Another Indication That The Days Of The US, At Least The Country We KNEW, Is Gone!

America’s Darkest Secret: Barack Obama Is A Pawn For The New World Order

America’s Darkest Secret: Barack Obama Is A Pawn For The New World Order
THINKSTOCK

“You’re an errand boy, sent by grocery clerks, to collect a bill.” — from the 1979 film “Apocalypse Now”
The United States has become a stacked game for the mega rich and a sucker’s game for the growing poor. Today, it is President Barack Obama who heads this tragedy — stealing from the middle class to pay off the rich while manipulating multitudes of the millions to become needful and poor, compliant and cowering.
The once proud and independent American middle class is being gutted. And no President has done more to eviscerate it than Obama, whose handlers urge him to build a socialist nation for the ever-increasing number of needful people while at the same time giving power to an oligarchy of billionaires who have ultimate authority and pull the puppet strings on their patsy: an African-American community leader dug up in Chicago, turned into a junior Senator and then made President.
In exchange, Obama has done exactly as ordered. He has made the billionaires even richer while shoveling millions of dollars in aid to the once-proud middle class, who have lost their jobs in manufacturing because Obama and previous Presidents systematically gave away American technology and destroyed the factories that built this Nation.
And so it goes. America’s debt levels soar, as do American stocks. That wealth is not going to the American worker, but to the deal makers and paper pushers who sit in plush offices and live a lifestyle like the French autocracy on the eve of the French Revolution.
But Washington has learned some history. They use the media to make the people afraid of myriad enemies and make us thankful to “eat cake” so long as it comes with booze, lotto, movies and sports and, in some States, marijuana.
And King Barry has something Louis XVI never had — an intelligence network that spies on each and every citizen. There will be no Maximilien Robespierre or Jacobins to orchestrate a march on the White House regardless of what this jester President does.

Why Wall Street Loves Obama

The only money being made in America nowadays is by the geniuses in Silicon Valley, which is deserved, and by the money changers on Wall Street, which is undeserved.
Timothy Smeeding, head of the Institute for Research on Poverty at the University of Madison-Wisconsin told The New York Times:
Almost all of the benefits of growth since the trough of the Great Recession have been going to those in the upper classes. Middle- and lower-income families are getting a smaller slice of a smaller economic pie as labor markets have changed drastically during our recovery.
I spent enough time as a stockbroker that I felt like killing myself. Nothing productive resulted from my efforts or the efforts of anyone else at that office. But there were star money makers there, and in New York there are bushels of stars that gamble trillions of dollars every day and make personal fortunes doing it.
Obama has been ordered to curry favor with Wall Street, despite his initial campaign promise to crack down on the investment banks that took the world to the edge of economic collapse and whose mistakes led the Federal Reserve to the largest monetization of debt in history. Today, the U.S. Treasury begs our competitors and future enemies such as Russia and China to invest in additional Treasury bills, notes and bonds at debt auctions that both Moscow and Beijing understand will one day be worthless.  Yet they play along until there is either a new reserve currency or a gold standard.
Obama was bought and paid for by big money powers, and he has done well at serving the interests of big money. He demanded nothing after putting up $700 billion in the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) for the investment banks whose blind greed and reckless practices drove America toward the worst economic crisis in history. Of course, these are the investment banks that appointed Obama as President twice.

The Way We Were

America wasn’t like that when I got started as a writer more than 30 years ago. My wife bought me suits off the sales racks at Sears because we had a young family and a big mortgage. Back then, I was mostly a proofreader and a researcher. My friends were in the same boat, and we used to say over the course of the day: “What’s the Dow doing?”
Nobody asks that anymore. Maybe that’s because of the Internet, but I think there is another reason. I don’t think middle-class people have the money to invest in the stock market anymore. By the time they pay the bills, the mortgage and car insurance, few can even think of taking a position in the Dow or any blue chip stocks.
I could take a position of 100 shares in a stock for $1,000 or $2,000. That would be a stock trading at $10 or $20 per share. In 1984, a share of Apple (AAPL) cost $20. Today, a share costs well more than $500. Of course, the value of Apple shares has soared; but stock splits have not kept pace.
Do you know anyone who can pull $50,000 out of their bank account and buy a token position in Apple? I don’t. As a result, Apple is almost exclusively traded between mutual funds, brokerage houses, investment banks and the ultra-rich.
Last year, Wall Street bonuses rose by 15 percent. That makes the overall bonus totals close to $27 billion in 2013 or the most since the infamous pig-fest in 2008 when Wall Street got stinking rich while almost destroying the global economy. Keep in mind this is bonus money, not salary money. Bonus money based on performance — how much brokers and dealers sold to unsuspecting suckers even if they were colleagues and friends.
No surprise that Wall Street insiders contribute to the truth that starting two years ago, the top 10 percent of U.S. households made more than 50 percent of total U.S. income.

