Trump's Accomplishments In One Year!

President Donald Trump’s State of the Union Address, Jan 30, 2018. What’s not to like?

http://israel-commentary.org
By Jerome S. Kaufman
Astute Fox News Senior Analyst Brit Hume best summed up the Democrat response to the speech. “I don’t think the American people are going to like the attitude and body language of the Democrat leaders in the audience. “They all looked as if their dog had just died.” Bret Baier and Martha McCallum, the Fox team alongside for the speech coverage, cracked up.
What then was the Democrat problem? Simple. President Trump was just too good. He presented his unbelievable list of one year’s accomplishments. He put forward the American flag and his primary concern for the well-being of the United States of America First — not selfish, power seeking single minded partisan politics.
What was his one year list of accomplishments? In part they included:
2.4 million new jobs!
Rising wages in all segments of the economy,
Nation-wide unemployment at a 45 year low,
African American unemployment at the lowest level ever,
Hispanic unemployment also at the lowest level ever,
Small businesses gained 8 trillion in value.
The Stock Market gains are off the charts at all time highs,
Your retirement holdings, your 401K savings are greater than ever,
The Congress, thanks to the ceaseless nudging of President, passed a bill authorizing the biggest tax cuts and reforms in our history:
The Standard Deduction for individuals has been doubled
The first $45,000 of income is tax-free
The credit for each child supported has doubled
The tax bill for a family of four with an income of $75,000 has been halved
Take home pay has increased for everyone
The awful Individual Mandate of Obama Care forcing everyone to buy health insurance, whether they wanted to or not, has been eliminated.
Three million Americans have already received tax reductions
The taxes on businesses has been lowered from 35% one of the highest in the world to 21% making us once again competitive in world markets and virtually guaranteeing greater production, greater employment and higher wages.
Small businesses can now deduct from their taxes 20% of business income.
The big corporations are flocking back to this country from abroad, bringing back American dollars and creating new American jobs.
Apple is investing 3.5 billion more dollars in new operations and 20,000 new workers are to be hired
Exxon Mobile is bringing back 50 billion dollars to invest in US projects
Fiat Chrysler is investing one billion in a Warren, MI truck factory shifting work back from Mexico.
Toyota Motor Corp and Mazda Motor Corp announced they would build a new $1.6 billion joint venture auto plant.
US War Veterans, for the first time have other options for health care. They are no longer held hostage to the oft-proven inefficient operations of Veteran Hospitals
President Trump, with Senate approval, has appointed a top rated Supreme Court Judge, Neil Gorsuch, who is known for his faith and belief in the Constitution of the United States — not the whims of transient political popularity and correctness.
President Trump has appointed a record number of circuit court justices that are also sworn to uphold the Constitution of the US and actually believe and respect that oath.
President Trump became the first US president in the State of Israel’s 70 year old re-birth to recognize Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel. The audience’s response registered thunderous support and heart warming.
In the latest Fox News Poll, President Trump’s approval rating had risen to 45% and there is no question, after this home run of a speech, it will rise considerably more – as it should.
So, no wonder the Democrats sat upon their hands with wry, unhappy faces and left early.

The Heat Is On! Will Hillary Get A Pass From Obama So She Can Avoid Criminal Charges?

BREAKING: Fox Host Delivers

 Hillary Bombshell

13 4 0  21
Citing sources at the FBI, Fox News anchor Bret Baier said the FBI’s renewed
investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server will almost certainly end in an
indictment, unless some sort of “obstruction” arises.

Baier made the claim Wednesday night during a broadcast of “On the
Record” with Brit Hume. He said that a “lot of evidence” had been
recovered from Anthony Wiener’s laptop, and made an eventual
indictment appear very likely, even if it came months after the election.

“I pressed, again and again, on this very issue,” Baier told Hume. “These
sources said, yes, the investigations will continues [sic], there’s a lot of
evidence, and barring some obstruction in some way, they believe they’ll
continue to, likely, an indictment.”

Baier didn’t say exactly who would be the most most likely target of an
indictment, and what the timeline on such an indictment would be.

Oh Boy, Another Classified Email Shows Up. Will Obama Let Hillary Fall?

