At Least Some European Nations Have Not Lost Their Mind

"Refugees" arriving in Italy
Migrants arriving in Italy
WASHINGTON – As migrants flood Europe from Africa and the Middle East, several countries seeking to protect their sovereignty are rebelling against the European Union’s resettlement mandates, and their influence is growing as they announce support for a potential new ally against migration, Italy.
The Visegrad Group, also know as the V4, is a collection of Central European countries committed to preserving their shared “cultural and intellectual values” within the E.U.
The countries are Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland.
The Visegrad Group has recently come under attack by Brussels due to members’ anti-migrant policies. In 2015, all E.U. member countries agreed to relocate more than 100,000 migrants throughout the continent in a binding agreement.
As of today, acting in direct opposition to the E.U. plan of forced migration, Poland and Hungary have not relocated a single refugee.
The Czech Republic took just 12 refugees this year, and Slovakia relocated 16. It means the Visegrad Group has relocated a mere 28 refugees, even though the quota imposed on them by the E.U. demanded they relocate 11,069 refugees.
The European Commission has launched a process that could result in huge fines against Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
Polish Prime Minister Beata Syzdlo has said that Poland “will not participate in the Brussels’ elites’ folly,” and Polish Interior Minister Mariusz Blaszczak believes the threat from migrants is “much worse” than the threat of E.U. sanctions.
Even in the face of sanctions, the Visegrad Group is fighting back against Brussels. In a recent letter to the prime minister of Italy, the group announced its support for efforts by the Italian government to halt the flow of migration to Europe.
“We are following with great attention and sympathy the outstanding efforts of Italy to deal with the current migratory pressure,” the letter begins.
Noting that “the vast majority of the mixed migration flows are composed of economic migrants,” the group concludes its “external borders have to be protected.”
The answer to the migration crisis is therefore that the E.U. and its member states “should mobilize financial and other resources to create safe and human conditions in hotspots or reception facilities outside the EU territory.”
To protect legitimately at-risk migrants while simultaneously defending their borders, the “V4 countries are ready to meaningfully contribute … to all European and national efforts aimed at alleviating the burden on frontline member states such as Italy,” as long as these efforts do not “create further and stronger pull factors for migration.”
The Visegrad group outlines five ways it plans to help Italy halt the flow of migrants:
  • Contribution to the EU activities at the southern borders of Libya upon request,
  • Contribution to setting up, protecting and creating human living conditions in hotspots outside the territory of the E.U.,
  • Contributing to the training of the Libyan coast guards,
  • Contributing to strengthening of capacities of EASO (European Asylum Support Office),
  • Contributing to the Code of Conduct on NGOs.
The Italian government is under intense pressure by citizens for the way the current migrant crisis is being handled, and with elections next year, populist and right-wing parties could gain if the current government continues to disappoint citizens.
“You can’t any longer speak about immigration but about an invasion organized, funded and planned by Brussels with the complicity of Rome,” Matteo Salvini, the leader of Italy’s populist Northern League party claimed in May.
The current government, therefore, has begun to crack down on illegal migration, planning to revise rules for NGOs ferrying migrants from the African Coast to Europe.
The code would ban trespassing into Libyan coastal waters by rescue ships, restrict the use of flares to help boats of migrants find rescue ships, require NGOs to declare sources of funding and other measures.
Italy also seeks to revise “Operation Triton,” a border security effort that rescues migrants from sinking boats so that fewer migrants are allowed to land in Italy.
Migrants have become so unpopular in Italy that the mayor of Castel Umberto in Sicily recently “led a revolt to prevent a few dozen [migrants] from taking up residence in an abandoned hotel,” according to the London Daily Mail.
The mayor and a group of dozens barricaded the front of the hotel with their cars.
More than 86,000 migrants have entered Italy this year, including many “rescued” by NGOs that then bring them into the country.
Sixty percent of Italians believe that refugees will increase the likelihood of terrorism in their country, and 77 percent of Italians disapprove of the way the European Union is dealing with the refugee crisis, according to a Pew Research Center study.

Israeli-American Relations Best In Years

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu Expresses True Feelings For Obama Administration

'Crazy.'

During a closed-session meeting Wednesday morning in the Hungarian capital of Budapest with leaders of the Visegrád Group (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accidentally made hot mic remarks about former U.S. President Barack Obama that took reporters by surprise.
“We had a big problem,” he said, referring to his administration’s dealings with the Obama administration. “It’s different now. The U.S. is more engaged in the region [Syria and the Middle East] and conducting more bombings. It is a positive thing.”
Led by retired Marines Corps Gen. James Mattis, a no-holds-barred warrior known to his peers as “Mad Dog,” the Pentagon under President Donald Trump has indeed shown a more fervent willingness than its predecessor to use devastating force when necessary to both destroy Islamic radicals and keep tyrannical dictators at bay.

