Duh, Americans Finally See Obama As A Massive Failure. Conservatives Saw That In 2008!

From: Conservative Tribune

This Poll Proves That America Has Finally Realized Obama is a FAILED President

It looks like Americans are finally waking up from the dream-like coma President Obama put everyone in during his first campaign for president, and are starting to recover from their big government hangover to see the truth about the current administration.
A new poll has found that the majority of the American public believe Barack Obama has failed this country as president.
Took long enough.
According to Western Journalism, a recent poll from the Washington Post discovered that more than half of the voting public believe Obama’s presidency is an utter failure. Nearly four in 10 people polled thought Obama has dropped the ball during his tenure in office.
The poll broke things down by issue, with 56 percent of those who participated in the survey disapproving of Obama’s legendarily awful foreign policy and his handling of the certified disaster that is Obamacare. Six in 10 also believe Obama has not responded appropriately to the border crisis, which demonstrates the majority of Americans want the border secured.
People are starting to see through all of the fake charm and pop culture savvy oozing out of President Obama’s pores, and have seen the incompetence and dangerous religious devotion he has to progressive ideology, a belief system that longs for nothing more than the total destruction of individual liberty and personal rights.
Republicans and conservatives are hoping that this “Great Awakening” will cost the Democrats big time during the elections in November, as the GOP looks poised to take control of the Senate, giving them complete control of Congress.
In order for this to happen, Americans must take full advantage of Obama’s failing approval rating by consistently revealing his corruption to the masses and reminding the public constantly of the ways in which he has failed the people of America.
Obama has proven that he doesn’t have what it takes to be a true leader, preferring to pursue his own agenda rather than do what’s best for the people he is supposed to govern. It’s time for the American public to do more than just answer poll questions. Those who are disgruntled and tired of the failings of this president need to stand up boldly and call for his impeachment and get actively involved in the fight to preserve American values. The fight for freedom is not a spectator sport.
Please share this article on Facebook and Twitter if you agree that Obama has failed as president.

Obama's Plan To Fix Immigration Problem Could Involve UP To 8.3 Million!

Immigration crisis forces Obama to 'act alone' with executive orders

Faced with political deadlock, president’s patchwork of options include new migrant deportation criteria and parole in place

When US lawmakers left Washington DC for a five-week long congressional recess late last week, a frustrated Barack Obama said he was left to “act alone” on immigration.
But the president’s immigration battle has two fronts: the growing humanitarian crisis at the US-Mexico border, where more than 57,000 Central American children have arrived unaccompanied, and mounting pressure for reform from the more than 11 million undocumented people who live, work and raise families in the United States.
“I don’t think the president has any option but to do something that is bold, and big and our community will judge him based on the scope of that,” said Lorella Praeli, the advocacy and policy director for United We Dream, a pro-immigration reform group, during a conference call with reporters on Thursday.
In a dizzying finale before the recess, House Republicans eked out the votes to pass two bills – neither of which have a realistic chance of becoming law – that aim to address the crisis at the US’s southern border. One measure would scale back the Obama’s deferred action program for young immigrants, a hallmark of the president’s record on immigration.
Frank Sharry, executive director of America’s Voice, an immigration advocacy group, said during the call that Congress’ refusal to pass immigration reform gives president “sole responsibility” to act, adding that the gridlock provides a pathway for the president “to go big on administrative action”.
Big or small, probable or not, here are some of the actions the president could consider.

Expanding Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Daca)

Advocates and lawmakers in touch with White House officials have spread the word that the administration is planning to “grant work permits” to millions of the more than 11 million immigrants living in the country illegally, the Associated Press reported.
Such reports have led to speculation that the president will expand the deferred action program, a 2012 executive order known by its acronym, Daca. This program delays deportations for immigrants known as Dreamers, young people who were brought to the US without documentation as children and meet certain requirements.
But on Sunday, White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer brushed off the reports as “uninformed speculation” during an interview on ABC’s political affairs show, This Week with George Stephanopoulos.

