The Muslims Are Coming And These Two Are In The Vanguard

Omar Defends Tlaib’s Comments about the Holocaust

Last week, House Rep. Rashida Tlaib made some controversial remarks about the Holocaust. The congresswoman subsequently faced backlash from conservatives who viewed her statements as anti-Semitic and otherwise alarming.
Anti-Semitism seems to be a trending theme amongst Democrats…and guess what? There’s another freshmen Democrat who has made headlines for actually backing Tlaib’s anti-Semitic comments.
That’s right, you guessed it: Ilhan Omar. Earlier this week, Omar stood behind Tlaib and even championed her as a “sister,” as documented by Fox News.

Everything You Need to Know

Tlaib appeared on a Skullduggery podcast over this past weekend. During this time, she delivered the following chilling remarks about the Holocaust and Jewish people.
“There’s always kind of a calming feeling, I tell folks, when I think of the Holocaust, and the tragedy of the Holocaust, and the fact that it was my ancestors — Palestinians — who lost their land and some lost their lives, their livelihood, their human dignity, their existence in many ways, have been wiped out, and some people’s passport.”
It gets even worse:
“Just all of it was in the name of trying to create a safe haven for Jews, post-the Holocaust, post-the tragedy and the horrific persecution of Jews across the world at that time. And, I love the fact that it was my ancestors that provided that, right, in many ways, but they did it in a way that took their human dignity away and it was forced on them.”

Omar’s Defense of Tlaib

Considering Omar’s past history of making flagrantly anti-Semitic statements, her defense of Tlaib shouldn’t come as a shock. After all, Omar is the same person who claimed that American politicians are paid to support Israel and dismissed 9/11 as “some people did something.”
During Omar’s time on MSNBC, she defended her fellow congresswoman with the following statements:
“I think we are seeing what happens when people really see these kind of attacks for what they are. It is designed to silence, sideline, and sort of almost eliminate public voice of Muslims from the public discourse. I’m really excited that we have an opportunity to build alliances and push back and fight this attempt to marginalize our community’s voice.”
Omar’s statements couldn’t be more interesting. Is describing the Holocaust as “calming” something which Omar views as the best way for Muslims to “build alliances?” It sure looks that way.
The brazenly open anti-Semitism which is coming from the Democrat Party in droves ought to alarm all Americans, regardless of political leanings or affiliations.

What do you think of Rashida Tlaib’s anti-Semitic rhetoric? Are you surprised that Ilhan Omar rushed to her defense?

Charlie Daniels Slams ‘Satanically Inspired’ NY Abortion Law, ‘Every Bit As Evil’ As Holocaust

 Print
Country music legend Charlie Daniels compared New York state’s new abortion law to the Holocaust, writing it is “every bit as satanically inspired.”
In a new Op-Ed for CNSNews, Daniels recounted, “There were six million Jews murdered by the Nazis, in gas chambers, mass shootings and any other kind of monstrous methods of death these demonic animals could come up with. Horrible right? Could never happen in the United States of America, right? … Wrong.”
“Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York signed into law a bill that is every bit as evil, and just as satanically inspired, as Hitler’s Final Solution,” Daniels continued. “It’s a bill that allows abortion up to the time the child comes through the birth canal.”

He further explained that the newly-passed legislation, known at the “Reproductive Health Act,” also took away legal protections for the unborn child in instances not involving abortion, providing that deaths of babies in the womb will no longer be classified as homicide.
The bill “repealed that language so that deliberately causing the death of a child whose mother never even considered abortion is no crime at all,” the Liberty Counselreported.

Pro-life advocates have long pointed to the inconsistency in the legal treatment of the unborn child in cases involving violence against the pregnant mother leading to the baby’s death versus when the mother chooses to have an abortion.
In the first case, the perpetrator can be found guilty of murder, whereas in the second instance the U.S. Supreme Court has defined abortion as a constitutional right. In other words, the unborn child’s rights are entirely dependent on the mother’s frame of mind.

In his Op-Ed, Daniels also highlighted how close Virginia came to joining New York in allowing abortion up to the time of birth, with the legislation narrowly being defeated by Republicans.
The state’s Democratic governor, Ralph Northam, a former pediatric neurologist, advocated for the bill.

