This Move Is Monumental And If It Becomes The Standard, It Will Completely Change Immigration Law

Democrats – and even some Republicans – were scandalized on Tuesday when President Trump suggested an executive order could withdraw automatic citizenship from any baby born inside U.S. boundaries.
But talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh said the idea is simply based on the wording of the 14th Amendment itself, and all it took was someone with intestinal fortitude to suggest it.
“Man, this is great, what Trump is doing on birthright citizenship. Oh! This is exactly why Trump was elected, as my good friend Andy McCarthy said, ‘You’ve gotta have somebody that’s willing to break the furniture. You have to have somebody willing to turn things upside down if you’re actually going to get things done,’ and the left is beside itself today,” he said.
The issue is the wording – and the interpretation – of the amendment, which states, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the U.S. and of the state wherein they reside.”
It was adopted at a time when the American public was worried about the proper treatment of slaves and their descendants.
But it’s been interpreted to grant citizenship to any baby born in the country, and has been used hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of times to establish a newborn as an “anchor baby,” a child with American citizenship that can be argued by his or her parents to be a reason to let them, even if in the country illegally, stay.
But Trump simply points out there are words in the amendment that can be read a different way.
“The parts that birthright citizenship, uh, freaks have to delete are ‘naturalized’ and ‘subject to the jurisdiction thereof.’ You are not naturalized and you are not subject to the U.S. jurisdiction if you’re here illegally! You cannot be!” Limbaugh explained.
“You’re under some other country’s jurisdiction. If you’re here illegally, you cannot possibly be naturalized. Well, the birthright citizenship crowd – which wants to water down American culture and destroy Western civilization – conveniently leaves out ‘naturalized’ and ‘subject to the jurisdiction thereof.’ So your born-here child absolutely is not a citizen. This is what Trump is saying. Trump is finally pushing back against an assumption that has been made because it was the path of least resistance, if you will. But now it’s make-or-break time.”
AP snarked that it was another “hardline immigration play in the final days before the midterm elections.”
“He has sought to focus on fearmongering over immigration,” the AP charged.
And it accused the president of “seeking to energize his supporters and help Republicans keep control of Congress” by “stoking anxiety about a caravan of Central American migrants making its way to the U.S.-Mexico border.”
“If the case can be made – and people believe that it can be – that the 14th Amendment was never intended to grant birthright citizenship to illegal immigrants who are under the jurisdiction of another country, then Trump can do it,” he said.
Not surprisingly, the establishment, on both sides, rejected the idea. Outgoing House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., said the change could not be made.
“We didn’t like it when Obama tried changing immigration laws via executive action, and obviously as conservatives, we believe in the Constitution,” he said.
Which drew a response from commentator Ann Coulter, who said, “Can we finally admit that ‘moderate Republicans’ are illiterate morons? Paul Ryan unfamiliar with a period in our nation’s history known as ‘The Civil War.'”
NBC, which has been openly at odds with the president since before he was even inaugurated, in its “fact check” quoted Peter Schuck of Yale saying the president couldn’t do what he wants.
That’s even though he’s argued in the past that Congress can set the rules for providing citizenship to U.S.-born children of parents who violated U.S. law to enter.
NBC explained that the citizenship provision “was intended to overturn the Supreme Court’s notorious Dred Scott decision of 1857 that held African-Americans were not citizens.”ind Out More >
Limbaugh said it’s just the next step in Trump’s commitments as a candidate “to build a wall, to get a handle on illegal immigration (and to stop it) because of its forever-changing consequences to this country.”
“The left wants this country overthrown from the days of its founding. To the left, America’s illegitimate, it’s immoral, it’s indecent because we were a slave nation and we discriminated and the original white privilege was the Founding Fathers,” he explained.
“Folks, as I said throughout the first year of Trump’s presidency: This is what pushing back looks like. It was never gonna be clean and it was never gonna be quiet. Pushing back against the liberal order of the day was always going to be noisy and it was going to be potentially violent and dangerous. After all, these are people who do not accept election results anymore, and you know what that means. You know what’s held this country together all of these years is the honoring of election results,” he explained.
He pointed out what already is known: “Top levels of the Obama DOJ were used to overthrow Trump, and to then run a silent coup to try to throw Donald Trump back out of office and reverse those election results. It’s unprecedented.
“But it is a seminal moment when a political party, as its official position, refuses to accept election results. That’s where we are, and that’s why we’re where we are. They refuse to accept it, for whatever reason. They hate Trump, they don’t feel good about it, they disagree, whatever. Doesn’t matter why. Just the fact that they refuse to accept the results is a horribly dangerous thing. Because what if it keeps up? What if the only time there is peace in America is when they win elections?”
The facts, he explained, are “an illegal alien here is not subject to U.S. jurisdiction. They’re under the jurisdiction of where they came from if they’re here illegally.”

