The Goal Is Total Disarmament. Will It Occur And If So, How.

Those who believe that total gun confiscation will not occur have not looked outside today. Kids (who somehow were able to get to Washington and 400 other marches around the country) are demanding as much in an effort to "stop the killing."

While we agree this is a noble goal, killing has been going on since Cain and Abel and  we don't see an end to it. However, these youngsters (who are now being compared to the Freedom Riders and The anti-Vietnam War protesters)  believe they can.  They are fools who have been lead to believe that they can make a difference.

Yes, they will make a difference, but it will be a very negative one.  Should they get their way and all guns are eliminated, the government will be the only one with guns and that has always proven to be bad for the country.  It will also strike at the very heart of the Constitution, essentially gutting the Second Amendment, which is the one that protects the others. For example, how are you going to avoid having troops stationed in your home if you cannot protect yourself?  Therefore the Fourth amendment also is gutted.

Now our doomsday prediction is not going to occur tomorrow or even in the next year, however,  following scenario is an example of how it might.  Congress will pass a law (that's the easy part-making sure the law is enforced is the hard part) and everyone will say with joy that no longer are "assault weapons" able to be owned which is exactly what happened recently in Washington State.  Everyone will celebrate this wonderful victory of the kids.

In short order, there will be another shooting at a "gun free zone" location with a pistol or some other weapon.  The cry will go out to eliminate pistols. More parades, more protests and more  laws passed. Enforcement will be sketchy as we saw in the case of the Parkland High School tragedy which started this latest movement.

It will be determined that the perp stole the gun from a legally licensed and registered owner which will then demand more confiscation of anything that can fire a projectile. Even bows and arrows will be confiscated. No exceptions,  no Second Amendment exception.

This might be the way it occurs but it is clear that those who want to disarm Americans will take their time and step by step achieve their goal.

Disarming Americans will endanger all of us from three separate but equally dangerous groups. The first is the aforementioned criminals who will get their hands on weapons regardless what law is passed.

Second group is foreign countries. Japan's leaders did not even consider invading the US due to the private weapons that the public had in their possession. They knew it would be a blood bath. However, with a disarmed public, it might invite someone to take a chance.

And lastly is the US government itself.  Over and over in history we have seen tyrants move against their own people after having confiscated weapons.  In fact this was the reason the Founders put the Second Amendment in the Constitution.  They wanted the people to resist a government which had gotten out of control.

Taking guns away from the people is a dangerous threat to the US as a nation and to its people in total. But maybe that is the plan that is being hatched today in protests around the country.

So if you are an American and you support gun confiscation, you are writing your own enslavement. If you are an American Jew who supports the removal of guns from the country, you are writing your own death sentence for it will be the Jews who will be the first target of a foreign invader or the government itself.

If you are thinking about going to the parade, stop and think about your future, your children and your grandchildren as their very existence might be tied to what you do today.