“If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen, he told WTOP during a radio interview last week. “The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.”
Daniels observed, “So, a living breathing human being, alive and living on its own outside the womb could be legally murdered, if the mother wishes.”
The singer noted former Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell is “currently serving three life sentences in Pennsylvania for killing babies that survived the abortion process.”

Presumably, if the proposed Virginia law would have passed, he would be guilty of no crime at all in that state, Daniels argued.
He said the fallacy of referring to the unborn child as “blob of flesh” has long since fallen to modern technology showing the baby’s development in the womb.

“Now it’s infanticide, plain, and simple, and it’s an evil, wicked, and ungodly service to the prince of darkness, innocence sacrificed on the altar of sexual convenience and political expediency,” he wrote.
Daniels concluded writing regardless of what laws are passed on earth, those who support the deaths of unborn children will face another judge when they leave this life.

“He is waiting behind the final veil at the end of the road we must all walk, where we will all appear and give account for the things we have done while on this earth, and we will all stand there, with no place to hide, where the verdicts are final and eternal. And there is no appeal.”

Ignorance Of The Facts Will Lead To Another Tragedy

One-Third of Americans Don't Believe 6 Million Jews Were Murdered During the Holocaust

One-third of Americans think “substantially less” than 6 million Jews were murdered in the Holocaust, according to a new survey that highlights a worrying lack of basic knowledge about the World War II-era genocide.
The Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, or Claims Conference, released the findings of its survey to coincide with Holocaust Remembrance Day. They show a notable lack of understanding among Americans, especially millennials, the group said.
The Claims Conference said there are “critical gaps both in awareness of basic facts as well as detailed knowledge of the Holocaust” in American society, stressing that U.S. schools must provide more comprehensive education on the crimes.
The survey shows that 70 percent of Americans believe people care less about the Holocaust than they used to. A majority, 58 percent, said they believe something like the Holocaust could happen again.

Just under a third (31 percent) of those surveyed do not believe that 6 million Jews were killed during the Holocaust and think the real death toll is at least 2 million lower. This was true for 41 percent of millennials.
Adolf Hitler's fascist Nazi regime killed approximately 6 million Jews before and during World War II. The Nazis also murdered millions of Eastern European civilians, Soviet prisoners of war, disabled people, homosexuals and political prisoners. Estimates of the total death toll reach as high at 15 million to 20 million people.
Almost half (45 percent) of Americans were unable to name a single concentration camp, and the number was even worse for millennials (49 percent). Two-thirds (66 percent) of millennials were unable to explain what Auschwitzwas. The death camp is one of the most infamous ones that existed in Nazi-ruled Europe, and its name has become synonymous with the genocide.
Fifteen percent thought people should be allowed to display Nazi slogans or symbols today, while 11 percent said it is acceptable to hold neo-Nazi views.
These figures are especially concerning given the reported rise in hate group numbers, activity and confidence in recent years. A February report from the Southern Poverty Law Center claimed that the number of hate groups in the U.S. has increased by 20 percent over the past three years. The number of neo-Nazi groups increased from 99 in 2016 to 121 in 2017, the center said.
Around two-thirds (68 percent) of Americans believe there is anti-Semitism in the U.S. today, and a majority (51 percent) think there is either a great deal of (17 percent) or many (34 percent) neo-Nazis in the country today.

Despite the worrying figures, 93 percent of those asked think the Holocaust should be taught in schools, while 96 percent believe that the genocide happened.
Claims Conference President Julius Berman said it is “vital to open a dialogue on the state of Holocaust awareness so that the lessons learned inform the next generation. We are alarmed that today’s generation lacks some of the basic knowledge about these atrocities.”
Greg Schneider, executive vice president of the Claims Conference, said, “There remain troubling gaps in Holocaust awareness while survivors are still with us; imagine when there are no longer survivors here to tell their stories. We must be committed to ensuring the horrors of the Holocaust and the memory of those who suffered so greatly are remembered, told and taught by future generations.”
The Claims Conference said its results are based on a representative sample of 1,350 American adults interviewed by phone and online. Respondents were selected randomly and reflected the demographics of the American adult population, it said.