THE CARAVAN OF CRAP

Where do they shit?
The Hondurans in the caravan, the 7,000 people walking north to America, where do they go to the bathroom?
And eat and sleep and store their clothes?
And how is it that after a week on the road they are clean and their hair and clothes are well kept?
How is any of this possible?
And why do these people, supposedly fleeing intolerable conditions in their homeland, carry little flags from their homeland and break into its national anthem when the TV cameras show up?
And speaking of which, for oppressed people, they all seem to be pretty well fed, well groomed and well dressed. Their hair is neat and newly cut, their clothes are clean and in good repair, and they are built like people who have had ample nutrition all their lives, being well developed and, many of them, overweight.
And none of them look dirty or unkempt, like they had been sleeping on the ground for the last week.
There’s just nothing in any of this that makes sense.
Supposedly, these several thousand people spontaneously decided to leave Honduras, walking north in a group, hoping to trek the length of gang-plagued Mexico and present themselves as refugees and prospective Democrats at the American border.
Which, again, makes no sense whatsoever.
And leaves a lot of big questions unanswered, and ignored by the press. Such as, who organized this? Who is paying for it? How have they covered 500 miles in a week?
Seriously. Any number of American “reporters” have walked beside a sympathetic walker and talked about how this particular woman and her children had trekked half a thousand miles over the last week or so.
That’s 71 miles a day.
The best soldiers through history have been able to march 25 miles a day.
How have 7,000 people been fed and watered? And how have they gone to the bathroom? If the average person across the world produces about a pound of solid waste a day, that means that these folks are somehow disposing of more than three tons of feces each day.
That’s a heck of a lot of crap, even for a Central American roadway.
Provisioning such an army of people – the equivalent of 10 combat battalions in most of the world’s militaries – is a large task. Transporting and distributing the food and water necessary to keep those people moving is a massive chore which the press says nothing about.
The entire enterprise, as a spontaneous ad hoc event, is implausible.
As an orchestrated international attempt to influence an American election, it starts to make sense.
And ought to alarm us.
Unless it’s only Russians we don’t want screwing with our democracy.
Unfortunately, none of this has made the evening news. It’s almost as if the press, in whatever scheme is afoot, gladly accepts its role as propagandists to the American people.
Every story is sympathetic, as if an attempt to enlist viewers and readers in this caravan and the politics it symbolizes.
And so the story is not about an orchestrated attempt to manipulate electoral opinion and violate the borders and laws of the United States, it is about compassion and Trump and xenophobia and racism. It is the October surprise, it is the Blue Wave.
And it is all nonsense.
Because all of these people, if legitimate, have the ability to apply for American asylum in their own country – as do the residents of most nations of the world. We have consulates and embassies for a reason, and this is one of those reasons.
We also have laws and an oath of office for a reason.
Laws, so that “we the people” through our elected representatives clearly and systematically govern our society. Law is the means by which the people express and exercise their sovereignty. Disobedience to law is disobedience to the will of the people, it is the subverting of their sovereignty and franchise.
Breaking the law is denying you the vote. Your vote elects representatives – lets you pick the country’s direction – and the representatives write the law. If that law is ignored, your representation becomes meaningless.
You get screwed.
And the oath of office?
Members of Congress – even Democrats – swear an oath to “bear true faith and allegiance” to the Constitution, which establishes our system of laws and specifically charges the Congress with making the rules of naturalization and immigration.
Who comes across the border and under what conditions they can stay is a constitutional responsibility of the Congress. That is to be determined by a congressional vote, not by a Honduran mob.
Failure to insist on that – even for Democrats – is a violation of your congressman’s oath of office.
So there is not a Democrat or Republican response to this travelling army of invaders – there is only an American response.
And that is: Turn around and go home.
Because the law of the United States does not allow a mass entry like this. The law does not declare the borders open.
If Democrats and progressives don’t like that, they can try to change the law. If America’s progressives want open borders and believe all the world’s people have a right to live in the United States – as they say they do – then they should adjust immigration law accordingly.
But until then, if they are to keep their oaths of office, they must stand for the law and the border.
And they must tell their surrogates to turn around and go home.
Because this caravan is nothing more than a bunch of political shit.