In April, the Pentagon dropped the “Mother of All Bombs” in an area of Afghanistan, killing up to an estimated 100 Islamic State fighters in the process, and weakening the terror group’s grip on the struggling nation.
That same month, the U.S. launched a retaliatory air strike against an airbase in Syria after Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad allegedly attacked his own people with chemical weapons.

Netanyahu’s comments were not necessarily surprising, as his nation’s relationship with America has blossomed since Obama left office six months ago — due in large part to Trump’s hardline approach to Palestinian terror.
In fact, according to a Pew Research survey published in June, Israel was among a few select nations where the citizens showed a notable preference for Trump versus Obama.
During his hot mic moment Wednesday, the Israeli prime minister also excoriated the European Union, taking aim at how the bloc of nations has made peace with the Palestinians an effective precondition for closer relations with his country.
“I think its actually crazy,” he said. “There is no logic here. Europe is undermining its security by undermining Israel. Europe is undermining its progress by undermining the connection with Israeli innovation because of a crazy attempt to create conditions [for peace with Palestine].”

He added that he hoped the leaders of the Visegrád Group would speak with their colleagues in Europe and persuade them that it’s unwise to “undermine that one Western country [Israel] that defends European values and European interests and prevents another mass migration to Europe.”
“So stop attacking Israel; Start supporting Israel … start supporting European economies by doing what the Americans, the Chinese and the Indians are doing,” he continued, referencing a recent increase in technological cooperation between Israel and those countries.
He concluded by stating unequivocally that whether or not the European Union chooses to follow Trump’s path and embrace Israel will ultimately determine whether the bloc of nations will “live and thrive or shrivel and disappear.”

The Depravity Of The Muslim "Refugee" Being Seen In Europe

A 19-year-old migrant was gang-raped at a welcome center in Norway in December.
Norway is dealing with yet another gruesome rape perpetrated by newly arriving Muslim migrants.
Authorities have charged four migrants in connection with the gang-rape of a 19-year-old male at a reception center in the city of Vestfold. The incident, which was filmed in December, included three men in their 20s and one in his 40s.
Meanwhile, police are still looking for leads in connection with January’s rape of a 3-year-old migrant in the city of Stavanger.
Vestfold’s suspects face charges ranging from rape, complicity to rape and cause grievous bodily harm, or complicity to grievous bodily harm.
“We are in possession of a video of the assaults, which the accused have filmed themselves,” Police attorney Lise Dalhaug said Monday, the Express reported. The incident took place at the Oslofjord Convention Center at Brunstad in Vestfold in late December.
Three of the suspects have applied for asylum in Norway. The fourth suspect, arrested last Friday in Stockholm, is a legal resident of Sweden.
“My client has explained to police that he was present at a incident that is under investigation, but he does not acknowledge guilt of the charge against him,” Morten Andreassen, the Swedish suspect’s lawyer, said Monday.
Police say the victim knew all four suspects prior to arriving in Norway. They allege the rapes were masterminded by the 40-year-old suspect from Sweden.
Refugee rapists from the Middle East and North Africa first made global headlines after a wave of sexual assaults on New Year’s Eve. More than 100 attacks took place across Germany in city’s like Bielefeld, Duesseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Stuttgart.
Other European and Scandinavia nations to experience migrant sex-crimes at that time included:
  • Austria: Police allegedly tried to cover up evidence of sex attacks in Vienna.
  • Finland: Police told Agence-France Presse there was “widespread sexual harassment” at a New Year’s Eve event where 1,000 asylum seekers congregated.
  • France: Two Afghan migrants were arrested in connection with an attempted rape on a passenger train in Paris.
  • Sweden: At least nine women were groped by gangs of migrants in Kalmar.
  • Switzerland: Six women said they were sexually harassed at a New Year’s Eve event in Zurich.
“The idea of multicultural Europe has failed,” Robert Fico, the prime minister of Slovakia, said on Jan. 8, the Telegraph reported. “The migrants cannot be integrated; it’s simply impossible.”
Belgian officials found themselves dealing with a similar gang-rape scene case in early February. Officials investigating a 14-year-old boy found footage of a girl being sexually assaulted on his cell phone.
Two Belgians and five are Iraqi immigrants were arrested Feb. 3 in connection with the attack, which was filmed in Ostend last November.
“She has nothing to complain about. Women must obey men,” one of the migrants told investigators, Breitbart London reported Feb. 5.
The victim, a 17-year-old Belgian girl, was allegedly plied with alcohol and raped while she was unconscious.
“Rapists won’t be given asylum. They will be sent back to Iraq if they are found guilty,” Secretary of State for Asylum and Migration Theo Francken told reporters after the story went viral.