The Secret War On The Middle Class

Nearly 50 million Americans are on food stamps. That is more than the number of women in the country who have full-time jobs.
The Department of Agriculture lists the annual average number of food stamp participants going back to 1969. That year, there were 2.9 million people on food stamps. Since then, food stamp participants have increased by more than 1,600 percent. In 1969 there were 15.7 million women who worked full-time in the U.S. At the end of 2012, that total had increased by 181 percent.
Obama and previous patsy Presidents have made it easy for tens of millions of Americans to give up, sit back and collect government money. At the same time, the Federal government has done little to help women become wage earners — workers who pay taxes, invest back into America and build a better future.
But on goes the puppet show: the Obamas saying they are fighting against obesity in children while forcing healthcare on millions of people who don’t want it. Then there are others — leaders like House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, who holds on to regal power the way Queen Victoria did, and Republican Senator John McCain, who is as bent on empire building as Otto von Bismarck was in the 19th century.
And who are we to stop them? President George W. Bush begat Obama, and Obama will begat the next patsy President. The wolves of Wall Street will get ever fatter, while we on Main Street are left to starve.
Obama is an errand boy, sent by grocery clerks, to collect a bill.
Yours in good times and bad,

Hagel Nomination--Not Good For America or Israel

In the following letter  fourteen (if we counted right) former military officers openly oppose the Hagel nomination to be the Secretary of Defense for a number of reasons.  We agree completely and believe that should Hagel be confirmed, it will be another chink in the armor of the United States as a world leader.

The United States cannot continue on this path if it is to maintain its moral, political and military leadership around the world. To have a Defense Secretary so out of step with the major hot spots would be a major diplomatic and strategic error.

However, we feel the Hagel nomination will go through for the following reasons:
--The President usually gets whomever he wants for his cabinet
--Hagel was a Senator and has friends in the Senate who believe they know him and will vote for him and Democrats hold the majority of votes
--Obama wants to reduce the US influence in the world and a Hagel nomination would do that
--Hagel's negative attitude toward Israel and positive one towards Iran fit in with Administration plans and
--It will lead to the Administration's goal of isolating Israel and of eventually making the country responsible for its own survival without any other major nation supporting her.

We know that we can be pessimistic,  however, looking at the tea leaves, we can see no other alternatives. Should you disagree, we are open to hearing your contrary point of view.

