Jerusalem, Judea And Samaria, All Belong To Israel Regardless Of What Americans, The EU Or Palestinians Say!

Let Them All Protest -This Land is Ours

So the world makes noises when we build. So what?
Let the world go crazy – the independent, sovereign State of Israel is building 1,500 new homes on Jewish land which Israel controls. Go figure: an independent sovereign country is actually building? Laying foundations? Painting walls? Stop the presses.
Israel’s legitimate right to build is its prerogative – and there is no reason which needs to be given.
With all due respect, as a Judea & Samaria supporter who owns a PR agency, the language used by the valiant Minister of Housing, Uri Ariel is simply wrong.  Quoted by The Washington Post, “Ariel said the construction was a “fitting Zionist response to the formation of a Palestinian terror government.”
BIN-OpEd-Experts-300x250(1)I disagree – these homes are Zionism and should not be positioned as anything other than the right thing for Jews.  What they do or do not do doesn’t matter.
While America’s Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro said that the U.S. opposes the planned settlement construction, Shapiro is wrong.  And State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said the new housing was  “illegitimate” – and she also is wrong.  Whether Hamas is or is not in the government, these American representatives are wrong.
This land is Jewish land.
The EU said in a statement it was “deeply disappointed” by the housing approvals, saying they were “unhelpful to peace efforts.” Who cares!  This land is Jewish land – and it should not be positioned as a response to the “Palestinian terror government” established earlier this week.
Whatever they do has nothing to do with the fact that Judea & Samaria belong to Israel.
May those Jewish homes be blessed – as must the additional 1,800 units which will be expected next week.  No matter how much land Israel would ever give the Palestinian Arabs, it is not enough. Judea and Samaria, as well as Eastern Jerusalem belong to Israel – and the Palestinian Arabs seek to destroy Israel as a Jewish State. That was true before Hamas was in the government – and remains true now.
As Ze’ev Jabotinsky wrote in The Story of The Jewish Legion, “Everybody is wrong and you alone are right?’ No doubt this question springs by itself to the reader’s lips and mind. It is customary to answer this with apologetic phrases to the effect that I fully respect public opinion, that I bow to it, that I was glad to make concessions….All this is unnecessary, and all this is untrue. You cannot believe in anything in the world, if you admit even once that perhaps your opponents are right, and not you. This is not the way to do things. There is but one truth in the world, and it is all yours. If you are not sure of it, stay at home; but if you are sure, don’t look back, and it will be your way.”As Jabotinsky wrote, “Do not underestimate the power of a right, and don’t exaggerate the value of a building that is being built. I, too, respect the construction of a building, but woe upon us if we extract the basis of our right to exist from it.…”
These are the places where Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and David lived – And Judea and Samaria belong to Israel.  These areas are Jewish areas of the State of Israel. Period.
As Yitzchak Shamir rightly noted, “Israel’s days without Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria are gone and will not return.”

Aircraft Carrier Sent To Persian Gulf

American Aircraft Carrier Ordered to the Persian Gulf as Jihadists Storm Iraq

WASHINGTON (AP) — Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has ordered an aircraft carrier — the USS George H.W. Bush — to move from the northern Arabian Sea to the Persian Gulf as President Barack Obama considers possible military options for Iraq.

Hagel’s press secretary, Rear Adm. John Kirby, says the order will give the president added flexibility if military action is required to protect American lives, citizens and interests in Iraq.
Accompany the carrier will be the guided-missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea and the guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun. The ships are expected to complete their move into the Gulf later Saturday.
The ships carry Tomahawk missiles, which could reach Iraq. The Bush is carrying fighter jets that could also easily get to Iraq, where a fast-moving Islamic insurgency is gaining territory.

ISIS Leader Was Once A Prisoner Of US. More Incompetency On Our Part

A Jihadist’s Parting Words: ‘I’ll See You Guys in New York’

The man who is now leading the Islamic State of Syria and the Levant (ISIL), the group so brutal that al-Qaeda has disavowed it, was once held prisoner by the United States.

