Is This The Real Russian Collusion?

Investigative Journalist’s Thorough Case Against Dems for Colluding With Russia Explodes Online Over Weekend

 Print
A new report is reviving allegations that Bill and Hillary Clinton colluded with Russia during the early years of the Obama administration to develop projects later identified as security concerns, but which also enriched the Clinton Foundation.
John Solomon, executive vice president for video for The Hill, outlined his case in a piece The Hill published Sunday.
Solomon begins his tale of connections in 2009 and continues through 2016 by noting that allies of the Clintons with ties to Russia presented the now-discredited dossier of claims against President Donald Trump.
Solomon focuses on the 2009 effort to develop a Russian version of Silicon Valley known as Skolkovo, which Clinton, as secretary of state, worked closely on with Russians including Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and then-President Dmitri Medvedev, Solomon wrote.
“Clinton’s handprint was everywhere on the 2009-2010 project, the tip of a diplomatic spear to reboot U.S.-Russian relations after years of hostility prompted by Vladimir Putin’s military action against the former Soviet republic and now U.S. ally Georgia,” Solomon wrote.

“A donor to the Clinton Foundation, Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, led the Russian side of the effort, and several American donors to the Clinton charity got involved. Clinton’s State Department facilitated U.S. companies working with the Russian project, and she personally invited Medvedev to visit Silicon Valley.
“The collaboration occurred at the exact same time Bill Clinton made his now infamous trip to Russia to pick up a jaw-dropping $500,000 check for a single speech.”
The Skolvo project was savaged last year by Deroy Murdock in National Review. Murdock outlined a pattern in which projects Russia wanted moved forward and the Clinton Foundation received major donations.
Clinton’s advocacy of the Skolkovo project was further outlined in a report by the Government Accountability Institute, a conservative watchdog group, that noted that as secretary of state, she was a major proponent.

Should the Clintons be investigated for their ties to Russia?

That report further noted that another big winner was the Clinton Foundation.
The report said 60 percent of the project’s partners “have made financial commitments to the Clinton Foundation or sponsored speeches by Bill. The Clinton Foundation only discloses donations in ranges, so it is impossible to determine the precise amount of money the Skolkovo benefactors gave to the Clinton Foundation, but based on those disclosures, the money ranges from $6.5 to $23.5 million. However, keep in mind that the Clinton Foundation has admitted that it has failed to release the names of all of its contributors, so the amount could be substantially higher. “
While the money flowed, so did warnings that are cited by Solomon.

One of them was from the United States European Command, or EUCOM:
“Skolkovo is an ambitious enterprise, aiming to promote technology transfer generally, by inbound direct investment, and occasionally, through selected acquisitions. As such, Skolkovo is arguably an overt alternative to clandestine industrial espionage — with the additional distinction that it can achieve such a transfer on a much larger scale and more efficiently,” EUCOM’s intelligence bulletinwrote in 2013, according to Solomon.

“Implicit in Russia’s development of Skolkovo is a critical question — a question that Russia may be asking itself — why bother spying on foreign companies and government laboratories if they will voluntarily hand over all the expertise Russia seeks?”
By 2014, the project Hillary Clinton helped launch was being publicly questioned by the FBI.

“The (Skolkovo) Foundation may be a means for the Russian government to access our nation’s sensitive or classified research, development facilities and dual-use technologies with military and commercial applications,” Assistant Special Agent in Charge Lucia Ziobro wrote in the Business Journal of Boston.
Solomon also brought in concerns that were raised by the efforts by the Russian agency Rosatom to buy the Canadian firm Uranium One, which had “massive U.S. uranium reserves.”
“The FBI had equal concern about Rosatom’s acquisition of Uranium One. An informer named William Douglas Campbell had gotten inside the Russian nuclear giant in 2009 and gathered evidence that Rosatom’s agents in the United States were engaged in a racketeering scheme involving kickbacks, extortion and bribery,” he wrote.
“Campbell also obtained written evidence that Putin wanted to buy Uranium One as part of a strategy to obtain monopolistic domination of the global uranium markets, including leverage over the U.S.

