The mainstream media’s unhinged attack on President Donald Trump and his family has become so incredibly unhinged, even former first daughter Chelsea Clinton lashed out at their recent attacks.

Speculating about Trump’s next chief of staff, New York Magazine’s Jonathan Chait decided to drag Trump’s young son, Barron, into the fray.

“My darkhorse chief of staff pick: Barron Trump 1. Looks like Trump 2. Will not make Trump work 3. Cannot be tried as an adult,” Chait tweeted Monday.

The media’s attacks on the defenseless young Barron was too distasteful even for Chelsea Clinton.

Chelsea tweeted back a 23-word response pointing out that Barron was only a child — and was an unfair target, even for the deranged liberal media.

Of course, this isn’t the first time liberals have targeted the innocent 12-year-old boy as a way to get to the president.

Last year, the media ran an article criticizing Barron’s fashion sense.

And in an unthinkably low-brow attack, liberal celebrity Rosie O’Donnell celebrated the idea that Barron was scared by the image of his father — the president of the United States — was shown decapitated in a controversial photo.

Liberals have also joked that Barron is a mass murderer.

And have speculated he has autism because he was tired on election night.

The Trump Derangement Syndrome has become so unhinged in the media, even Chelsea Clinton can’t stand it anymore.

Shameful.

Man and Woman Launch Vicious Attack on Seattle Teen for Wearing MAGA Hat in Public

Wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat in Seattle can be dangerous, as one Illinois teenager is sharing with the world.

Ashton Hess, who was vacationing with his family in Seattle recently, has released a video showing how he was harassed for wearing one of the trademark red hats worn by supporters of President Donald Trump.

Hess said that he was with his family waiting for a ride outside the Starbucks Reserve Roastery when the incident occurred, Fox News reported.

“My hat was knocked on the ground and picked up by the girl you see at the beginning of the video. She threw the hat to the man with green hair and he took off with it. He spat on it and then threw it into the street. He continued to curse at and flip off my family,” Hess wrote on his YouTube account, where he posted the video.

“I did absolutely nothing to provoke anyone around, and was completely blind sided when I was hit. He was quick to run away after my dad, my brother, and I started walking after him. The left doesn’t care about who you are (or) what you stand for. The left only knows that you must be evil,” he wrote.

The man then told Hess to “get the f— out (of) this city.”

Does this incident show the depth of the left's hate?

Hess, who is from Illinois, summarized the incident in an interview with station KIRO.

“This guy just runs up and hits me in the head, knocking my hat off … he took off down the street with it, spit on it and threw it in the street, and he turned around and started cursing at me for no reason,” Hess said.

Hess said there have been times when the hat attracts glares, but he said he “never expected something like to be hit in the head over a hat I was wearing.”

Hess and his family followed up with an interview with The Daily Wire.

“I was angry that this guy thought he had the right to attack our son because he disagreed with the text on his hat,” The Daily Wire quoted the teenager’s parents as saying. “Everyone is entitled to their own opinion; if you disagree with that opinion, you’re not free to be aggressive.”

The Daily Wire identified the man who harassed Hess as Eddie Jackson. Several tweets from a green-haired man who said he is “non-binary” show him boasting of the incident.

Hess, 17, said he has known the left is intolerant ever since he wore a pro-NRA hat to a left-wing march to see what happened.

“I’ve been exposed to the craziness of the left already,” Hess said. “This was just the second thing that has occurred that’s showed me really how intolerant and unaccepting the left is.”

Fake News: Editor Resigns After Claiming Annapolis Shooter Wore MAGA Hat

A local newspaper editor resigned after falsely claiming the gunman involved in last week’s shooting in Annapolis wore a “Make America Great Again” baseball cap.

Reporter Conor Berry, who worked for the Springfield, Mass., newspaper The Republican, later admitted he was wrong to make a tweet blaming the shooting on a Trump supporter.

“Folks, My 21-year career as a ‘journalist,’ a fancy term that makes my skin crawl, frankly, came to a screeching halt yesterday with one stupid, regrettable tweet,” Berry tweeted. “Can’t take it back; wish I could. My sincere apologies to all good, hardworking reporters and to POTUS supporters.”

In his resignation letter he wrote, “I am ashamed of my tweet, which taints the good work of fair-minded journalists everywhere.”

After the shooting unfolded at The Capital Gazette offices on Thursday, Berry tweeted that the suspect had left his MAGA hat behind.

“Shooter who killed 4 people at Annapolis newspaper dropped his #MAGA hat on newsroom floor before opening fire,” Berry claimed.

The post was noticed by another editor who quickly deleted the erroneous tweet, but the damage was already done.

In a statement released Friday, The Republican executive editor Wayne Phaneuf said the newspaper remains committed to truth.

“We need to be more vigilant than ever to be fair and accurate in a climate in which we are scrutinized and criticized,” Phaneuf said in a statement. “The Republican newspaper and our partners at MassLive.com are committed to report the news with the truth paramount.”

On Monday, President Trump retweeted a tweet from conservative radio host Larry Elder, who joked that Trump derangement syndrome could be “career ending.”