The black-and-white picture shows a bearded man wearing a suit and tie. The group is behind most of the attacks that have been taking place in Iraq. It is also playing a more active military role alongside other predominantly Sunni rebels in the fight to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad, and its members have carried out attacks against Syrians near the porous border inside Iraq. The U.S. let him go, and as he left, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi allegedly had some disturbing words for his captors: “I’ll see you guys in New York.”
Apparently, Al-Baghdadi was a low-profile prisoner until that moment.
“He was a bad dude,” recalled Army Col. Kenneth King, speaking to the Daily Beast, “but he wasn’t the worst of the worst.”
King was the commanding officer of Camp Bucca, the detention camp in Iraq where Al-Baghdadi was held, and when he heard Al-Baghdadi’s words back in 2009, he said he figured the man was saying he knew his captivity had essentially been a joke.
“Like, ‘This is no big thing, I’ll see you on the block,’” King told the Daily Beast, adding that Al-Baghdadi knew many of his captors at Camp Bucca were from New York.
Now, as the forces of ISIL (also know as ISIS, the Islamic State of Syria and Iraq) have seized large swathes of northern Syria and Iraq and seem poised to assault Baghdad, King said he was surprised that Al-Baghdadi was heading the jihadist group.
“I’m not surprised that it was someone who spent time in Bucca but I’m a little surprised it was him,” King said, explaining that Al-Baghdadi had kept his head down while a prisoner.
Indeed, as the Daily Beast noted, Al-Baghdadi has kept an extremely low profile, eschewing the public video appearances that other Islamic extremist leaders have been fond of making and leaving international media with very few pictures of himself.

The ISIL led by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who is believed to have been operating from inside Syria in recent months, is the main driver of destabilizing violence in Iraq and until recently was the main al-Qaida affiliate there. King said the fact that Al-Baghdadi was released is a source of personal frustration.
“We spent how many missions and how many soldiers were put at risk when we caught this guy (in 2005) and we just released him,” he said.

Tech Expert: IRS Either Lying Or Incompetent On Loss Of Lois Lerner Emails. We Think Both!

Veteran IT Professional Gives Six Reasons Why the IRS’ Claim That It ‘Lost’ Two Years of Lois Lerner’s Emails Is ‘Simply Not Feasible’

A veteran IT professional tells TheBlaze that the IRS’ claim that the agency lost two years’ worth of former IRS official Lois Lerner’s emails is “simply not feasible.”
On Friday, members of Congress revealed that the IRS would not be able to hand over Lerner’s emails to and from other IRS employees from January 2009 to April 2011, possibly due to a “glitch” or “crash.” Lawmakers were seeking the emails as part of their investigation into the IRS targeting scandal.
Norman Cillo, an Army veteran who worked in intelligence and a former program manager at Microsoft, argued it is very difficult to lose emails for good and laid out six reasons why he believes Congress is “being lied to” about the Lerner emails:
1. I believe the government uses Microsoft Exchange for their email servers. They have built-in exchange mail database redundancy. So, unless they did not follow Microsofts recommendations they are telling a falsehood. You can see by the diagram below that if you have three servers in a DAG you have three copies of the database.

2. Every IT organization that I know of has hotswappable disk drives. Every server built since 2000 has them. Meaning that if a single disk goes bad it’s easy to replace.
3. ALL Servers use some form of RAID technology. The only way that data can be totally lost (Meaning difficult to bring back) is if more than a single disk goes before the first bad disk is replaced. In the diagram below you can see that its possible to lose a single disk and still keep the data.

4. If the server crashed (Hardware failure other than disks), then the disks that contain the DATA for the Exchange database is still available because the server hardware and disks are exchangeable. Meaning that if I have another server with the same hardware in it, I can put the disks in and everything should boot right up.
5. All email servers in a professional organization use TAPE backup. Meaning if all the above fails, you can restore the server using the TAPE backups.
6. If they are talking about her local PC, then it’s a simple matter of going to the servers which have the email and getting them from the servers. If the servers have removed the data you can still get them by using the backups of the servers to recover the emails.
However, Cillo, who has been working in IT for roughly 16 years and is currently a consultant for a tech company, said it’s possible the IRS is telling the truth if the federal agency is “totally mismanaged and has the worst IT department ever.”
Other than that, it’s just not “feasible,” he told TheBlaze. “If the IRS’ email server is in such a state that they only have one copy of data and the server crashes and it’s gone, I’ve never heard of such a thing.”
“I don’t know of any email administrator that doesn’t have at least three ways of getting that mail back,” he added. “It’s either on the disks or it’s on a TAPE backup someplace or in an archive server. There are at least three ways the government can get those emails.”