Pfeiffer said the president is waiting for Attorney General Eric Holder and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) secretary Jeh Johnson to present him with their recommendations, which are expected by the end of summer.
With that caveat, there are a few ways the president could go about expanding Daca.
One idea that’s been floated is to offer temporary legal status to the family members of the young immigrants eligible to legally stay and work in the US under the Daca program. It’s unclear how many people this would impact. So far, more than 550,000 young people have been approved for deferred action under the program, according to government data.
On a grander scale, the president could offer temporary protected status to parents and legal guardians of US citizens. Again, it’s hard to pin down how many people this might affect. A 2009 analysis by Pew Research’s Hispanic Trends Project found that 3.8 million immigrant parents living in mixed-status families in the US could be eligible under such a program.

Pathway to citizenship

In an ideal world for immigration-reform advocates, Obama would make deferred-action available to anyone who would have been eligible under a bipartisan immigration bill that passed the Senate in 2013 and has languished in the House with little hope of getting a vote.
This historic legislation would have overhauled the US legal immigration and offered a path toward citizenship for up to 8.3 million individuals, according to an estimate by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office. Under this bill, individuals would be eligible for legalization if they had entered the US before January 2012 and had no felony convictions, among other requirements.
But advocates crossing their fingers for such a sweeping order will most likely be disappointed. Obama apparently told advocates to “right size” expectations during a meeting with stakeholders last month, the AP reported.

New criteria for deportations

In the face of increasing pressure from immigration-reform advocates frustrated with the president’s record on deportations and political inaction in Congress, Obama asked the DHS secretary to review the country’s law enforcement policies governing deportations.

At the time, Obama expressed concern over the way deportations affect mixed-status families. A White House statement released after the president met with Latino lawmakers in March, said: “The president emphasised his deep concern about the pain too many families feel from the separation that comes from our broken immigration system.”
For this reason, many expect the Obama administration to come out with a new protocol for deportations.
Kamal Essaheb, an immigration policy attorney at the National Immigration Law Center, said advocates are calling for DHS to use prosecutorial discretion, and to consider mitigating factors such as family ties before deporting someone.
Essaheb said advocates also want to see other administrative remedies such as ensuring immigrants have the opportunity to have their cases heard in court, and guaranteeing accountability for immigration enforcement sectors that don’t follow procedure, which has caused issues in the past.

Parole in place

Another option at the president’s disposal is parole in place. This administrative tool could enable certain immigrants living in the US unlawfully to remain in the country while they apply for a change of status. Effectively, unlawful entry would not preclude an immigrant from applying for a status adjustment.
“Parole in place is one example of existing authority that could be used more aggressively to help some people get on a path to citizenship,” said Yale Law School professor Michael Wishnie. But he said other strategies would be needed for the people who aren’t eligible.

A report by the Center for American Progress says that this mechanism has typically been used on a case-by-case basis and would not be a great option for issuing broad reforms. The report also notes that this approach is not presently used for people who overstay their visas, roughly 40% of the US’s undocumented population.

Country-specific approach

Under an administrative tool called deferred enforced departure, the president could protect nationals of a specific country from removal, typically for a designated period of time. In this past, this approach has been applied for nationals from countries dealing with natural disasters, civil unrest or war, for example.
Wishnie said he believes the president would be justified in using this authority to defer the removal of children fleeing grave violence in Central America’s northern triangle of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador.
“If [Obama] were to use that country-specific authority for particular countries on particular grounds, it would not be a stretch,” Wishnie said. “But he couldn’t get everybody covered that way. That’s why he needs to knit together a bunch of different strategies.”

Border Problem Solution: Every District That Voted For Obama, Must House Illegal Immigrants. Betcha The Border Problem Would Get Solved In A Minute!