A man has been arrested after threatening to kill Florida GOP Congressman Carlos Curbello. Apparently, the suspect Tweeted the threat to the congressman.

According to The Blaze:
A 19-year-old Homestead, Florida man is under arrest after allegedly threatening to kill Republican Congressman Carlos Curbelo (Fla.) on Twitter.

According to WFOR-TV, the suspect’s name is Pierre Alexandro Verges-Castro, and he is accused of tweeting, “I will kill Carlos Curbelo.”

Roll Call reports that Congressman Curbelo’s office became aware of the threat early last week and turned the matter over to the Capitol Police for investigation. Police added additional security to his Washington, D.C. and Florida offices as a precaution, and additionally provided security at public events attended by Curbelo as a precaution.

According to WPLG-TV, police arrested Verges-Castro on Thursday and charged him with written threats to kill or do bodily harm.
Curbelo used the moment to talk about the increased political violence pointing to the fact that not only was this threat Tweeted but it was liked by 4 accounts.

Where Was The Liberal Outrage When White Powder Was Sent To Don Jr?

Vanessa Trump opens up about ‘horrifying’ February mail scare: ‘The longest two weeks of my life’

The recent slew of hate crimes spanning the country has brought back some horrible memories for the soon-to-be ex-wife of Donald Trump, Jr.
“Back in February, I opened an envelope intended for my husband Don, which covered my face, hands, and clothing in white powder and left me terrified,” Vanessa Trump recalled.
She went on: “I was rushed to the hospital, evaluated, and put on Cipro for the longest two weeks of my life, and while they worked to identify whether the white powder was deadly, I spent the entire time thinking about the horrifying possibility that I would never see my five beautiful children again.”

Forever Scarred

Even though the incident was a hoax, it was clearly traumatizing for Mrs. Trump, who now cannot open a simple letter without a chill running down her spine.
This will be something that stays with her forever.
The man behind the “prank” was Daniel Frisiello.
The 24-year-old man ended up pleading guilty to 13 counts of mailing a threat to injure and 6 counts of false information and hoaxes.

The Hypocrisy

There is a major difference in how the media treats incidents like these — and it is adding to the divide in this country.
When that incident occurred alongside threats to the president, the media treated the attackers like they were rogue extremists that had nothing at all to do with Democrats — and ignored the hateful rhetoric being spewed by Democrats in office.
They also ignored the rhetoric from several high-profile liberal stars and entertainers calling for the death or President Trump.
Every single one of them got a free pass.
Now, though, the media wants to hold President Trump directly responsible for the recent mail attacks on high profile Democrats.
They are also claiming the massacre at the Pittsburgh synagogue is on Trump’s hands.
They seem to have forgotten that more than a dozen mass shootings occurred while former President Barack Obama was in office.