Despite Clinton claims, 2012 email had classified marking

NOW PLAYING
Terror in Orlando
EXCLUSIVE: Hillary Clinton, from the moment her exclusive use of personal email for government business was exposed, has claimed nothing she sent or received was marked classified at the time.
But a 2012 email released by the State Department appears to challenge that claim because it carries a classified code known as a “portion marking” - and that marking was on the email when it was sent directly to Clinton’s account.
The “C” - which means it was marked classified at the confidential level - is in the left-hand-margin and relates to an April 2012 phone call with Malawi's first female president, Joyce Banda, who took power after the death of President Mutharika in 2012.
"(C)  Purpose of Call: to offer condolences on the passing of President Mukharika and congratulate President Banda on her recent swearing in."
Everything after that was fully redacted before it was publicly released by the State Department -- a sign that the information was classified at the time and dealt with sensitive government deliberations.
A US government source said there are other Clinton emails with classified markings, or marked classified, beyond the April 2012 document.

A January 2014 federal government training manual, called "Marking Classified National Security Information," provides a step-by-step guide for reviewing classified information, and allocating classified codes or "portion markings."
"This system requires that standard markings be applied to classified information...Markings shall be uniformly and conspicuously applied to leave no doubt about the classified status of the information, the level of protection required, and the duration of classification."
It adds, "A portion is ordinarily defined as a paragraph, but also includes subjects, titles, graphics, tables, charts, bullet statements, sub-paragraphs, classified signature blocks, bullets and other portions within slide presentations, and the like."
"Portion markings consist of the letters “(U)” for Unclassified, “(C)” for Confidential, “(S)” for Secret, and “(TS)” for Top Secret."
Congressman Mike Pompeo, who sits on the House Intelligence Committee, has read the 22 Top Secret emails too damaging to national security to release, and routinely reviews classified documents.
While he could not speak directly to the April 2012 email, he said, "I've seen information like that often. Often certain parts of a particular message will be unclassified and other parts will be classified and they are almost always marked paragraph by paragraph."
Pompeo added, “If, in fact, it is truly marked confidential that would.. and she read it, that made it to her, that would conflict with what she had previously said."
On Wednesday, Clinton told Bret Baier on Special Report,  “the fact is, nothing that I sent or received was marked classified, and nothing has been demonstrated to contradict that. “
Meantime, Clinton confidante Sidney Blumenthal, who spoke to Fox News as part of a book tour to promote his new biolgraphy, "A Self-Made Man: The Political Life of Abraham Lincoln, 1809-1849,"said that the Romanian hacker known as Guccifer -- who claimed to breach Clinton's personal server - may have worked for foreign intelligence.
"Marcel Lazar is a Romanian. He worked from a Russian server. He may well be part of a Russian information operation,"  Blumenthal explained.
While he said there's no way Lazar compromised Clinton's emails, the hacker told Fox News in a telephone interview before reaching a plea deal with the Justice Department that it was "easy for me, for everybody” to access the Clinton server.
Given more than 2,100 classified emails were on the server, Fox asked Blumenthal if he had a security clearance to handle such material. "I was her friend, and I had no security clearance, nor did I seek it, nor did anyone ever send me anything that was classified. So I had no access to, nor did I send or receive any classified material."
Blumenthal said he expects FBI Director James Comey to publicly confirm that Clinton and her aides did not deliberately compromise the nation's secrets.
"This is the question that is at the center of the Department of Justice FBI investigation: Whether anybody had intent, criminal intent to put classified information outside of the system. I believe that was not the case, and I think then, that we will see a statement coming from the FBI stating that, saying that... I assume that the FBI has an interest in - James Comey, the FBI Director has an interest in acting promptly to resolve this remaining question. But I feel confident about the resolution, " Blumenthal said.
Asked about the April 2012 email, and how the campaign could reconcile the classified marking with Clinton’s public statements, spokesman Brian Fallon did not directly address the issue.  "This email was just a request for Secretary Clinton to make a phone call to express condolences over the passing of the President of Malawi. The fact that this email was classified after the fact suggests again that agencies in the government tend to err on the side of classifying even routine matters of diplomacy."

Hillary Will Never Admit That She Did Anything Wrong--Even After She Is Indicted, Convicted And Jailed!!

