Gun Deaths Are Barely On The Cause Of Death Chart Yet Liberals Cannot Get Past Their Hate Of Firearms.

Conservatives know the value of owning a fire arm.

There are even some liberals who are smart enough to get their heads around the concept that a gun equals protection.

But the vast majority of them are screaming at the top of their lungs that to make America safer, guns should be made illegal, or at the very least, incredibly hard to access.

So what will they say when they read a report by the CDC that shows that accidental poisoning is far deadlier than the risk of an accidental shooting death?

Hmmm, one can only wonder what might happen when they’re confronted with these inconvenient facts…

The shocking findings show Americans are 51 times more likely to die as a result of accidental poisoning than they are from being shot an accident. But you don’t see them begging for Clorox bleach to be taken off of the shelves.

As Breitbart news reports:

The raw figures show there were 600 accidental shooting deaths in 2010, yet there were 30,781 accidental poisoning deaths in that same year.

There were 554 accidental shooting deaths in 2009 vs. 31,758 accidental poisoning deaths and 592 accidental shooting deaths in 2008 vs. 31,116 accidental poisoning deaths.

Moreover, the CDC shows that Americans are approximately 10 times as likely to die from accidental suffocation vs. an accidental shooting and almost 6 times more likely to die via accidental drowning (non-boating related) than accidental shooting.

Again, liberals aren’t outlawing pillows or plastic bags (well, California is…), but they are spending millions upon millions of dollars promoting legislation that would strip Americans of a fundamental right.

It’s cognitive dissonance being displayed on an epic level.

The truth is, the agenda that has been set up is one that helps solidify power into the hands of the elite.

They don’t want Americans to have any wiggle room, much less have any recourse for protection should the balance of power shift even more dramatically into the hands of tyrants.

The right to bear arms as enumerated in the second amendment was for the protection of Americans from the doings of their government.

And concerted attacks on gun rights can be seen as an attack on the American people.

The government is unrelenting at stripping Americans of their rights.