“Campbell also warned that a major in-kind donor to the Clinton Global Initiative was simultaneously working for Rosatom while the decision for U.S. approval was pending before Hillary Clinton’s department. Ultimately, her department and the Obama administration approved the transaction.
“The evidence shows the Clintons financially benefited from Russia — personally and inside their charity — at the same time they were involved in U.S. government actions that rewarded Moscow and increased U.S. security risks.”
Solomon then brought his concentration to bear on the 2016 election, and the connections between the Clinton camp and Russia that led to the 2016 dossier against Trump.
The Clinton campaign hired the political intelligence firm Fusion GPS for opposition research on Trump, Hill wrote. He noted that Glenn Simpson, co-founder Fusion GPS, and Christopher Steele, the former British intelligence agent hired by Fusion GPS to compile the dossier, both “had Russian-tied business connections, too, while they formulated the dossier.”
At one point, Solomon quoted California Republican Congressman Devin Nunes as saying there was “obvious collusion the Democrats had through Glenn Simpson and through Fusion GPS, that they were talking directly to Russia.”
“Collusion can be criminal if it involves conspiracy to break federal laws, or it can involve perfectly legal, unwitting actions that still jeopardize America’s security against a ‘frenemy’ like Russia,” Solomon wrote in summing up his research.
“There is clear evidence now that shows Hillary Clinton’s family and charity profited from Moscow and simultaneously facilitated official government actions benefiting Russia that have raised security concerns.
“And there’s irrefutable evidence that her opposition research effort on Trump — one that inspired an FBI probe — was carried out by people who got information from Russia and were consorting with Russians,” Solomon wrote.

“It would seem those questions deserve at least some of the scrutiny afforded the Trump-Russia collusion inquiry that is now two-plus years old.”

This Is Not The Way It Is Supposed To Go

FBI Raids Home of Clinton Whistleblower

FBI Raids Home of Clinton Whistleblower
At least 16 FBI agents raided the home of Justice Department whistleblower, Dennis Nathan Cain, who was in possession of pertinent documents regarding the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One scandal.

Cain had turned them over to DOJ's inspector general and the House and Senate intelligence committees.

According to his lawyer, Michael Socarras, special agents scoured Cain's home for six hours, despite the whistleblower following standard procedure.

The Daily Caller's Richard Pollock has more:

The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, a document reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation alleges.

The delivered documents also show that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller failed to investigate allegations of criminal misconduct pertaining to Rosatom and to other Russian government entities attached to Uranium One, the document reviewed by TheDCNF alleges. Mueller is now the special counsel investigating whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election.

“The bureau raided my client to seize what he legally gave Congress about the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One,” the whistleblower’s lawyer, Michael Socarras, told TheDCNF, noting that he considered the FBI’s raid to be an “outrageous disregard” of whistleblower protections.

...

The raid was permitted by a court order signed on Nov. 15 by federal magistrate Stephanie A. Gallagher in the U.S. District Court for Baltimore and obtained by TheDCNF.

An agent from the FBI's Baltimore division, who oversaw the raid, claimed that Cain possessed stolen federal property.

If Grand Jury Exists, Will It Indict?

Grand Jury summoned for Hillary Clinton (INDICTMENT!?)

by Stephen Dietrich, Associate Publisher
The House Judiciary Committee’s probe into the investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton dropped a bombshell on Thursday.
The investigation is heating up behind the scenes — and it was just revealed that an indictment could be looming.

A report Thursday claimed that the Department of Justice has empaneled a grand jury to review the evidence and rule on the potential indictment of Hillary regarding the FBI’s 2016 investigation into her email scandal.
That’s according to award winning Fox News journalist Chad Pergram, who tweeted the following –
Pergram gleaned the information from a letter written by Virginia Rep. Bob Goodlatte to the Department of Justice. The Republican congressman announced a subpoena regarding the slow pace of the investigation from the department.