Authoritarianism, or criminal government, can never feel free from fear as long as millions of people own guns, hence the long-term effort to disarm us. Almost all national politicians want Americans completely disarmed, even if few admit it, though they have done all possible to impress upon the public mind that private arms possession for any reason is un-American and not in the "public interest" because guns are "dangerous." Their debate is twisted nonsense, but people believe it. The politicians realize that mass forced confiscation will not work. It would result in the deaths of thousands of federal agents, if they could find enough of them to attempt such a thing. Nor have efforts at soft confiscation — requiring self-reporting and voluntary surrender of arms and accessories suddenly deemed illegal — been anything more than marginally successful in recent years. The truth is, the local sheriffs, rank-and-file police and military members are by-and-large pro-gun, and their families and friends are as well. For the most part, they would be loath to join federal agents in a forced confiscation program, though as we saw in the Katrina aftermath there are mindless drones who will follow confiscation orders without question. But most would likely join citizens in resisting such efforts. The result would be a bloody mess. So the elites have employed their propaganda machine, to great effect. Vast swaths of ignorant people have swallowed the notion that certain weapons — based only on appearance, form and function — are inherently more dangerous than others. Other anti-gun propaganda is used in pushing for the fix-NCIS bill (which is a bill ostensibly designed to make it a law that government agencies must abide by the law, but which will encourage governments to place people into the system over silly things like unpaid traffic tickets) and for banning people on the "terror watch list" from possessing guns. Both of these laws abuse the notion of due process and would work to unlawfully disarm people based on government error, innuendo and false charges. The topic of mental illness has jumped front and center in the gun debate in recent days in wake of the Valentine's Day massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas school in Parkland, Florida. Even many well-meaning conservatives have fallen prey to this trap and are advocating for laws to remove guns from people without due process under so-called "red flag" laws. A bill has been introduced to provide federal incentives — i.e., federal dollars — to encourage states to confiscate guns for the most sophistic of reasons. So-called "conservative" lawmakers have signed on. The NRA — which has fooled millions of people into believing it looks out for their 2nd Amendment rights — has signaled a willingness to support them. Mental illness is as nebulous and malleable a term as "assault weapon." Even psychiatrists admit that the classification of mental illness often relies on subjective criteria and that diagnoses for mental health conditions never rely on brain scans and blood tests. Conclusions of mental illness stem from observed behaviors and any behavior that seems outside what is accepted as normal at the moment can later be labeled abnormal — and therefore a mental illness — on a whim. For several years a push has been underway to label religious adherents as mentally ill. In 2006, biologist Richard Dawkins published his book The God Delusion, in which he characterizes belief in God as delusional. Dawkins cites the definition of a delusion as "a persistent false belief held in the face of strong contradictory evidence, especially as a symptom of a psychiatric disorder." In 2013, Kathleen Taylor, a neurologist at Oxford University, said in interviews that recent developments suggest that we will soon be able to treat religious fundamentalism and other forms of ideological beliefs potentially harmful to society as a form of mental illness. She maintains that religious fundamentalism may one day be treatable and that religious people will one day be able to be "cured." Taylor admits that the scope of what could end up being labelled "fundamentalist" is expansive. She continued: "I am not just talking about the obvious candidates like radical Islam or some of the more extreme cults. I am talking about things like the belief that it is OK to beat your children. These beliefs are very harmful but are not normally categorized as mental illness. In many ways that could be a very positive thing because there are no doubt beliefs in our society that do a heck of a lot of damage, that really do a lot of harm." Last year, the journal Neuropsychologia released a study that purported to show that religious fundamentalists are brain damaged. It claimed its research determined that religious fundamentalism is, in part, the result of a functional impairment in a brain region known as the prefrontal cortex. There are millions of gun owners in America who consider themselves Christian. Now we have atheists in places of influence and power declaring ad hoc that Christianity is a mental disorder that can and should be cured. The day is soon coming where a person's Christianity will get him labeled as mentally defective and therefore ineligible to possess weapons. The gun control problem is a mind control problem. The authorities know full well that they, with all their high-tech weapons, cannot subdue a determined people with private arms. Therefore, they use all manner of spurious persuasion to get you to give up your arms and to exert hostility toward others who won't. Same old divide and conquer. Be careful what you wish for. As fun as it is to ridicule the FBI for devoting massive resources to chasing down Hillary Clinton's oppo research while blowing off repeated, specific warnings about school shooter Nikolas Cruz, we've put a lot on the agency's plate.

We're hauling in nearly 2 million manifestly unvetted Third World immigrants every year, leading to a slew of FBI "Watch Lists" with a million names apiece. In 2015, Director James Comey said that there were ISIS investigations in all 50 states -- even Idaho and Alaska! And that's just one terrorist organization.

Maybe the FBI brass would still be a bunch of incompetent, PC nincompoops if we weren't dumping millions of psychotic and terrorist foreigners on the country. But even the most efficient organization would have trouble keeping track of the Nikolas Cruzes when our immigration policies require approximately one-third of the country to be constantly watching another third of the country.

Thanks to our Second Amendment, the United States has fewer mass shootings per capita than many other developed countries, including Norway, France, Switzerland, Finland, Belgium and the Czech Republic. (And 98 percent of our mass shootings occur in "gun-free zones.")

But imagine if we could cut our mass shootings in half?

There have been about 34 mass shootings since 2000. Forty-seven percent -- 16 -- were committed by first- and second-generation immigrants, i.e. people who never would have been here but for Teddy Kennedy's 1965 immigration act.