CNN Poll Shows Widespread Anti-Semitism, Ignorance of the Holocaust in Europe
A recent CNN poll revealed widespread anti-Semitism and ignorance of the Holocaust in Europe. The poll, released Monday, found that over a quarter of Europeans think Jews have too much power in business and finance.
Roughly 20 percent of those surveyed saidJews have too much influence in the media and too much influence in politics. Almost a quarter of those polled also said Jews had too much influence in wars.
While alarmingly high percentages of Europeans hold these beliefs, a third of them also said they knew “a little or nothing at all” about the Holocaust.
CNN noted that “lack of Holocaust knowledge is particularly striking among young people in France: One out of five people there between the ages of 18 and 34 said they’d never heard of it.”
Also in Austria, the birthplace of Hitler, 12 percent of young people surveyed said they’d “never heard of” the Holocaust. Forty percent of Austrian adults said they knew “just a little” about the Holocaust.
The survey was conducted by pollster ComRes on behalf of CNN and “interviewed more than 7,000 people across Europe, with more than 1,000 respondents each in Austria, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Poland and Sweden.”
CNN also pointed out that Americans, particularly younger Americans, also struggle with knowledge of the Holocaust. In another recent survey, 10 percent of American adults and one in five millennials were not sure they’d ever heard of the Holocaust. Additionally, half of the millennials surveyed could not name a concentration camp.
Famed American historian Deborah Lipstadt, told CNN that their polling in Europe showed in "frightening detail, how traditional anti-Semitic motifs persist."
"Stepping back from the specific findings of the study,” she emphasized, “it is imperative to note that anti-Semitism constitutes a conspiracy theory, i.e. an irrational evidence-free perspective that attributes to all Jews -- irrespective of their location, status, age, nationality, world view -- the same qualities and stereotypes. Anti-Semitism makes as much sense as attributing to all left-handed people or all blonds similar attributes and behaviors."
Avner Shalev, chairman of Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center in Jerusalem, told CNN that the poll’s results highlight “the troubling fact that many entrenched hateful anti-Semitic tropes persist in European civilization, 75 years after the end of the Holocaust."
"The result of this survey proves the necessity to intensify broad-based efforts in the area of Holocaust education and awareness, which is essential to any effort to contend with anti-Semitism," he added.

Lindsey Graham Makes a Suggestion for Ocasio-Cortez After She Defends Migrant Caravan
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), fresh off her underdog congressional win in New York, is quickly distancing herself from the Trump White House. While the president is sending troops down to the U.S.-Mexico border to prevent the 7,500-strong migrant caravan from entering the U.S., Ocasio-Cortez tweeted Sunday that we have nothing to fear from these individuals who are simply seeking asylum.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) doesn't see it that way. The migrant caravan approaching the U.S. border and Nazi Germany don't compare, he told her in a tweet on Monday. To witness real suffering, he invited Ocasio-Cortez to pay a visit to the D.C. United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Graham followed up that suggestion with a list of reasons why he would not stand for the migrant caravan, including messages like this:
"Americans want an immigration policy which we control, not one where illegal immigrants control us. We are a nation of immigrants.  We are also a kind and generous people. But Americans will not be played for fools."
Graham reminded his followers that he's worked to fix America's immigration system for over a decade, so he may know a thing or two about what will or won't work. He reached out to Democrats, many of whom he knows have hearts of compassion, entreating them to work with Republicans on first securing the border.
Still, Ocasio-Cortez and others have criticized border patrol agents for using aggressive tactics like pepper spray and tear gas to repel migrants from the U.S. border. Some of those rushing toward the border, however, hurled rocks at those agents, making the pepper spray "absolutely" the right decision, according to the Border Patrol Foundation.
"DHS will not tolerate this type of lawlessness and will not hesitate to shut down ports of entry for security and public safety reasons," Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said in a statement on Sunday.
And shut down they did. The San Ysidro Port of Entry, one of the busiest along the border, was temporarily not open for business on Sunday.
