Illegal Immigrant Flow Into US Is Not Being Stopped Rather It Is Being Encouraged By This Administration

Border Patrol Agent's Shocking Admission About Obama Amnesty

We've reported for weeks about how lawless Obama's immigration policy is.
When it comes to protecting America's borders, he's chosen to look the other
way, opening the door for drug dealers, terrorists, murderers, rapists, and the
diseased to come right into America and threaten its hardworking citizens.

How bad has the situation become? Deportations are at a record low, in part
because Obama's amnesty has made it simple for illegals to simply lie about
their status and stay as long as they'd like. The important part is in bold:
Fewer people are being deported now than any other time in the last five

years.

When Homeland Security charges someone with a violation of immigration

law, they give them one of two papers. It’s either a notice to appear or a

notice of referral to an immigration judge.

The people get tracked by the Department of Justice. After that, if the

person is ordered to be removed or if they are granted relief, Homeland

Security takes over again for the next step.

CHANNEL 5 NEWS acquired the latest deportation numbers from

the U.S. Department of Justice. We now know how many people are

leaving the country and who is getting processed the most.

Half of the people caught crossing the border illegally never make it

to an immigration court.

We noticed the numbers are way off. A little more than 187,000 people

were brought to the court for removal proceedings. It’s the majority

of the 199,534 cases received in 2015. But Homeland Security officials

said they caught more than twice that number in 2014 and 2015.

“As long as they claim to be here before 2014, we just let them

go,” said Brandon Judd from the National Border Patrol

Council. “They don't have to prove it. They just have to tell us.”
There's two sets of standards at play here: one for law breaking foreigners,
and one for every day Americans. Do your civic duty and run a totally legal
group that opposes Barack Obama's policies, and you'll get a visit from the
IRS and a full cavity search. Come here from a foreign country demanding
free education, healthcare, and cradle to grave welfare, and you're treated
 like an honored guest.

Obama's America.

When Those On The Front Lines Endorse A Candidate, One Has To Stop And Consider Their Opinion

These American Heroes Are

Endorsing Trump

Donald Trump has energized the Republican base with his repeated
calls for a "yooj wall" to be built on our southern border. Many Americans
recognize that our continued failure to enforce our immigration laws is
eating our country alive. Others have seen their lives and property
destroyed by invading illegal aliens. First among those folks are the
border patrol agents who bravely patrol the American southwest in
search of drug dealers and invaders. In what can only be seen as
the most important endorsement of Trump's immigration policy to
date, the National Border Patrol Council decided to endorse Trump.
 As Brandon Darby notes:
In an official statement first obtained by Breitbart Texas, the National

Border Patrol Council (NBPC) endorsed Donald Trump for President

of the United States. The unusually bold statement comes just days

after a senior policy adviser for Trump made clear that future U.S.

border security policy would be largely determined by the men and

women of the U.S. Border Patrol who are actual agents protecting

the border and not by politically-appointed bureaucrats in the Border

Patrol or its parent agency, Customs and Border Protection (CBP),

if Trump is elected.

The endorsement is the first-ever in a presidential primary for the NBPC.

The agents’ statement makes clear that Trump’s public pledge to secure

the border by turning to the actual agents in the NBPC is revolutionary

and an opportunity never-before-seen and one that may never be seen

again. They wrote, “Mr. Trump will take on special interest and embrace

the ideas of rank-and-file Border Patrol agents rather than listening to

the management yes-men who say whatever they are programmed to

say. This is a refreshing change that we have not seen before – and

may never see again.”
Politicians and big business can complain all they want about the
effectiveness and feasability of Trump's border wall, but it's clear that
those people on the front lines who fight to keep us safe every day
have thought about it, and they're endorsing Trump.

Trump Denied Border Visit. Wonder How Many Other Candidates Will Get A Tour?

Trump: 'Orders From Washington' Shut Down My Border Tour

By Todd Beamon   |
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said in a whirlwind visit to Texas on Thursday that local border patrol agents scrapped a planned tour of the U.S.-Mexico border with him at the last minute on "orders from Washington."

"They invited me and then at the last moment — I mean, we were virtually in the air and [they] said we can't get involved," he told reporters after a brief tour with local officials. "I heard they got those orders from Washington."

At the end of a visit that lasted less than three hours, Trump blasted top officials of the National Border Patrol Council, which is represented by the Washington-based AFL-CIO. Officials pressured local representatives in Laredo to scrap their participation in the "boots on the ground" trip proposed by local president Hector Garza.

"The unions are very much involved with the border patrols, but you have to let them do their job," Trump said. "They want to do their job."

In a visit that was embraced by local officials and brought out throngs of supporters and many protesters, the billionaire businessman also slammed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and reiterated his desire to run on the Republican Party ticket.

"Hillary is the worst. Easily, she's the worst secretary of state in the history of our country," Trump said. "She's going to be beaten — and I'm the one to beat her, and I will take jobs back."

Trump's tour was cut short after Local 2455 of the border patrol agents union announced early Thursday that it was canceling its involvement in the event.

"After careful consideration of all of the factors involved in this event ... it has been decided by Local 2455 to pull out of all events involving Donald Trump," the local said in a statement. "Make no mistake, our border with Mexico is not secure and there's no doubt that we need to have an honest discussion about that with the American people."

In Laredo, Trump told reporters that "the border patrol invited me and then canceled because, frankly, they don't want to get involved. The reason they invited me was because of a tremendous problem and the tremendous crime."