Do you think Americans will ever feel united again?

In fact, there were multiple shootings aimed at Jews and gays, yet none of those were Obama’s fault.
Seems like we’ve found yet another liberal double standard.

Rationale Arguments About The Mail Bomber

4 Thoughts On The Attempted Mail Bomber, And Why Everything Is Garbage Right Now

So, now we know who was allegedly behind the attempted pipe bomb attacks against various and sundry Democrats in media and politics: a crazy 56-year-old guy with a long criminal history, a shocking number of pro-Trump bumper stickers on his van, and an inglorious record of criminal threats against various Democrats on his social media.
Here’s a picture of Crazy Guy’s van:
So, he’s a Crazy Guy. There has always been an inverse proportionality between sanity and the number of bumper stickers on your van.
Nonetheless, we’re now having a national conversation about issues unrelated to the Crazy Guy. That’s because the media are fully invested in finding a way to blame President Trump for Crazy Guy, even though he’s a Crazy Guy.
So, some thoughts.
1. Politicians Are Not Responsible For Inciting Violence Unless Their Rhetoric Amounts To Incitement. Naturally, the media excitedly reported that because this particular Crazy Guy happened to be a huge Trumpster, that means that President Trump’s rhetoric was responsible for Crazy Guy sending pipe bombs through the mail. They made no similar argument regarding the Congressional baseball shooter last year – an enormous Bernie Sanders fan who began firing at Republicans while shouting, “This is for health care!” just weeks after Sanders stated that Republican health care plans would kill millions of Americans. Neither Trump nor Sanders are responsible for crazy people doing crazy things. I said so in 2017 with regard to Sanders; I said so in 2016 with regard to Barack Obama; I agree with me now.
2. Some Political Rhetoric Is More Closely Connected With Incitement Of Particular Violence Than Other Political Rhetoric. Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) blamed President Trump for the bombing attempts pre-emptively, before knowing who the suspect was. She stated, “I think the president of United States should take responsibility for the kind of violence that we are seeing for the first time in different ways.” This is the same Maxine Waters who, just months ago, suggested, “if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them and you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere.” It’s not too aggressive to state that Waters’ rhetoric may have incited mob confrontations against Republican politicians. And for what it’s worth, I said the same about President Trump’s hot talk about punching protesters – when Trump said he might pay the legal bills for a man who sucker-punched a protester, that looked like incitement to punch protesters. But Waters isn’t responsible for nut cases sending Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) ricin, and Trump isn’t responsible for attempted bombings. Not all incitement is incitement to attempted murder.
3. Treating Right-Wing Rhetoric And Left-Wing Rhetoric Differently Leads To More Polarization. We should all be worried about the political climate right now. It does inspire more fringe people to act in crazy ways. But there is a difference between inspiration and incitement. And it’s also important to recognize that one of the ways you can heat up a political climate is by blaming one side alone for that political climate. Let’s take at face value the Left’s argument that Crazy Guy was inspired by Trump’s hatred for the media, and his constantly overheated rhetoric. Based on the evidence, it’s also true that Crazy Guy was inspired by the media’s hatred for Trump, and their constantly overheated rhetoric. Just because Crazy Guy was crazy doesn’t mean the media have acted responsibly for the past several years, just as Crazy Guy’s craziness doesn’t mean Trump has. It turns out that it’s bad when President Trump targets and lies, and it is also bad when Leftists target and lie. Reactionary idiocy on all sides is more likely to heat up the climate, cudgeling people into either evidence-free "FALSE FLAG!" insanity or evidence-free "TRUMP IS HITLER!" insanity. If you wish to reduce the temperature of our political climate, everybody has to stop blowing hot air.
4. Conflating Overheated Rhetoric And Violence Is A Dangerous Game, Too.Worrying about the political climate is worthwhile. Conflating overheated rhetoric with incitement is dangerous. For years, we’ve been watching as campus radicals suggest that speech is violence, and use that as an excuse to participate in actual violence. If we want a free country, we’re going to have to tolerate abrasive speech, nasty speech, speech we don’t like. Speech isn’t violence, and speech isn’t responsible for violence unless it calls for violence. As I wrote yesterday:
[I]n terms of mental health, the American body politic is like a series of concentric circles: a core of mentally healthy people who won’t commit political violence no matter what, a larger group of people who can easily distinguish heated rhetoric from violently inciting rhetoric, and a very small fringe of people, often mentally ill, who could react violently to heated rhetoric. Our law and morality has never held that rhetoric’s effect on that small fringe outweighs the actual content or intent of the speech. To do so would be to attack the core of speech.
Unfortunately, things are about to get worse, not better. These rather common sense observations are likely to be ignored by both sides. Partisans will continue to suggest that overheated rhetoric from the other side – and only the other side – is responsible for violence. And so we’ll continue to spiral downward, maintaining our own virtuous rectitude and the other side’s violent evil all the while.