Hillary: Zero Chance Email Investigation Will Cause Indictment

SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER

Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “Special Report,” presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said there is zero chance and “no basis” that the FBI’s investigation into to her handling of classified material on her private email server during her tenure as secretary of state will result with her indictment.
Partial transcript as follows:
BAIER: I want to ask you about specific things quickly. One, you’ve tried to calm Democrats’ fears that there isn’t going to be another shoe dropping. What basis did you tell this radio station, 1070 radio on Friday, that there is absolutely no possibility of an indictment? Has anybody from the DOJ talked to you or your representatives?
CLINTON: I will repeat what I said. That is not going to happen. There is no basis for it and I’m looking forward to this being wrapped up as soon as possible.
BAIER: Has anybody from the FBI talked to you or your representatives?
CLINTON: I know that they’ve been interviewing a number of people and I’ve told people to cooperate. And I’m looking forward to also participating. I’ve offered to do so since last August.
BAIER: You have said, ‘I’ll talk to anybody any time.’ But you didn’t talk to the State Department I.G. Neither did any of your aides. Why not? And would you talk to the judicial watch deposition that they’re asking for?
CLINTON: Well I’m not going to comment on ongoing litigation or, you know, make any legal points here. I will say with respect to the I.G. investigation, I have talked endlessly about the emails and I testified, as you know, for 11 hours before the committee and the house who had every opportunity to ask me a lot of questions, including about emails. So we had all this information in the public record. It would be the same as I would have said to anyone. And I think it was, important to speak in the public to release the emails. Which I’ve called for. And I think as soon as I have a chance to speak with others, I will do so.
BAIER: The State Department I.G. though wanted to talk to you and you didn’t want to do that.
CLINTON: It just didn’t even, what they wanted to ask we had already talked about. Talked about in the public arena. And look, I think that report actually — I think that report actually supported what I have been saying for years. The rules were not clarified.
(CROSSTALK)
BAIER: You said hundreds of people knew about the —
CLINTON: The practice was used by other secretaries of state. I said it was a mistake and I wouldn’t do it again.
BAIER: Secretary Clinton, you said you sent or received nothing that was marked classified. But you did sign a nondisclosure agreement, an NDA, in 2009 that said markings don’t matter whether it’s marked or unmarked. Do you remember signing that?
CLINTON: No, I do not. But the fact is, nothing that I sent or received was marked classified and nothing has been demonstrated to contradict that. So it is the fact, it was the fact when I first said it, it’s the fact that I’m saying it now. What you are seeing acted out is the desire of the different parts of the government to retroactively classify material so that it is not made public since I did ask that all my emails be made public. And this not an uncommon process. So again, I will just reiterate—nothing I sent or received at the time was marked classified.
BAIER: Very last thing. The Clinton Foundation investigation, the FBI investigation into the email, you’re saying zero chance that this is a problem for you. In this election.
CLINTON: Absolutely. That’s what I’m saying. That happens to be the truth.
BAIER: Secretary Clinton, we thank you for your time. We look forward to having you back on Fox sometime.
CLINTON: Thank you very much. Good to talk to you, Bret.

Will Republicans Stage A WWF Cage Match In Detroit?

Ben Carson to Rivals: Be Nice at Republican Debate in Detroit

Ben Carson — who mocked verbal free-for-all in last debate when he said “Would somebody attack me, please?” — wants more civility next time.
Ben Carson to Rivals: Be Nice at Republican Debate in Detroit
DETROIT, MI – Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, often regarded as a mostly forgotten “nice guy” candidate in the Republican presidential field, is asking his rivals to be civil and play nice with one another during Thursday’s GOP Fox News debate in Detroit.
In a statement, Carson said that Americans deserve more than they’re getting from candidates “seeking the most powerful position in the free world,” and that the tenor of Republican campaign is an “embarrassment on the world stage.”
“A house divided cannot stand, and it is imperative the Republican Party exhibit unity by the candidates coming together with a pledge to talk about the many serious problems facing our country, instead of personally attacking each other,” he said.
Failing that, he said, the eventual nominee may not be able to defeat the Democratic nominee in the Nov. 8 general election.
The discourse between the Republican candidates hit another low point at last week’s pre-Super Tuesday slugfest in Houston and in the days since. At the debate, billionaire businessman Donald Trump called Florida Sen. Marco Rubio “a choke artist” and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz “a liar.”
It went downhill from there, and by the time verbal free-for-all ended, Carson, mostly overlooked in the debate, interjected, “Could someone attack me, please?”
Carson said he’s confident he and the other four Republicans — Trump, Rubio, Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich — can reach an agreement that “we are not going to succumb to the media’s desire for a fight on the stage in Detroit” and rise above the “sophomoric attacks of past encounters.”

