Obama encourages illegals to vote, promises no investigation because ‘the vote is strictly confidential’
In an interview on the YouTube channel Mitú, President Barack Obama encouraged illegals to cast a vote on Tuesday and promised there wouldn’t be any investigations into voters’ citizenship.
Interviewer Gina Rodriguez says the video was being shot to “debunk many of the myths that have plagued us this election.” After some nonsensical small talk, in which Rodriguez mentions the many millennials who are out of work – without pointing out that Obama’s economic policies are directly blame – Rodriguez begins asking about voting.
She then asks Obama:
Many of the millennials, Dreamers, undocumented citizens – and I call them citizens because they contribute to this country – are fearful of voting. So if I vote, will Immigration know where I live? Will they come for my family and deport us?
Obama’s answer:
Not true, and the reason is, first of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself. And there is not a situation where the voting rolls somehow are transferred over and people start investigating, etc. The sanctity of the vote is strictly confidential.
“Undocumented citizens” should be fearful of voting. They are legally prevented from voting and would be violating election laws. But Obama’s response is stunning. And it validates everything we at Personal Liberty have written about the goals behind the globalists’ push for open borders. It also validates Donald Trump’s claim from October that Border Patrol agents are being prohibited from deporting illegals because “they’re letting people pour into the country so they can go vote.”
Obama then goes on to construct a straw man that there is some mysterious “they” who doesn’t want Hispanics to vote. He is, of course, alluding Trump and his supporters. Obama continues:
If you have a family member who maybe is undocumented, then you have an even greater reason to vote. And the reason that fear is promoted is because they don’t want people voting. People are discouraged from voting and part of what is important for Latino citizens is to make your voice heard, because you’re not just speaking for yourself. You’re speaking for family members, friends, classmates of yours in school… who may not have a voice. Who can’t legally vote. But they’re counting on you to make sure that you have the courage to make your voice heard.
Add encouraging noncitizens to vote and promising them that they won’t be prosecuted to the list of impeachable offenses committed by the undocumented usurper currently despoiling the People’s House.