Military leaders oppose Hagel nomination

Frank Gaffney - Center for Security Policy,  January 29th, 2013

A distinguished group of fourteen retired generals and admirals, representing all branches of the United States Armed Forces, has signed a letter opposing the nomination of Sen. Chuck Hagel for Secretary of Defense.
The letter – addressed to Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) and Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK), respectively, the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Armed Services Committee – raises several concerns about the nomination of Sen. Hagel, including:
Sen. Hagel’s support for further cuts to the defense budget.  Sen. Hagel stated in late August 2011 that the Pentagon is “bloated” and needs to be “pared down”, contrary to Sec. Panetta’s and Chairman Dempsey’s views that sequestration – the additional hundreds of billions in across-the-board cuts to defense that go well beyond the $787 billion in cuts already sustained by the Department since Sec. Gates’ tenure – would be “disastrous for the defense budget” and “very high risk” to national security;
Sen. Hagel’s support for the global elimination of nuclear weapons.  Sen. Hagel is a public supporter of the “Global Zero” Initiative, the goal of which is the “elimination of all nuclear weapons.”  This stance is ill-advised for any Secretary of Defense, as Russia and China continue to modernize their nuclear capabilities while North Korea and Iran move closer to obtaining them.
Sen. Hagel’s hostility towards Israel.  Sen. Hagel has demonstrated an abiding hostility towards Israel, a view that would be detrimental to our national defense and perhaps perilous to our only stable, reliable ally in the Middle East were he to become Secretary.
Sen. Hagel’s outlook towards Iran.  Sen. Hagel repeatedly opposed sanctions against Iran while serving in the Senate, and in 2006 stated that “a military strike against Iran, a military option, is not a viable, feasible, responsible option” – an ill-advised statement that undercuts the effectiveness of both diplomatic and military policies to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons capabilities.
The signers of the letter are:
Adm. James “Ace” Lyons, USN (Ret.)
Lt. Gen. William G. “Jerry” Boykin, USA (Ret.)
Vice Adm. Robert Monroe, USN (Ret.)
Lt. Gen. E.G. “Buck” Shuler, Jr., USAF (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Thomas F. Cole, USA (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Vincent E. Falter, USA (Ret.)
Rear Adm. H.E. Gerhard, USN (Ret.)
Rear Adm. Robert H. Gormley, USN (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Geoffrey Higginbotham, USMC (Ret.)
Rear Adm. Don G. Primeau, USN (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Mel Thrash, USA (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, USA (Ret.)
Brig. Gen. William A. Bloomer, USMC (Ret.)
Brig. Gen. Ronald K. Kerwood, USA (Ret.)

Frank J. Gaffney, Jr., President and CEO of the Center for Security Policy, which facilitated this letter, stated:
These military leaders deserve our profound thanks for once again acting in service to our nation – in this instance, for the purpose of raising awareness of the risks associated with confirming Sen. Chuck Hagel to be Secretary of Defense.  This group knows firsthand that the United States military requires leadership that recognizes the need for a defense budget commensurate with the threats we face; the need for a credible, reliable and effective nuclear deterrent; and the need to support our allies and not accommodate our adversaries.  Sen. Hagel lacks these qualities, and hopefully the United States Senate will heed the concerns of these flag and general officers during the course of his confirmation process.”
The full text of the letter can be found below.

29 January, 2013

Dear Chairman Levin and Ranking Member Inhofe:

As individuals who were privileged to serve our country as flag and general officers in the United States military, we write to you to express our deep concerns about the nomination of former Senator Chuck Hagel to serve as Secretary of Defense.

Our nation faces enormous national security challenges as we enter 2013.  Addressing those challenges will require leadership at the Pentagon that recognizes the gravity of the threats we face and understands the requirement for a formidable military capable of deterring and, if necessary, overcoming them.  Senator Hagel’s record on key issues indicates he is not such a leader.

First, Sen. Hagel stated on 29 August, 2011: “The Defense Department, I think in many ways has been bloated…I think the Pentagon needs to be pared down.”  This statement seems to ignore the fact that, the Budget Control Act of 2011 had already cut $487 billion from the defense budget over ten years — let alone that this round of reductions comes on top of the more than $300 billion in cuts that took place under then-Secretary Robert Gates.

Recall that Secretary Leon Panetta on 4 August, 2011 stated that hundreds of billions more in cuts over ten years that sequestration will bring about will be “disastrous to the defense budget.” JCS Chairman General Martin Dempsey has indicated that sequestration poses “very high risk” for national security.  Consequently, Sen. Hagel’s assertion that still further cuts are warranted is at odds with the judgment of the Pentagon's current civilian and military leadership.  It suggests a disqualifying lack of understanding of the dire effects such reductions would have on our defense capabilities.

Second, Sen. Hagel is a signatory of the “Global Zero” Initiative, which describes itself as “the “international movement for the elimination of all nuclear weapons.”  At a time when Russia and China are increasing and modernizing their nuclear capabilities, North Korea is enhancing its long-range nuclear delivery systems and the weapons they will carry and Iran is moving ever closer to obtaining such arms, we cannot responsibly abandon our deterrent.  It would be ill-advised and possibly very dangerous to have as a Secretary of Defense someone who believes otherwise.

Third, Sen. Hagel has demonstrated an abiding hostility towards Israel, a view that would be detrimental to our national defense and perhaps perilous to our ally were he to become Secretary.  For example:  In 2009, he urged President Obama to undertake direct negotiations with Hamas.  In October 2000, he was one of just three Senators to refuse to sign a letter expressing support for Israel during the second Palestinian intifada.  In 2002, following several deadly Palestinian suicide-bombing attacks in Israel, he authored a Washington Post op-ed asserting that “Palestinian reformers cannot promote a democratic agenda for change while both the Israeli military occupation and settlement activity continue.”