And the immigrant mass shootings have been some of the most spectacular ones, such as Fort Hood and San Bernardino. Two of the deadliest mass shootings in U.S. history, at Virginia Tech in 2007 and at the Pulse Nightclub in 2016, were committed by first- and second-generation immigrants, i.e., people who were in this country because Teddy was pouting in his room and refused to come out until he got his own legacy.

Here's the list of immigrant mass shootings, defined as a shooting at the same general time and location, not during the commission of another crime, that leaves at least four people dead -- i.e. no gangland shootings, no "man kills family, then self" and no drug deals gone bad.

On account of the Rule of Journalism that permits the word "immigrant" to be used only in sentences with the word "valedictorian," you may not have heard of some of these mass shootings at all.

1) Omar Mateen, son of Afghan immigrants, killed 49 people at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando on June 12, 2016.

2) First- and second-generation Pakistani immigrants Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik opened fire at a community center Christmas party in San Bernardino, California, on Dec. 2, 2015, killing 14 people.

3) English immigrant Christopher Harper-Mercer killed 9 people at Umpqua Community College in southwest Oregon on Oct. 1, 2015.

4) Kuwaiti immigrant Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez shot and killed five people in attacks on two military installations in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on July 16, 2015.

5) Second-generation Malaysian immigrant Elliot Rodger killed six people on May 23, 2014, around the campus of the University of California, Santa Barbara.

6) Second-generation immigrant John Zawahri opened fire at his Southern California home and later at the campus of Santa Monica College on June 7, 2013, killing five in all. (The New York Times never mentioned that he was the child of Lebanese immigrants. The Times didn't even mention that his father used to beat up his mother, despite that paper's usual heightened interest in stories about men being mean to women.)

7) Cuban immigrant Pedro Alberto Vargas fatally shot six people in his apartment complex in Hialeah, Florida, on July 26, 2013.

8) Probable Barbadian immigrant Aaron Alexis shot and killed 12 people inside the Washington Navy Yard on Sept. 16, 2013. (See this.)

9) South Korean immigrant One L. Goh opened fire at Oikos University in Oakland, California, killing seven people on April 2, 2012.

10) Mexican immigrant Eduardo Sencion shot up an IHOP in Carson City, Nevada, on Sept. 6, 2011, killing four people -- three National Guardsmen and a 67-year-old woman.

11) Second-generation immigrant Nidal Malik Hasan, son of Palestinian immigrants, killed 13 people at Fort Hood, Texas, on Nov. 5, 2009.

12) Vietnamese immigrant Jiverly Wong shot up the Binghamton, New York, American Civic Association on April 3, 2009, killing 13.

13) Bosnian immigrant Sulejman Talovic fatally shot five people at the Trolley Square Mall in Salt Lake City on Feb. 12, 2007.

14) Seung-Hui Cho, a South Korean immigrant, slaughtered 32 people at Virginia Tech on April 16, 2007.

15) Hmong immigrant Chai Soua Vang killed six hunters in northern Wisconsin on Nov. 21, 2004.

16) Mexican immigrant Salvador Tapia shot up the Windy City Core Supply warehouse in Chicago in 2003, killing six of his former co-workers.

If you missed your favorite immigrant mass shooting, please note that I excluded Jamaican immigrant Colin Ferguson (Long Island Railroad massacre in 1993); Nigerian immigrant Peter Odighizuwa (Appalachian School of Law shooting in 2002); Haitian illegal immigrant Kesler Dufrene (North Miami shooting in 2012); and Nigerian immigrant Henry Williams Obotetukudo (Bronx-Lebanon Hospital shooting in 2017). We are only counting mass shootings since 2000 that left at least four people dead.

First- and second-generation immigrants have committed more than 40 percent of all mass shootings since 2000. I know we've been admitting Third World immigrants at a breakneck pace, but I don't think immigrants make up nearly half the population yet.

Once we exclude the immigrant mass shooters, a clearer pattern emerges. The typical American perpetrator is a young man with paranoid schizophrenia -- or, as we're now euphemistically calling it, "autism" -- probably exacerbated by pot, a deadly combo platter.