RED ALERT: Meet the Laughably Fraudulent Patsy Just Arrested for Democrat-Staged Fake Bombs

By James Simpson
We were wondering what the October Surprise would be. This is it.
Authorities have made an arrest in Florida regarding the string of mail bombs targeting Democrats that have been discovered over the last few days. The suspect has been identified as Cesar Sayoc, (aka Cesar Alieri or Cesar Altieri Randazzo), a man with an extensive record, including a 2002 bomb threat and other charges up to 2015, as well as a bankruptcy filing in 2012, who registered Republican in 2016. Early reports showed a van plastered with pro-Trump political stickers and slogans being towed away by authorities. I guarantee you however, that this was a setup hatched by Democrats to shore up their flagging support as we head to the elections now less than two weeks away.
The entire operation is just too obvious.
Twelve bombs were sent to some of the most prominent Democrats in the news today, timed to arrive within days of one another, at the height of election season where the story would dominate the news cycle. The sender made little effort to hide the suspicious nature of the packages. In fact, they screamed “examine me, I’m suspicious.” They were also made to appear crude and stupid. Many words were misspelled, but how does such a person then manage to coordinate the timing so well that multiple packages would show up within days of each other in New York, Florida and California?
Many bomb experts have concluded that, while the bombs have the components needed to meet the “bomb” definition, that they couldn’t detonate and perhaps were deliberately made that way. The New York Times quotedother experts who said they looked “fake”:
Some bomb technicians who studied photos of the device that circulated on social media suggested that the bomb sent to CNN had hallmarks of fake explosives — the kind more typically depicted on television and in movies, rather than devices capable of detonating.
A digital clock was taped to the middle of the pipe, a feature that experts say is typically shown on fictional bombs in an attempt to ratchet up dramatic tension, but unnecessary in real life.
In fact, bombmakers generally avoid attaching visible clocks to their devices to keep from tipping off their targets about when the bombs are set to explode.
It was a foregone conclusion early on that whoever did this would be caught. He left just too much evidence. And his van literally screams “I am a rightwing nutjob.” It is brand spanking new. How could a poor, bankrupt guy allegedly living in his mother’s basement or in the van itself afford such a vehicle? The pro-Trump stickers are not stickers at all, but professionally-created, poster-sized collages designed to perfectly fit in each one of the van’s windows. And all the van’s windows are covered in them except the front driver’s side window and the windshield.
The reaction from Democrats was another tell. They were ready the minute the story hit – some even before it hit. John Brennan predicted that more bombs were coming because he hadn’t gotten one. The next day he did. When CNN received its bomb, instead of running for cover and calling authorities, they took photos of it. Alexander Soros was even able to get an OpEd printed in the New York Times the same day the Clinton/Obama bombs were found. How did he manage that without prior knowledge?
President Trump was immediately blamed for creating an atmosphere of “incivility” that motivated some right-wing nut to go after Democrats with bombs. Logically, that doesn’t square, because his rallies have uplifted and motivated people to vote, not enraged them with feelings of powerlessness that might inspire some nutjob with the same psychological profile as the Democrats’ baseball game shooter, James Hodgkinson. But logic has never been Democrats’ strong point. Subversion and duplicity however, is.
Unlike Republicans, who have to scramble for campaign dollars, the Left base is comprised of numerous billionaires, like George Soros and Tom Steyer, willing to shower money on leftwing candidates and causes, and who have shown themselves to be completely free of any ethical constraints. Some of these same individuals and groups were behind the Caravan financing and the Kavanaugh protests.