Israel is our only stable, reliable ally in an increasingly turbulent and hostile Middle East.  Given Sen. Hagel’s record of hostility towards the Jewish State, his confirmation could signal to Israel's enemies and ours that this important bilateral relationship is unraveling.  That perception could invite aggression and perhaps another, otherwise avoidable regional war.

Another matter of profound concern is Sen. Hagel’s outlook towards Iran — a country that, among other acts of war against our country, employed its proxy, Hezbollah, to bomb the Marine barracks in Beirut in 1983, resulting in the deaths 241 American servicemen.  Sen. Hagel has repeatedly refused to support sanctions against Iran while in the Senate, and in 2006, he stated that “a military strike against Iran, a military option, is not a viable, feasible, responsible option.”  This ill-advised statement telegraphs to Tehran that it should not fear a U.S. military response to the continued pursuit of Iranian nuclear weapons.  Whichever policies are pursued with the objective of preventing a nuclear Iran can only have hope of success if backed by a credible military deterrent.  It would be unwise to confirm a nominee for Secretary of Defense who has already publicly taken that option off the table.

For all of these reasons, it is our professional assessment that confirmation of Sen. Hagel to be Secretary of Defense would be contrary to the United States' vital national security interests.

Sincerely,

Adm. James “Ace” Lyons, USN (Ret.)
Lt. Gen. William G. “Jerry” Boykin, USA (Ret.)
Vice Adm. Robert Monroe, USN (Ret.)
Lt. Gen. E.G. “Buck” Shuler, Jr., USAF (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Thomas F. Cole, USA (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Vincent E. Falter, USA (Ret.)
Rear Adm. H.E. Gerhard, USN (Ret.)
Rear Adm. Robert H. Gormley, USN (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Geoffrey Higginbotham, USMC (Ret.)
Rear Adm. Don G. Primeau, USN (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Mel Thrash, USA (Ret.)
Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, USA (Ret.)

How Is America Different From What The Founders Created

Have we lost America? Is our government different from what the Founders wanted to create? We believe so, however, it is worse than we thought for we too, have gotten used to the steady decrease in our rights and privileges. When you read the following posting by Bob Livingston, it should bring tears to your eyes and your anger quotient should rise.

We have lost a lot. Will it ever stop or is America doomed to repeat what other great civilizations have done? Will we also rise to the top and then crash and be conquered by others?

Read the post and then tell me--what is our future?