Send The Invasion Of Illegals To Beverly Hills And Georgetown

Hi! I’m Wayne Allyn Root for Personal Liberty. The massive illegal immigrant invasion of our southern border is more than just a national crisis. It’s part of the greatest conspiracy in world history — a purposeful attempt to create catastrophe, overwhelm the system and force the American people to make a dreadfully wrong decision under duress.
Barack Obama wants our good-hearted Christian Nation to see women, children and families begging for help, begging to live the American dream. He wants immigrants to be in the worst possible shape after a long journey from Central America — starving, injured, diseased and in such terrible shape our hearts break and we agree to take them all in.
He is purposely creating a crisis, hoping to force us to overreact by agreeing not only to help these new arrivals, but to grant amnesty for 12 million other illegals already here.
He wants us to approve government expansion and billions of dollars in new spending. Will he use that money to “solve” the crisis? No! He’ll use it to pay for lawyers for each illegal immigrant (to prevent deportation) and to hand them billions of dollars in welfare, food stamps, aid to dependent children, education and, of course, free meals at school — all paid for by the middle class.
It’s a two-for-one. This is how you create a permanent, loyal Democratic voter bloc at the same time you bankrupt the middle class.
As I explain in my new book The Murder of the Middle Class, this is a purposeful plan right out of the Richard Cloward-Frances Fox Piven playbook. How do I know? I was Obama’s college classmate at Columbia University, Class of ’83. We learned this plan at Columbia. My classmates vowed to someday put it into effect to overwhelm the system, collapse capitalism, crash the U.S. economy and force America to its knees.
From that position of crisis, weakness and panic, they vowed to “fundamentally change the country.” Recognize the plan? It’s happening right now.
So how do we fight back? Obama and his socialist cabal are liars, frauds and hypocrites. Yes, they want to help the poor and downtrodden — but only with your money.
Yes, they want to house the world’s homeless — but only in your home.
Yes, they want to let in the world’s poverty-stricken immigrants — but only into your backyard.
None of this “dirty work” ever touches their mansions, yachts, private jets, private schools or, God forbid, their precious children.
Last I checked, Sasha and Malia Obama won’t go to school next to shoeless illegal immigrants with lice, scabies and tuberculosis. Last I checked, illegals with gang tattoos from head to toe won’t be mugging old ladies or dealing crack in front of the Georgetown mansions of lobbyists, lawyers and politicians like Hillary Clinton.
Or maybe they will.
Bringing this flood of illegal children (have you noticed how with liberals it’s always “we’re doing it for the children?”) into nice, middle-class communities to destroy their neighborhoods, schools and budgets is all part of Obama’s plan to overwhelm the system and murder the middle class.
It’s time we counter these liberal, elite hypocrites. First, we must stand and fight to the last breath. The answer is so simple: Send them back.
Then take action to secure our border.
The last thing any Republican should do now is support any form of amnesty. Are we that stupid? That message would result in millions more poverty-stricken illegals coming.
But in the meantime, let’s demand these hordes of illegal immigrants — many carry disease; many, if not most, are not “innocent minors” but are tattooed gangbangers, hardened criminals, drug dealers and murderers — be housed in Beverly Hills, or the Upper East Side of Manhattan, or fashionable Georgetown.
Georgetown is the part of Washington, D.C., where all the liberal, elitist hypocrite politicians live. If Obama and his socialist cabal want illegals in this country, let them step over them as they get into their limos or shop for their $2,500 dresses.
But don’t stop there. Let’s send them to Beverly Hills, Brentwood, the Upper East Side of Manhattan, Scarsdale, Great Neck, Malibu, Westwood, Brentwood, Palo Alto, Napa, Atherton, Menlo Park, Carmel –and don’t forget the ritziest neighborhoods in Boston and Chicago.
These rich enclaves have the money and resources, so let Obama’s socialist cabal live among the poor, huddled masses.
Give them jobs at the Ralph Lauren store on Rodeo Drive, or the Armani store on Madison Avenue, or at Saks Fifth Avenue.
Why doesn’t Rachel Maddow hire one of them as the booker for her MSNBC show?
Since Obama is so quick to sue American companies for daring to demand English be spoken at the office, Michelle Obama can hire a few to work in key positions at the White House. Perhaps they can speak Spanish only, while directing national security?
Perhaps Clinton can get one of these illegals a $600,000 minimal-work job at NBC, like she got her daughter Chelsea.
Why are we sending this needy horde of illegal immigrants to struggling middle-class neighborhoods? Why are they being sent only to red States? Because this is all part of Obama’s purposeful plan to destroy America.
Let’s turn the tables. Let’s bus them to the elite, snobby liberal towns. If you liberals like illegals so much, you take care of them.
While we’re at it, let’s demand they go to school at elite private schools. Start with Sidwell Friends School, where Sasha and Malia attend school. Let’s see how Michelle Obama reacts when her precious daughters come home with lice, or cough with TB, or party with tattooed gangbangers from El Salvador.
There’s the ticket. It’s time to turn the tables. Let the wealthy liberals who support Obama and weep for illegal immigrants practice what they preach. It’s time to send the illegal crisis to the doors of Beverly Hills and Georgetown.
That’s how you turn around the murder of the middle class and take back our country.
I’m Wayne Allyn Root for Personal Liberty. I hope you’ll read my newly released book, The Murder of the Middle Class. It’s available at any bookstore, Costco or Sam’s Club. Or, of course, you can order it at Amazon.com right now. See you next week. God bless America.