An immigration moratorium and widespread deportations would not only cut mass shootings in half, but it would also free up the FBI's time to focus on these delusional young men with the terrifying stare, who hear voices no one else hears.

Young men like Nikolas Cruz.

A parent dropping off his child at Florida’s Braden River Middle School last week quickly dialed 911 after seeing a man walking into the school carrying what looked like a rifle as well as bag that may have contained ammunition.

“He’s got an older-model shotgun or rifle,” the caller said on Thursday’s 911 recording, WTVT-TV reported. “He’s got a bag that looked like ammunition.”

“And where are the weapons now?” the dispatcher inquired, the station said.

“He was walking right into the school with it,” the caller answered, according to WTVT.

That prompted a lockdown at the Bradenton school, the station said.

And indeed it turns out the object was a rifle — and more than that, it was being carried by a teacher at the middle school.

Problem was, however, that the rifle is a Civil War-era replica the history teacher brought in to show students that day, the Bradenton Herald reported. The rifle can’t be fired, the station said.

The teacher previously informed a school resource officer about the rifle, the paper reported, but the officer wasn’t aware the teacher was bringing it in Thursday. Michael Barber, spokesperson for Manatee County Schools, told the Herald that administrators and office staff should have been informed about the rifle. WTVT said that the teacher has been bringing the rifle to school for several years.

The lockdown was lifted before 9 a.m. — and before the the first bell, Barber told the paper.

“If somebody sees something, they’re going to pick up the phone and call, and they should,” Barber told WTVT. “We have to handle these things in such a way that the school administration, the school staff, and the school resource officers are involved, and it’s done in such a way that would not cause any alarm to anyone.”

Barber told the Herald that the teacher should’ve placed the rifle in a case so no one would mistake it for a working weapon. District administrators are going to review the incident and determine if there should be a policy prohibiting faculty from bringing to school anything resembling a weapon, WTVT reported.

“It very much looks like a real rifle, especially if you saw an adult walking around on campus with it. It would be pretty scary,” parent Wendy Buckner told the station after looking at a photo of the rife. “I was very nervous especially for all the kids that I know that go here and that I knew were probably already at school and my daughter, fortunately, wasn’t there yet. But you think about something like that and especially with everything that’s happened — terrorist bombings and shootings in schools — it’s terrifying some days.”

Clinton’s anti-firearm proposals would put Americans in danger

With crime rates on the rise throughout the nation, 2nd Amendment supporters are pointing out that Hillary Clinton’s gun-control positions are more dangerous than ever for law-abiding Americans.

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) is calling Clinton the “the most anti-2nd Amendment” presidential candidate in history after she unequivocally stated that she believes the Supreme Court got its District of Columbia v. Heller decision wrong. That ruling prohibits state and local officials from creating needless hurdles to gun ownership in violation of the 2nd Amendment.

“She gets in, she will appoint somebody who changes it, and what that means is it’s no longer a personal right to have a gun, but every city, county and state can completely ban firearms in America,” he said on Fox News.

“This would be the greatest reduction of Second Amendment rights since the founding of the Republic.”

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, also appearing on Fox, criticized Clinton’s willingness to take away Americans’ rights to self-defense when she is constantly protected by armed guards.

“Gun-free zones are killing fields, gun-free zones have gotten people killed,” Clarke said. “The only person [who] is safe in a gun-free zone is the criminal.”

And Clarke knows a thing or two about the importance of self-defense at a time when police are increasingly unable to respond to the volume of criminal threats in many American cities.

In Milwaukee, St. Louis, Baltimore and Washington, murders are up over 43 percent in recent years.

Back in 2014, Clarke bought radio ads encouraging people to arm themselves against a rise in violent crime, touting Wisconsin’s Personal Protection Act and encouraging residents to “[c]onsider taking a certified safety course in handling of firearms, so you can defend yourself until we [law enforcement] get there. You have a duty to protect yourself and your family.”

Noir is absolutely right when he calls politicians on the left nothing more than con artists.

A brief survey of the most dangerous places in the entire U.S. yield one conclusion. There is no amount of legislation, no amount of gun control, no amount of restrictions, background checks and/or limitations on equipment that’ll prevent people from being evil.