Totalitarianism American-Style

April 2, 2012 by
Totalitarianism American-Style
Television pundits, political hacks, progressives in higher education, brainwashed educators and the elite rulers in the halls of the Washington, D.C., cesspool love to call America a democracy. Most of the people believe it. After all, it is what is they were taught in school. But it is not so. America is a totalitarian society.
When envisioning a totalitarian regime, most American people imagine concentration camps, soldiers roaming the streets demanding “papers” and people disappearing in the dead of night. Totalitarianism American-style is more subtle. It has had to be, because the ancestors of today’s Americans believed in freedom and were willing to fight and die to preserve it.
Totalitarianism American-style has grown slowly and imperceptibly over many years. This is gradualism.
Much like watching your child grow if you see him every day, there is no perceptible difference until one day you realize the boy you saw yesterday is now a man. American totalitarianism has suddenly become a man.
The signs are all around for those who choose to see. You no longer have to search for them. Thanks to the Internet, which somehow remains out of government’s control, the signs are now appearing in plain sight, even if still only a minority realizes what the signs mean.
The ruling elites — politicians, judges and bureaucrats in government agencies — claim to have our best interests at heart. (I speak here of the ruling elites at the Federal, State and local levels.) The people believe this despite the contrary evidence. In truth, the ruling elites — with few exceptions — are looking out for their own interests, and their own interests are gaining more wealth and more power. That they do so at the expense of those they rule over bothers them not a whit.
That’s because they view the masses as worker bees and themselves as wise and omnipotent rulers. The worker bees are always expendable and replaceable. The ruling elites think nothing of confiscating the fruits of the labor of the worker bees — even to the point of making it unprofitable for the worker bees to continue their efforts — or sending them into battle to die in phony wars under the pretense of patriotism.
Many people, as they read this, will be quick to blame Barack Obama or George W. Bush. They would be both right and wrong. Obama and Bush are but two in a long line of human parasites who live or lived off the masses through deception and manipulation. The line includes Presidents current and past, Congresses current and past, Governors and State legislatures current and past, and local governments current and past. They are the true 1 percent.
The mindset that drives the ruling elites has been around for thousands of years. The actions of the ruling elites are evident throughout history and their methods and results can be studied. Unfortunately, there are few people today who study and understand history (that is to say history that has not been varnished by the elites). That’s why the elites are able to continue their ways.
The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights were drafted by men who understood history and how the political and social order is the creation of evil men who wish to rule humanity. So they created a document meant to put shackles on those who would impose authoritarianism and tyranny. But the Founders didn’t count on Americans becoming ignorant and complacent. They presumed that Americans would be ever vigilant against the evil forces of the ruling elites and would value their freedom and liberties more even than their creature comforts.
How wrong they were. Americans have grown more ignorant, given into fear and sloth, and chosen to cede their freedoms and liberties for the false hope of protection and leisure. As long as the elites, aided by their propaganda ministers in the mainstream media, proclaim they are not stealing any liberties but are simply doing what must be done to keep everyone “safe,” Americans readily accept it as gospel.
America has played right into the hands of the ruling elites who demonstrated the patience of Job while waiting for this to occur.
We now live in a state of perpetual war. The so-called War on Terror has been going on for decades; it began long before it was ever given that name. There is no end in sight. Our government tells us that there are enemies to the left of us and enemies to the right. And when those enemies run out, there are enemies in our own neighborhoods and in our own families.
Over the past few years, we have learned that enemies of America are people who:
  • Believe in smaller government.
  • Believe the 10th Amendment is still valid.
  • Buy items using cash.
  • Store food and water for their own use.
  • Buy weapons.
  • Served in the military.
  • Display Gadsden flags (once a symbol of America’s struggle for freedom).
  • Photograph landmarks.
  • Videotape police officers.
  • Oppose gun laws.
  • Petition government (which was once a right guaranteed under the 1st Amendment).
Even people who support Ron Paul’s Presidential candidacy are considered domestic terrorists and feared by the elites, who work overtime in back rooms in order to ensure Paul’s message of liberty is contained.
We now have a President who has determined he can be the sole judge and jury and decide who should be executed. Congress says little and does nothing and is, therefore, complicit. This effectively annulled the 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments.
We have a President who has decided he alone — with approval of the United Nations or NATO and in direct violation of the Constitution — can decide whether to send American forces into battle. A meaningless Obama impeachment bill has been introduced, but it is a minor triviality and of no consequence.
Congress passed and the President signed a bill in 2001 — and then reauthorized it on multiple occasions (the USA Patriot Act) — that gives government the authority to conduct warrantless searches of our finances and our communications, regardless of whether we are suspected of being an enemy of America (see above).
Congress passed and the President signed a bill that authorizes government to arrest Americans — even if on U.S. soil — and hold them without charge or trial in a secret location (National Defense Authorization Act).
Congress passed and the President signed a bill (Obamacare) that will require you to enter into a contract to pay for a service (health insurance) you may not want or need. Lower courts’ rulings on the issue have been mixed. The issue was heard by the U.S. Supreme Court last week. Who knows whether the justices will rule correctly, finding that the law should be struck down as unConstitutional?
It is telling — and indicative that the left/right paradigm is a false one — that, going into the Supreme Court hearing, news reports indicated that even Justice Anthony Kennedy and Chief Justice John Roberts may vote to uphold the law. Kennedy was appointed by Ronald Reagan, and Roberts was appointed by Bush. We were told they were conservative justices who would uphold the Constitution.
The FBI is creating “terrorists” and then patting itself on the back when it uncovers and thwarts the terror plots it helped create.
We are now unable to fly by commercial plane — and travel by some trains — without first being subjected to either an intimate patdown/sexual assault or a dose of harmful radiation — and sometimes we get both. This further establishes that the government believes we are all terrorists who must demonstrate our innocence.
Congress recently passed and the President signed a bill that nullified a portion of the 1stAmendment by making it unlawful to protest if a government “official” is in the area. This is subject to the whim of law enforcement.
Local police departments are becoming increasingly militarized and increasingly militant and strident. They now routinely arrest people for taking video of police actions or public meetings, and they confiscate cameras and cellphones. They abuse peaceful protesters. In Chicago, police officers recently told a journalist his “1st Amendment rights can be terminated and have limits.” Unfortunately, the idea that a citizen must obey any order simply because a police officer says so is typical of today’s cop. Ignore a police “order” and you are subject to being tasered and arrested. Children are even being tasered in school.
The medical mafia enlists local police officers to do their dirty work and remove children from parents if the parents try and decide what is best for their children’s health. There are many stories like that of Scott and Jodi Ferris and Maryanne Godboldo.
Your child, who is forced by law to attend public indoctrination centers commonly referred to as schools, must receive a series of harmful vaccinations before being allowed to enter.
The food mafia, under the cover of the Food and Drug Administration, is now arresting people for drinking raw milk, and has made it illegal to own hogs of a certain color. It has determined that walnuts are drugs that should be regulated and that kids should not be allowed to grow and sell rabbits or open lemonade stands.
Local governments have made it illegal to grow “unapproved” flowers and vegetables in yards, smoke in public, eat salty foods, purchase meals that include children’s toys, throw trash into garbage bins or hold Bible studies in homes.
Do you still think you’re free?
Just remember, it’s all for your own good.