President Barack Obama, who as a candidate in 2008 said voters' choice of him would be "fundamentally transforming" for America, plans to deliver on that promise by turning millions of illegal immigrants into lifelong Democratic voters, political analyst Dick Morris told Newsmax TV on Friday.

Amplifying themes in his forthcoming book, "Power Grab: Obama's Dangerous Plan for a One-Party Nation," Morris told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner that the ongoing flood of undocumented Central American migrants is key to the president's transformational aims.

"His goal is to get these kids in the United States and let them stay here," said Morris, citing a recent wave of illegal immigrants, including more than 57,000 children said to be fleeing drug gang violence in their home countries.

"His goal is to fudge the border between refugees fleeing a war and kids coming in," Morris said. "His goal is to make those who live here illegally look like citizens, act like citizens, have IDs like citizens, drive like citizens, and eventually vote like citizens.

"He wants to create a one-party country in the United States by taking 11 or 12 million Latinos — immigrants — gluing them to the Democratic Party and sending the message to Central America and Mexico, 'Come on in, we'll never throw you out,'" said Morris.

The White House has said most of the border children will be "fast tracked" for deportation back home.

But Morris said items in the president's $3.7 billion emergency request for managing the border crisis prove he's focused on resettlement, not deportation. The wish list calls for emergency housing, more immigration judges and defense lawyers, and overtime pay for immigration workers, said Morris.

The president, stung by accusations from Hispanics that he was the "deporter-in-chief," will also move on another, broader front to ensure the new arrivals can stay, said Morris.

"Working with the United Nations, Obama hopes to translate [immigrants] into refugees," he said. "Refugees usually are fleeing a war zone. He's going to try and pretend Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras are a war zone because of the drug violence. What we see as illegal immigrants, he'll see as asylum seekers.

"That puts it in the international courts," said Morris, "because the right of refugees is enshrined in the U.N. charter, and international law will take that issue away from the United States and let it be decided by the U.N. if he can succeed in having these kids seen as refugees, not as illegal immigrants."

If these maneuvers further alienate Obama from a public that already has soured on him, so be it.

"He doesn't care much about popularity. What he cares about is demographics," said Morris, pointing to the president's hangout at a Denver brew pup and billiards hall on Tuesday night, almost in defiance of members of his own party begging him to visit the border in Texas and show concern by seeing the crisis firsthand.

"I think that the Denver pool hall shot was sort of a way of saying, 'I don't give a damn,'" said Morris.