But when the people pushing for gun laws are completely OK with partial term abortions it’s hard to take them seriously when they say they’re all about the value of life.

Warn of flood of Islamic terrorists looking for soft targets

A study by Pew Research showed that the only gun crimes on the rise over the last two decades have been mass shootings in gun-free zones or so-called “soft targets.”

Now is not the time for Americans to cower in fear, be intimidated by liberal ideology, or apologize for one of America’s longest standing constitutional rights – the right to bear arms – say a growing chorus of religious, law enforcement and political leaders.

Several sheriffs have sent out warnings in the wake of the recent Islamic terrorist attacks in Paris, Beirut, Mali and San Bernardino that Americans, now more than ever, need to get armed.

The first was Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona who on Dec. 1 called for 250,000 armed citizens to stop terrorism and mass shootings in Arizona. This represents the number of concealed carry permit holders in Arizona.

“I’m just talking about the areas where you have large crowds and someone pulls out the gun and starts shooting. Maybe somebody with a concealed weapon takes the guy down,” Arpaio told a local CBS affiliate.

He was criticized by some others in law enforcement who said they didn’t think armed civilians shooting bad guys in public places was a good idea because it could lead to “collateral damage,” Tuscon News Now reported.

Encouraged to carry

Then came Ulster County Sheriff Paul Van Blarcum of Ulster County, New York, about two hours north of New York City. In a Dec. 3 Facebook post following the deadly jihadist attack on San Bernardino, he said the county’s 10,000 residents who have concealed-carry handgun permits should use them.

“In light of recent events that have occurred in the United States and around the world I want to encourage citizens of Ulster County who are licensed to carry a firearm to please do so,” Van Blarcum said in his Facebook post. “I urge you to responsibly take advantage of your legal right to carry a firearm. To ensure the safety of yourself and others, make sure you are comfortable and proficient with your weapon, and knowledgeable of the laws in New York State with regards to carrying a weapon and when it is legal to use it.”

Van Blarcum’s Facebook post received more than 24,000 “likes” as of Friday, 3,289 comments and was shared 30,000 times.

Detroit Police Chief James Craig weighed in on Dec. 2 and said he believes terrorists would be reluctant to target Detroit, as they had Paris last month, for fear armed citizens would shoot back.

“A lot of Detroiters have CPLs (concealed pistol licenses), and the same rules apply to terrorists as they do to some gun-toting thug,” Craig told the Detroit News. “If you’re a terrorist, or a carjacker, you want unarmed citizens.”

Oakland University criminal justice professor Daniel Kennedy agreed with Craig that terrorists would be reluctant to attack armed citizens.

Detroit Police Chief James Craig has been an outspoken supporter of citizen gun rights.

“We don’t have laboratories where we can test these theories, but there is something to the argument that terrorists want a high body count — and if they can only shoot a few people before they’re taken out themselves, it wouldn’t have the kind of impact they want,” Kennedy told the News.

“An armed citizen won’t give them a high body count. Look at the theater in Paris,” the Bataclan Café, where four men with AK-47 assault rifles killed 89 people during a rock concert. “If some of those people had been armed, it would’ve been a much different story.”

‘A day of reckoning has arrived’

Carl Gallups, who served 10 years as a Florida police office before becoming a Baptist pastor and talk radio host, has authored a new book called “Be Thou Prepared: Equipping the the Church for Persecution and Times of Trouble.” In that book he admonishes Christians to take a fresh biblical look at the issue of guns and self-defense.

“In light of several prominent United States Sheriffs, and even well-known media personalities, now advising America citizens to “arm themselves” (specifically in preparation for the possibility of armed Islamic attacks on our soil), I think people can now see where we really are in America at this point in history,” Gallups told WND. “A day of reckoning has arrived.”

Part of the battle is being able to recognize propaganda in the media, which reports that it’s the availability of guns that causes “gun violence.”

In a rare piece of honest reporting on the subject, the Washington Post reported Dec. 3 that there has actually been a “massive decline in gun violence in the United States” since 1993.