Obama's Second Term Preview

President Obama knows something to which we are not aware. He must have plans that, in his mind, guarantee his re-election otherwise he is not acting like a traditional politician who would stay away from controversial issues in an election year.  In the past couple months he has taken on the Catholic Church over abortion and contraceptive mandates, dramatically increased the fines coal fired electric plants must pay via EPA mandate, guaranteed the Russians that he would have more "flexibility" in talks on the European missile defense and encouraged the Supreme Court to have hearings on his hallmark legislation, Obama Care. If someone was concerned with retaining his job, none of these actions would have been taken.  What does he know?

We have found in our life, that when things don't make sense, you are missing a piece of vital information.  The President's actions indicate that he knows that he will retain his job. What could he have up his sleeve?  Is it the domestic violence campaign about which we wrote  yesterday or does he have something on Romney that will crater the Republican's campaign or some guarantee from Soros or others? We definitely are missing that vital piece of the picture.

A second Obama term will be like the first, only ten times worse. What can we expect? Domestically, Michelle and the kids will continue to globe trot to all the best places in the world at taxpayer expense, Americans will be mandated by buy certain cars and  goods whether we want them or need them as a payback his supporters, government will control of our lives will increase dramatically through administrative mandate and rule making, taxes will double and Congress's role in government will be relegated to "rubber stamping" the actions of the Executive branch. Religious practices such as circumcision will be outlawed as barbaric. Charges will be brought against Catholic clergy and many will be jailed for violating  Obama Care mandates. Islam will be designated the "State Religion."

On the foreign affairs front, Israel will be abandoned entirely leaving it without vital financial and military support and  the nations who experienced the "Arab Spring" will receive the money and goods originally designated for the Jewish State. Hamas and Hezbollah will be designated as "friends" and the US will go to the UN and demand that all restrictions be lifted on these two groups. Iran will be allowed to test it nuclear bombs as a way of bringing them into the atomic club and "controlling" them. European governments who crack down on their Muslim citizens will be charged with crimes against humanity by US backed actions in the UN.

Financially, our bonds will be downgraded to junk causing interest rates to increase to 20% per month, businesses that do not pay tribute to the government will be closed down through regulation, all Americans whose net worth exceeds a certain limit will have to sell those assets to get to a mandated level of worth. All private ownership of homes will be controlled by a new government agency that will determine how many people should live in a home of a certain size and mortgage interest deductions will be eliminated.  All retirement assets (IRA, 401(k), 403(b), 457, pension plans) will be rolled into the Social Security system to "save it."

Blogs, the internet, telephones, cable, cellphones all will be heavily monitored to find anyone who is speaking against the Administration.  Thousands of cases will be brought against citizens who were expressing their "freedom of speech."  Courts will rule that this freedom cannot co-exist with the world in which we live where we must be able to make preemptive strike against those who might endanger the country.