Child Illegal Immigrants Coming Here Because Of Our Policies

Surge in illegal immigrants blamed on U.S. policy, not on spiking violence in Central America

QUESTION OF THE DAY

Should Congress make English the official language of the U.S.?

Illegal immigrants from Central America are surging across the U.S.-Mexico border because they believe they can take advantage of American immigration policy and gain at least a tentative foothold in the country, according to an internal Border Patrol intelligence memo.
The immigrants come seeking “permisos,” which apparently are the “notices to appear,” the legal documents given to non-Mexicans caught at the border, according to the memo, which was viewed by The Washington Times and raised several times Wednesday at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.

Those notices officially put the immigrants into deportation proceedings. The immigrants usually are released to await a court date, giving them a chance to fade into the shadows in the interior of the U.S.
“This information is apparently common knowledge in Central America and is spread by word of mouth and international and local media,” the memo reads. “A high percentage of the subjects interviewed stated their family members in the U.S. urged them to travel immediately, because the United States government was only issuing immigration ‘permisos’ until the end of June 2014.”
Agents on May 28 interviewed more than 200 non-Mexicans who were apprehended in the Rio Grande Valley, asking why they came to the U.S. and whether they had family in the country.
The memo conflicts with the Obama administration’s public stance that the surge of unaccompanied minors and young women with families is a result of spiking violence in Central America, not lax enforcement in the U.S.
“These are countries which are experiencing a great deal of violence. What we hear from the children themselves is violence,” a senior administration official told reporters this week.
The Border Patrol memo cites multiple reasons, including a rise in gang-related violence back home, but says the main factor is the rumor of a free pass in the U.S.

“Although economic and security concerns also influenced their decision to travel to the U.S., the issuance of ‘permisos’ to family units was the primary reason for leaving their countries,” the memo says. “The subjects also indicated that ‘everyone’ in their home countries is aware that ‘permisos’ are being issued to family units in south Texas.”
Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, testifying to the Judiciary Committee, was asked repeatedly about the memo but told lawmakers he hadn’t seen it. He did, however, dispute its conclusions.
“I’m not sure I agree that that is the motivator for the children coming into south Texas. I think it is primarily the conditions they are leaving from,” he said.
He also acknowledged that some of the border jumpers may be motivated by “uncertainty” stemming from U.S. policy and the bill the Senate passed last year that would grant legal status to most illegal immigrants in the U.S. — though not to recent arrivals.
Mr. Johnson said the solution is for House lawmakers to pass the Senate bill.
“I do believe that if comprehensive immigration reform is passed, then the uncertainty that may be existing in people’s minds about our law will be resolved,” he said.
All sides of the immigration debate say the situation with the children is untenable.
“This intelligence report confirms what many experienced observers had feared and warned of — that not only the talk of amnesty, but also the reality that illegal crossers have been allowed to stay, is causing Central Americans and who knows who else to abandon their homes and risk their lives to take advantage of our lax policies,” said Jessica Vaughan, policy studies director for the Center for Immigration Studies.
Civil liberties and immigrant rights advocates Wednesday filed a 25-page complaint with the Homeland Security Department about the treatment of some of the children in the care of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The complaint details dozens of stories from children who say they were denied food or water, insulted or threatened by officers, denied the chance to make an asylum claim, and physically abused.
“More than half reported the denial of medical care, including two young mothers whose infant children became sick while detained in freezing temperatures, and another child whose asthma medication was confiscated while she suffered multiple asthma attacks,” the advocacy groups wrote. “Children consistently reported being held in unsanitary, overcrowded and freezing-cold cells, and roughly 70 percent reported being held beyond the legally mandated 72-hour period.”
Although the Obama administration labels the flow of children a “humanitarian” crisis rather than an enforcement problem, Mr. Johnson said he has directed agents to go after the smuggling networks that control the traffic across the border and are thought to be responsible for encouraging Guatemalans, Hondurans and Salvadorans to cross the U.S. border.
He also said the U.S. needs a “robust” public relations campaign to discourage Central Americans from attempting the journey and to warn of the dangers along the way.
Some Republicans said Mr. Johnson and President Obama need to send a clear message.
“The president needs to state unequivocally those who come here will not be able to stay, that they will not qualify under [Deferred Action] or under any other program, and any deportation policy review will not contemplate allowing them to stay,” said Sen. Jeff Flake, Arizona Republican. “That would be, I would think, incredibly helpful. And if you could relay that message back to the president, we’re trying to do so as well.”