The only exception is mass shootings in gun-free zones, according to the Post report, citing a Pew Research study, states:

“Premeditated mass shootings in public places are happening more often, some researchers say, plunging towns and cities into grief and riveting the attention of a horrified nation. In general, though, fewer Americans are dying as a result of gun violence – a shift that began about two decades ago.

“In 1993, there were seven homicides by firearm for every 100,000 Americans, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. By 2013, that figure had fallen by nearly half, to 3.6 — a total of 11,208 firearm homicides. The number of victims of crimes involving guns that did not result in death (such as robberies) declined even more precipitously, from 725 per 100,000 people in 1993 to 175 in 2013.”

Gallups said he wrote his book from the perspective of 10 years of direct law enforcement experience and 30 years in the ministry. In both cases, he’s been deeply involved in the traumas and disasters of life, including assaults on life, home, church and property.

“The fact that American law enforcement officials can even make a legitimate and legal call’ for Americans to arm themselves is an astounding phenomenon directly related to our Second Amendment rights and freedoms,” Gallups said.

“Very few nations of the world could make such an appeal to their common citizenry and actually have millions of people instantly ready (and quite capable) of protecting themselves, their families, churches, communities, and their nation,” he continued. “And, don’t discount the fact that millions of Americans don’t even need an appeal from law enforcement to know what to do and how to do it when it comes to being prepared to take defensive measures of protection.

“I know the leftist elitists hate this fact, but it is one thing that specifically defines and separates the United States from most of the rest of the world. This is the very reason why there is a continual outcry from the leftists for ‘tougher gun control laws’ in America. It is also the reason why Americans should never give up their Second Amendment rights.”

Many Christians have historically had a difficult time with the concept of arming themselves, and Gallups answers those critics.

He turns to the Founding Fathers for inspiration:

“That is certainly a matter of individual concern. However, we have been blessed for a long time in America even to be able to have debates about the topic. Our founding fathers and the early colonists certainly did not have that luxury. Generations before us that went through World War I and World War II didn’t have that luxury. Now, it appears that our generation will have to give serious thought and preparation to equipping ourselves so that our generation and the ones that follow might have some semblance of the America we know and love left to pass on.”

The concept of God’s people “arming” themselves for self-preservation is not a new one, he said.

“From the children of Israel coming out of Egypt to Nehemiah rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem to Jesus conversing with his disciples in the Garden of Gethsemane on the night of His betrayal (and telling them to purchase a sword), the Word of God gives us many examples of using our common sense as we ultimately rely upon the Lord to lead us into ways of protection.”

Cruz defends gun rights

Texas senator and GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz also encouraged Americans to take advantage of their Second Amendment rights following the  San Bernardino terror attack.

“Unfortunately, the goal of both President Obama and Hillary Clinton, is to consistently – at every turn – to look to weaken the constitutional rights of American citizens,” he told Breitbart. “And in particular, to undermine our constitutional right to keep and bear arms. You don’t get rid of the bad guys by getting rid of our guns. You get rid of the bad guys by using our guns. And, rather than respond to radical Islam and terrorism with a commitment from the president to keep this nation safe–to kill the terrorists–instead, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton refuse to even utter the words “radical Islamic terrorism.”

Cruz said the gun-control push illustrates the misguided priorities of President Obama and Hillary Clinton.

“They refuse to stand up and do what is necessary to defeat radical Islamic terrorism, to defeat ISIS, to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons,” he said. “Instead, they remain obsessed with disarming the American citizenry, of stripping us of our fundamental right to protect our homes, our lives, and our families.”

“I would note that the calls from liberals for more and more gun controls in the wake of the San Bernardino shootings ignores the fact that California already has some of the strictest gun control laws in the country–so their policies and solutions have already been implemented in California. And to the surprise of no one, the laws failed to prevent this horrific attack.”

Gallups said it all boils down to living a balanced Christian life.

“We live in a much different world than we did just a decade ago. Believers don’t need to wring their hands or get ridiculous about making “preparations,” but they should definitely be prepared,” he said. “Tough times have come to the world and tougher times than most living Americans have ever seen are coming to our own shores. Those who are prepared to live, defend, and protect – will also be the ones prepared to share the love of Jesus with the lost world around them. And that is the main reason the people of God are here in the first place.”