“Given the Department’s ongoing delays in producing these documents, I am left with no choice but to issue the enclosed subpoena to compel production of these documents,” Goodlatte, the Judiciary Chairman, wrote on Thursday.
The subpoena involves Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s investigation into the alleged mishandling of the FBI’s 2016 email investigation into the Clinton Foundation and Hillary’s illegal email servers.
Critics have alleged that former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe intentionally mishandled the case. McCabe has disputed those charges, saying he followed up on the investigation where it was needed.
“The inspector general’s report, expected in the coming weeks, is expected to find that McCabe was less than forthcoming under oath. Investigators were probing his approval for FBI officials to engage with a reporter for a story on his handling of an investigation into the Clinton Foundation,” Politico reported.

So what does all this mean?
It’s bad news for Hillary. The timeline for potential indictment is finally beginning to speed up.
According to The Conservative Treehouse, the Justice Department “has to review the demand for evidence because release of those documents might conflict with ongoing Grand Jury information (evidence). Yes, that means a Grand Jury is impaneled, exactly as we expected. Yes, that also means there are ‘law enforcement actions’ currently ongoing as a result of the prosecutor assigned to reviewing the evidence discovered by Inspector General Horowitz.”

Clinton Crime Family Under More Scrutiny

The ‘Clinton Foundation’ isn’t a real charity: Only 6% went to charitable grants in 2014

With the FBI pursuing an investigation into the Clinton Foundation, a report about the organization’s expenditures has taken on newfound significance.
In 2016, The Federalist reported that the Clinton “charity” spent less than 6 percent of its money on charitable grants in 2014.The FBI is more aggressively investigating alleged “pay-to-play” politics by the Clinton Foundation.
Meanwhile, the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email probe is coming under intense scrutiny from Republicans as evidence mounts of pro-Clinton bias at the Bureau.

Clinton Foundation hardly charitable

An analysis of IRS documents by the Federalist’s Sean Davis shows that the Clinton Foundation spent a paltry amount of its budget, less than 6 percent, on charitable grants in 2014.
Of the $91.2 million spent in 2014, only $5.2 million went to charitable grants, a 40 percent decline from the $8.8 million spent in 2013. The decline came despite an increase in revenue of 20 percent.
What did the Clintons spend more on than charitable grants in 2014?
$7.9 million went to air and travel expenses. $6.6 million went to rent and office supplies.
Its biggest charitable grant that year gave $2 million to the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, a group formed jointly between the Clinton Foundation and the American Heart Association to fight childhood obesity. A Clinton Foundation board member served on AHG’s board in 2014; just $349,022, 2.1 percent, of the $16.3 million spent that year by the organization went to charitable grants.
The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) was the recipient of the biggest individual program expenditure from the Foundation. Described by the New York Times as “glitzy annual gathering of chief executives, heads of state, and celebrities.” the annual event hosted by CGI was part of what led to it’s $23,000,000 receipt.
Continuing from The Federalist report:
The Clinton Foundation’s three largest charitable “program service accomplishments,” according to its tax reports, are the Clinton Global Initiative ($23.2 million), the Clinton Presidential Library ($12.3 million), and the Clinton Climate Initiative ($8.3 million).
The Foundation also has a less-than-stellar record when it comes to reporting donations. The Hill reports:
[T]he Clinton Foundation only disclosed cash contributions to the Clinton Global Initiative and not any of the pro-bono and in-kind contributions the initiative received from donors.
As a result, the Foundation’s disclosure records showed $50,000 in cash donations from the lobbying firm APCO Worldwide but none of the hundreds of thousands of dollars the firm donated in pro-bono services.
Ultimately, the Clinton Foundation failed to disclose millions of dollars in donations.

Clinton investigations heat up

Reports from earlier this month indicate that the FBI was picking up its investigation into alleged “pay-to-play” politics by the Clinton Foundation after months of stagnation.
Republicans, led by Trump, have accused the Foundation of exchanging favorable policy decisions for donations to the organization while Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State.

Simultaneously, the Clinton email probe is coming under escalating scrutiny, with Republicans calling for an independent probe of the FBI’s handling of that investigation.
The Clintons might soon have some serious legal issues with which to contend.

Do You Believe The Clinton's?