* * *
Here is what happened. The highly-organized, paid, Democrat opposition to the appointment of Justice Kavanaugh backfired, mobilizing the GOP base. The next effort was the Honduran Caravan, organized by Central and South American leftists (who collude with the American Left regularly), and financed by Soros and other big-dollar leftists. That has backfired too, and now many in the caravan are heading home, according to a Fox News report this morning.
This latest effort is the Democrats’ “October Surprise.” It has likely been long-planned but held in reserve as a last-minute Hail Mary pass if other efforts failed. They have found a patsy and offered him huge dollars to do this, knowing he would be caught because that was the point. He only registered Republican in 2016. He is likely a Democrat plant who developed a two-years long “conservative” track record to establish credibility. This is how undercover operatives work, and they exist on both sides of the aisle, although the Left has a lot more of them because the Left can afford to. Either way, this person knew going in that he would be arrested and possibly face a long-term jail sentence. He also knew he would receive ample compensation.
Veteran reporter and talk show host Shad Olson has written a brilliant analysis of Sayoc based on social media posts that show a far left activist who over the past two years tried to reinvent himself as a hardcore Trump supporter. That post, as far as I’m concerned, nails it.
People call such nonsense “conspiracy theories,”and “tin hat” stuff. Well, Democrats live in a fever swamp of conspiracy theories regarding their enemies and are famous for accusing Republicans and conservatives of it every day, most famously Hillary Clinton’s “vast right-wing conspiracy” comment. Like the guilty spouse, they accuse their partner of cheating. They are simply projecting what they do. But when someone else accuses them of some kind of conspiracy, we are all crazy.
Average, everyday people are unfamiliar with the deeply subversive nature of today’s Democrat Party. At its heart, it is nothing short of a domestic enemy fifth column led by hardcore Communists dedicated to overthrowing and destroying the nation we know and love. Consider what we endured during the eight years of President Obama’s reign of terror:
Trump/Russia Investigation Launched by the Obama administration in coordination with the Hillary Clinton campaign, with complicity right up to President Obama himself. This is a more fantastic, true story than the most imaginative spy fiction. The Trump/Russia investigation scheme was initiated in March 2016 by Democrat operative Alexandra Chalupa, who began investigating Trump as far back as 2015.
Fast ‘n Furious A gun-running scheme whereby the Eric Holder Justice Department underwrote firearms sales to Mexican cartels. They claimed that they hoped to trace those guns to cartel members. But internal documents show it was as much an effort to discredit American gun ownership. Meanwhile those very guns were used to border Patrol agent Brian Terry, and execute hundreds of Mexicans.
IRS Targeting An unprecedented targeting of American citizens that collectively comprised the most effective political opposition to the Left — handing Democrats the most devastating defeats in elections at all levels in 2010.
Benghazi Attacks Obama administration accused a film maker of triggering the Benghazi attacks, which it had advance warning were about to occur. Talk about an implausible conspiracy theory.
Arab Spring Assisted by the State Department and designed to turn the Middle East into a cauldron of instability. Worked beautifully.
There are many more, but you get the drift. The modern Democrat Party is the heart of deep state opposition to President Trump, conservatives, and our constitutional republic. They are capable of doing anything to win. This is their October Surprise. Make sure you vote.
