government and make more people rely on Democrats to survive. Since she lost, the Democratic Party has turned into a mob that is bent on accosting those who do not agree.  

Democrats no longer offer anything to their constituents except retribution for losing in 2016 by removing Trump from office via impeachment. How will removing the president to replace him with a staunch Conservative Christian make the left powerful again? It won’t, but they are so blind with rage their mission is personal, not political. 

The Democrats have been entrenched on their attacks; they have moved from being a political party with a message to a group that encourages mob rule to regain power.

Voters notice Democrat encouraging chaos. The midterm election is next month, and if they continue to push this narrative, they could alienate more voters just like in 2016. Many protests lead up to the election of Trump who stood directly against the mayhem. By encouraging more discord, the left may set themselves up for a repeat next month. 

The more the left encourages childish, schoolyard bully behavior, the less chance they have of winning. 

Trump has beaten back all of the left’s attacks. Democrats have nothing left. What does an animal do when backed into a corner? They attack and become violent. Violence is the Democratic Party now. All of their smears, lies, and namecalling have failed. Physical assault is the last resort.

A Vermont mother of two daughters who’s running as a Republican for the state’s House of Representatives said she received a left-wing death and rape threat in a pro-“Socialism” letter mailed to her home, WCAX-TV reported.

In a “cutout” word format, the letter begins “C***” and continues with, “We are hunting you. My comrades will kill you and the Constitution. First we will rape you for years. You will scream and know that agonizing horror. No equal rights for Republicans. Socialism is here. Open season for Republican death in Vermont. Fear our revolution. It’s time.” The letter, mailed to Morin’s home in Colchester, is signed “AA.”

Vermont state police are investigating, the station reported, adding that Morin said an internal Post Office task force is looking into the letter.

What did Morin have to say about the letter?

“It’s like how dare you?” Morin told WCAX. “I’m a traitor to their ideology. Like, they just assume because I’m young and I’m female that automatically I should be leftist — and I’m not, and that makes people really mad at me.”

She added to the station: “I’m very outspoken. I’m very well spoken. I’m a real threat to socialism, and now socialism is a real threat to me.”

However, Morin noted to WCAX that she’s “trying not to take it too seriously because it’s most likely … just an empty threat.” She added to VTDigger that some of the letter used clippings from campaign material Morin handed out in her community.

“I knew on some level I’ve made contact with this person,” Morin added to the outlet. “They’re somewhere in the vicinity, geographically speaking. And that’s unsettling.”

She also told VTDigger that she “knew there was going to be pushback — especially being Republican in Vermont. I just never expected something this extreme.”

Morin told the outlet her family has taken security measures. But she told WCAX she’s also concerned about her young female supporters.

“I’m not comfortable asking them to come out anymore because I don’t want to be responsible for somebody else getting hurt,” Morin told the station. “I feel like I have to protect them now.”

What are others saying about the letter?

Jack Moulton, executive director of the Vermont Republican Party, told VTDigger the party is “thankful” that police are investigating the threat.

Lt. Gov. David Zukerman — a “progressive” Democrat, according to the outlet — condemned the threatening letter in a public speech: “It doesn’t matter whether it’s extreme right, or extreme left, that is not who we are in Vermont.”

But Zukerman also managed to bash President Donald Trump in the process.

“We cannot take the energy that’s coming out of our president in Washington and allow it taint our water, our spirit and our souls,” he added, according to VTDigger. “We are better than that.”

Christopher Di Mezzo, communications director for the Vermont Democratic Party, told the outlet in an email that the party believes whoever is responsible for the threat will be prosecuted.

“Threats of political violence fly in the face of our shared values as Vermonters and have no place in our public discourse,” he said.

It should be noted that numerous “victims” have claimed violence and acts of hatred and bigotry were perpetrated against them — sometimes at the hands of white men or Trump supporters — only to see their claims debunked as hoaxes and lies.

Busted: Haley Stevens Doctored Her Resume To Inflate Role In Obama's Auto Bailout

11th Congressional District Democrat candidate Haley Stevens has not been truthful with voters about her role in the auto industry bailout.

In her first ad, she erroneously and passionately claimed that she was "chief of staff" to the entire bailout. Now Stevens is changing her story.

Evidently, Stevens was as much of a Chief of Staff to the Auto Bailout as fellow Dem Congressional candidate Matthew Longjohn is a Doctor, both #FakeNews.

In her new ad, she backtracks on that claim, saying she merely "worked" on the bailout.

Writing to the Jewish News recently, Stevens said she "Served as chief of staff on the Auto Task Force inside of the U.S. Treasury Department." 

This is a far cry from  being "chief of staff" of the entire auto bailout...

Documents show she was listed by the Treasury Department as a "special assistant" and a "confidential assistant." In a 2010 interview with American University Alumni Magazine, Stevens described her position as a confidential assistant and “chief of staff-oriented.”

Haley Stevens knows she hasn't been telling the truth to voters in the 11th, and she's quietly trying to cover her tracks.

Hopefully she won't get away with it...

Stevens faces Lena Epstein, a small business owner and former Co Chair of President Trump's historic 2016 Michigan campaign.

Epstein has real experience with auto industry related work, running an oil company with hundreds of millions in annual revenue, and around 200 employees.