Clintons Said They Never Used Haiti Money for Chelsea’s Wedding, Then WikiLeaks Showed Up

 Print
The fiasco over Donald Trump’s alleged “s**thole” comments about places like Haiti had some unexpected side effects.
For one, the American people witnessed just how desperate outlets like CNN are to sanctimoniously attack the president based on rumors and hearsay.
At the same time, the ruckus cast a spotlight on just how bad Haiti is, and reminded people about a scandal that implicates the Clinton’s in exploiting the island for their own personal gain.
When a devastating earthquake hit Haiti in 2010, the supposedly non-profit Clinton Foundation jumped at the chance to step in — and had no problem accepting millions of dollars of people’s money to do it.
There’s one big problem: Critics allege that much of the money never actually ended up helping the Haitian people… but it may have helped Chelsea Clinton.
TRENDING: Trump Keeps Promise, Pulls Funding from UN
After the now famous email leak from within the Democrat party, several back-and-forth messages were revealed which raise serious questions about how Clinton Foundation funds — including, no doubt, money earmarked for Haiti — was actually used.
The biggest question is whether Foundation resources helped pay for Chelsea Clinton’s lavish wedding, which also took place in 2010.
Former President Bill Clinton was so intent on dispelling that claim that he used Twitter to deny it… but came across as a bit over-eager.
“No Clinton Foundation funds—dedicated to Haiti or otherwise—were used to pay for Chelsea’s wedding,” the 42nd president declared on Twitter. “It’s not only untrue, it’s a personal insult to me, to Hillary, and to Chelsea and Marc.”

Do you believe the Clinton Foundation is corrupt?

Yes, an adulterer who was impeached by Congress is “personally insulted.” Remember, this is a person who is a known, proven liar, and was censured for perjury. His lying under oath resulted in him being disbarred from ever practicing law. But just trust him on this one.
The truth has a way of coming out. Not content to let an infamous liar spin more yarns, WikiLeaks hit Bill Clinton with a dose of reality, and backed it up with proof.
“Bill Clinton claims that no Clinton Foundation ‘funds’ were used to pay for Chelsea Clinton’s wedding,” the watchdog group responded on Twitter. “However, the leaked email from then top Bill Clinton aide Doug Band doesn’t say ‘funds’ it says ‘resources.'”
RELATED: We Found the Significance Behind Assange’s Cryptic Chess Tweet
Resources. Funds. It looks like Clinton might have been trying to pull another one of his Slick Willie maneuvers. You can just imagine him slyly testifying in his strained voice: “That depends on what your definition of the word ‘funds’ is. I did not inhale.”
WikiLeaks then linked to the smoking gun: A leaked email from 2012, showing a concerned conversation between various Clinton insiders, including John Podesta and Doug Band.
“I just received a call from a close friend of wjcs [William J. Clinton’s] who said that cvc [Chelsea V. Clinton] told one of the bush 43 kids that she is conducting an internal investigation of money within the foundation from cgi to the foundation,” a worried Doug Band wrote.
“Not smart,” he cautioned.
In a follow-up email within the same thread, the Clinton insider dropped a bombshell.
Plain as day, it looks very much like Clinton allies were openly alarmed that the use of Clinton Foundation “resources” would be uncovered, and were cautioning Chelsea and others to stop before they were found out.
We don’t know the full scale of this situation, or exactly how all of the Foundation funds were used. What we doknow is that the Clinton’s have a frustrating history of corruption and scandals… and Bill Clinton’s word is worth about as much as a fading “I’m With Her” bumper sticker.
If Clinton Foundation “resources” were used in any way to cover Chelsea’s “rich one percenter” wedding, it means that funds which could have gone to help Haiti were instead used on a president’s spoiled daughter.
Whether or not the money was specifically marked for Haiti is irrelevant; using resources from a non-profit group to cover personal luxuries while thousands of Haitians were dying of disease and starvation is simply wrong.
If this email means what it appears to say, then the media should be far less outraged about a rude word Trump said, and a lot more angry that one of the most powerful families in liberal politics raided Haiti like a broken piggy bank.