Carson said he was reaching out to other candidates asking for their cooperation, but it’s unclear how they’ve responded to his call for civility in Detroit.
The Detroit debate takes place at 9 p.m. Thursday, five days before the March 8 Michigan presidential primary, at the Fox Theatre. It will be broadcast on Fox News, and online at foxnews.com. A limited number of tickets are available through the Michigan Republican Party.
Moderators are Bret Baier, Chris Wallace and Megyn Kelly, with whom Trump has a running feud that caused him to skip a debate in Des Moines, IA, before the first-in-the-nation Iowa Caucuses.
Michigan has 59 Republican delegates at stake in the primary.
The debate comes three days before Democrats Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders debate in Flint, where an unknown number of people have been exposed to dangerous levels of lead in the city’s drinking water supply.
The GOP debate is a homecoming for Carson, who was born in Detroit, overcame his troubled inner-city youth and went on to become a celebrated pediatric neurosurgeon who successfully separated conjoined twins.

Of Course, Benghazi Response Team Was Delayed. Those On The Ground Confirm The Facts..

TERRORISM

Top CIA officer in Benghazi delayed response to terrorist attack, US security team members claim

A U.S. security team in Benghazi was held back from immediately responding to the attack on the American diplomatic mission on orders of the top CIA officer there, three of those involved told Fox News’ Bret Baier.
Their account gives a dramatic new turn to what the Obama administration and its allies would like to dismiss as an “old story” – the September 11, 2012 Benghazi attacks that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.
Speaking out publicly for the first time, the three were security operators at the secret CIA annex in Benghazi – in effect, the first-responders to any attack on the diplomatic compound. Their first-hand account will be told in a Fox News special, airing Friday night at 10 p.m. (EDT).
Based on the new book "13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi" by Mitchell Zuckoff with the Annex Security Team, the special sets aside the political spin that has freighted the Benghazi issue for the last two years, presenting a vivid, compelling narrative of events from the perspective of the men who wore the “boots on the ground.”
The security contractors -- Kris (“Tanto”) Paronto,  Mark (“Oz”) Geist, and John (“Tig”) Tiegen -- spoke exclusively, and at length, to Fox News about what they saw and did that night. Baier, Fox News’ Chief Political Anchor, asked them about one of the most controversial questions arising from the events in Benghazi: Was help delayed?
Word of the attack on the diplomatic compound reached the CIA annex just after 9:30 p.m. Within five minutes, the security team at the annex was geared up for battle, and ready to move to the compound, a mile away.
“Five minutes, we're ready,” said Paronto, a former Army Ranger. “It was thumbs up, thumbs up, we're ready to go.”
But the team was held back. According to the security operators, they were delayed from responding to the attack by the top CIA officer in Benghazi, whom they refer to only as “Bob.”
“It had probably been 15 minutes I think, and … I just said, ‘Hey, you know, we gotta-- we need to get over there, we're losing the initiative,’” said Tiegen. “And Bob just looks straight at me and said, ‘Stand down, you need to wait.’”
“We're starting to get calls from the State Department guys saying, ‘Hey, we're taking fire, we need you guys here, we need help,’” said Paronto.
After a delay of nearly 30 minutes, the security team headed to the besieged consulate without orders. They asked their CIA superiors to call for armed air support, which never came.
Now, looking back, the security team said they believed that if they had not been delayed for nearly half an hour, or if the air support had come, things might have turned out differently.
“Ambassador Stevens and Sean [Smith], yeah, they would still be alive, my gut is yes,” Paronto said. Tiegen concurred.
“I strongly believe if we'd left immediately, they'd still be alive today,” he added.
In a statement to Fox News, a senior intelligence official insisted that,  “There were no orders to anybody to stand down in providing support.”
Baier put that assertion directly to the operators.
“You use the words ‘stand down,’” Baier noted. “A number of people now, including the House Intelligence Committee  insist no one was hindered from responding to the situation at the compound…so what do you say to that?”
“No, it happened,” said Tiegen.
“It happened on the ground-- all I can talk about is what happened on that ground that night,” added Paronto. “To us. To myself, twice, and to-- to Tig, once. It happened that night. We were told to wait, stand-- and stand down.  We were delayed three times.”
In a statement to Fox News, a senior intelligence official did allow that the security team was delayed from responding while the CIA’s top officer in Benghazi tried to rally local support.
In the special, Baier also asks about the infamous YouTube video that was blamed for the violence in Benghazi.
Paronto laughed at the suggestion that the video played any role in the events of that night, saying he did not even know of the video until he was out of Libya and on his way home. “I didn't know about the video ‘till I got to Germany,” he said. “(I had) no idea about any video, no. No, sir.”
The full, first-hand account of what really happened in Benghazi can be seen when Fox News airs 13 hours at Benghazi: The Inside Story Friday night 10 p.m. (EDT), Saturday at 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. (EDT), and Sunday at 8 p.m. (EDT)
