Donald Trump Blasts Anderson Cooper on CNN: "The People Don't Trust You"

Trump's next target. 2016 presidential hopeful Donald Trump ripped into CNN anchor Anderson Cooper on Wednesday, July 22, telling the journalist that "the people don't trust" him.

Cooper sat down with Trump for an exclusive one-on-one interview onAnderson Cooper 360, and ticked off the real estate mogul after citing one poll in which he was trailing behind other Republican candidates.

"I just saw polls in Iowa, I'm doing really well!" Trump, 69, said to Cooper, who brought up the Quinnipiac Poll. (This particular poll shows that participants, by an overwhelming 2-1 vote, viewed the mogul negatively.) "I don't know, you keep bringing up negative," Trump continued on Wednesday. "You only want to bring up the negative. Why don't you bring up the positive?"

The two personalities then launched into a "he said, he said" debate. The billionaire claimed that Cooper came out swinging by mentioning the Quinnipiac Poll. Meanwhile, Cooper claimed that he had kicked off the interview with the Washington Post poll (which shows Trump leading the pack).

"Sure, sure, sure," Trump noted at one point sarcastically, prompting Cooper to retort: "You are way out of line."

Then, Trump attempted to school Cooper in ethical journalism, making claims that the "Silver Fox" was not trusted by the public. "I am leading across the board, and then you hit me with a poll that I've never seen this before," Trump noted. "All I know is I have a very big group of support, and I think one of the reasons is the people don’t trust you, and the people don’t trust the media. And I understand why."

"Right," Cooper responded, "and politicians."

This Poll Proves That America Has Finally Realized Obama is a FAILED President

It looks like Americans are finally waking up from the dream-like coma President Obama put everyone in during his first campaign for president, and are starting to recover from their big government hangover to see the truth about the current administration.

A new poll has found that the majority of the American public believe Barack Obama has failed this country as president.

Took long enough.

According to Western Journalism, a recent poll from the Washington Post discovered that more than half of the voting public believe Obama’s presidency is an utter failure. Nearly four in 10 people polled thought Obama has dropped the ball during his tenure in office.

The poll broke things down by issue, with 56 percent of those who participated in the survey disapproving of Obama’s legendarily awful foreign policy and his handling of the certified disaster that is Obamacare. Six in 10 also believe Obama has not responded appropriately to the border crisis, which demonstrates the majority of Americans want the border secured.

People are starting to see through all of the fake charm and pop culture savvy oozing out of President Obama’s pores, and have seen the incompetence and dangerous religious devotion he has to progressive ideology, a belief system that longs for nothing more than the total destruction of individual liberty and personal rights.

Republicans and conservatives are hoping that this “Great Awakening” will cost the Democrats big time during the elections in November, as the GOP looks poised to take control of the Senate, giving them complete control of Congress.

In order for this to happen, Americans must take full advantage of Obama’s failing approval rating by consistently revealing his corruption to the masses and reminding the public constantly of the ways in which he has failed the people of America.

Obama has proven that he doesn’t have what it takes to be a true leader, preferring to pursue his own agenda rather than do what’s best for the people he is supposed to govern. It’s time for the American public to do more than just answer poll questions. Those who are disgruntled and tired of the failings of this president need to stand up boldly and call for his impeachment and get actively involved in the fight to preserve American values. The fight for freedom is not a spectator sport.