He caused an uproar with his blunt comments about immigration and Mexico — claiming that Mexico went rapists and other criminals across the border — when he announced his candidacy last month.
Latest News Update

Asked whether he had evidence to back his claim about Mexican criminals, Trump replied, "Yes, I have, and I've heard it from a lot of different people."

He has promised to build a wall on the border and make Mexico pay for it, however, Laredo City Manager Jesus Olivares told reporters Thursday that "we don't think that's necessary at this time."

Still, Trump embraced a wall "for certain sections" of the border.

"You have to have a wall," he said. "The wall will save you a tremendous amount of money, but absolutely there are areas where you have to have a wall."

Laredo Mayor Pete Saenz and other local officials also embraced Trump, while protesters challenged his statements on linking illegals from Mexico to violent crime and other issues in the United States.

"Five people were killed by Marines," one protester yelled, referencing last week's shooting in Chattanooga, Tenn., by a naturalized U.S. citizen from Yemen. "By an American citizen. That means that killers come from all over the world."

Trump responded: "Yeah, I agree with that. They come from here and all over the world. I agree with that."

When a reporter said that crime along the border was down, Trump responded: "There's great danger with the illegals and we were just discussing that but we have tremendous danger with the illegals coming in.

"I love the country," he said. "There's nothing more important than what I'm doing. I'm the one that brought up the problem of illegal immigration.

"We have big crowds all screaming in favor of Trump," he added. "They want the problem fixed. We will have legal immigration. We want to get the legal immigration in. We want legal immigration."

Trump also blasted fellow candidate Rick Perry's record of securing the border when he was Texas governor, saying that his successor, Greg Abbott, who took over in January, is doing a better job.

Regarding an independent candidacy, Trump said he still wanted to run on the GOP ticket. He told The Hill earlier Thursday that he would mount a third-party challenge if he did not get "fair" treatment by party officials.

The developer is at or near the top of many opinion polls of the 16 Republican candidates for the 2016 nomination — worrying the party establishment, which fears he could turn off moderate voters.

Trump told the Hill that any such bid would depend on the Republican National Committee's actions during the primaries.

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus has rebuked Trump for attacking illegals and the war record of Arizona Sen. John McCain, the 2008 presidential nominee, and for personal attacks against other contenders.

An independent run could split Republican voters and give leading Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton an edge in the 2016 election.

"I'm a Republican," Trump told reporters. "I'm conservative. I'm running and in first place by a lot, it seems, according to all of the polls.

"I want to run as a Republican. I think I'll get the nomination. We'll see soon enough. I think I'll get the nomination.

"The best way for me to win is to get the nomination and run probably against Hillary."

Trump ended the presser by saying that he did not need to apologize to Hispanics for last month's comments.

"They weren't insulted because the press misinterprets my words," he said.

The Associated Press and Reuters contributed to this report.

If Nothing Is Amiss With Illegal Immigrant Kids, Why All The Secrecy?

The thousands of people flooding the U.S. border will eventually be granted amnesty to stay, says Gabe Pacheco, spokesman for the National Border Patrol Council in San Diego.

Appearing on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV on Tuesday, Pacheco said the children, mostly from Central America, will be absorbed into the population and it will morph into a form of "de facto amnesty" that leads to chain migration.

"Even if they come to amnesty or asylum, they've crossed the border illegally already," Pacheco said.

"They've broken the law. Yes, there's going to come some time and point where the administration is going to have to say, yes, we're going to have to give these people amnesty out of necessity. And then you'll have the families come up with those children who are already here and have established residency."

Because the Border Patrol in Texas is so overwhelmed, every 72 hours the government sends groups of 140 people, mostly women and children, to San Diego, Pacheco said, adding that there is no end in sight.

"We don't know when it's going to stop; that's just part of the process right now," he said.

The job of looking after all of the illegal children is so vast that drug cartels and others are getting into the United States because there is no one at the border to stop them, he added.

"Agents aren't there to deal with it because they're inside processing, changing diapers, or doing something else," Pacheco said. "They're doing basic administrative duties as opposed to actually the law enforcement duties that they are sworn to do."

Additionally, agents are fearful of contracting a disease from one of the migrants, though they take numerous precautions to mitigate the chances.

"Some of them do have scabies," he said. "Some of them even have active tuberculosis. There's one confirmed case of the swine flu, which is the H1N1."

He expressed dismay that the Obama administration is requesting more than $3 billion to care for all of the children coming in illegally rather than to stem the tide and seal the border.

"The American people are going to foot that bill specifically for the care of these children," he said.

"My question is, why aren't they putting that $3 billion within Border Patrol to their jobs on the ground to stop these people from coming across?

"Why are we spending money to ship people across the country at this moment in time and potentially having a problem with health across the country? Look at what is going on as opposed to what is being said."

In an interview on Tuesday with "The Steve Malzberg Show'' on Newsmax TV, Rep. Ted Poe of Texas said immigration officials have inexplicably restricted lawmakers who have wanted to visit the detention facilities where the children are being warehoused.

"We were invited to go to Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, but under the condition you cannot talk to anybody, you cannot talk to the staff, you cannot talk to these people that are here,'' Poe told Malzberg.

"You can't take any photographs, no voice recording, you can't do anything except look around. What are they hiding? Why won't they let Congress see what has occurred on the border?''

Pacheco, who also spoke with Malzberg in a separate interview, said he saw no good reason for the shroud of secrecy.

"There's nothing there to be hidden, there's nothing in there that would say, hey, you know what, [this is] out of the ordinary,'' he said.

"[There's a] temperature-controlled environment . . . running water . . . toilet facilities, we feed them. In fact, [in] some of the places, the doors are open so that these kids can run around if they want to in our custody.''