Yes, Obama is going about "changing America!"  Should he get re-elected, these predictions will look very conservative!

Meanwhile, in the following article, we see more of his appeaser-in-chief approach to Russia. He is really bad for America.

Obama Brags About ‘Flexibility’ If Reelected

March 27, 2012 by
Obama Brags About ‘Flexibility’ If Reelected
UPI
U.S. President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev pose for a group photo during the G20 Summit in Toronto, Ontario last June.
Some conservatives have expressed concerns that a second term for President Barack Obama means a chance for the President, who will no longer face reelection, to force radical, unpopular “change” upon the United States. A statement the President made on Monday may fuel those concerns.
Unaware that they were being filmed, Obama was caught by television camera confidently telling Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that once he wins reelection, he will have the “flexibility” to make a deal on ballistic missile defense in Europe, according to Daily Mail.
In part of the exchange, Obama urged Moscow to give him space until after the November ballot. Medvedev said he would relay the President’s message to incoming Russian president Vladimir Putin.
The conversation reportedly went as follows:
Obama: “On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space.”
Medvedev: “Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you…”
Obama: “This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.”
Medvedev: “I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir.”
The conversation was focused only around an American missile defense system being put together in Europe that is unpopular with Russia as the country’s leaders believe it may be used to target their homeland.
In response to questions about the exchange, the White House responded by saying that the President simply meant that because both countries were in the midst of an election year, he didn’t believe there would be a breakthrough regarding the system.
Obama’s remarks, however, may beg the question for people worried about him having a second term: What other issues will the President have more “flexibility” to tackle once he no longer has to worry about angering voters?

News Media Bias

In the following article, Doug Patton observes the upside down world of network news talking heads.  We do not understand what is occurring in this country today, it seems that common sense has become something that no one has.

Why is good sense so missing in government today?  It appears as if no one has the ability to "say what they mean and mean what they say."  Instead we have talking points that have been screened and tested to make sure that no one makes a gaff.  If someone is forthright, we do not know how to handle it.

We also do not understand that people can mis-speak especially in the 24/7 media coverage to which all candidates are exposed.  If someone, like Rick Perry, cannot remember the third department he would terminate, it is treated as if he has full blown Alzheimer's rather than a momentary brain skip. He is far from having mental problems but the news media would not let it go away. Sorry, we are all not perfect ( and neither are they), or do our brains work perfectly all the time.  We think that just makes him human!

This is the media bias that we have seen over and over. Obama makes a gaff about the United States having 57 states and no one in the media covers it. Romney says his wife drives "two Cadillacs" and it is news for days. The news media, one day, will pay the price of its obvious bias. We do not know when, but it is coming!

Here is the article. Enjoy it!

Patton: When Common Sense Becomes Controversial

By Doug Patton
Someone asked me at church last Sunday whom my "dream ticket" for president and vice president would include. (Yes, believe it or not, Americans can and do discuss politics at church — and it’s actually legal!) My answer was immediate: "Rick Santorum and Marco Rubio." Think of it. Pennsylvania and Florida. The Rust Belt meets the Sun Belt. A second generation Italian-American and a first generation Cuban-American. And both of them committed conservatives.
Then I realized that both men are Catholics, and that could be a problem, but not for the reasons John F. Kennedy faced a half-century ago when distrustful Protestant voters feared that a Catholic president might "take orders from the Vatican." Today, it is the out-of-touch snobs in the elite media who believe such things. Exhibits A and B are Santorum’s appearances Sunday on both NBC’s "Meet the Press," hosted by David Gregory, and ABC’s "This Week," with George Stephanopoulos.
Both hosts insisted that Santorum — who arguably has put forward more practical proposals to create middle-income jobs than anyone else in the race — was making "social issues" the primary focus of his campaign. Santorum responded that he has been trying to talk about economics but the media is obsessed with his personal opinions on contraception and abortion.
Stephanopoulos was especially obtuse. He seemed dumbstruck by Santorum’s statement concerning JFK’s 1960 "religion" speech, wherein Kennedy, then a presidential candidate, stated his belief that "the separation of church and state is absolute." Santorum said that statement made him "want to throw up." Not a terribly articulate response, perhaps, but he followed it with a pertinent question: Should people of no faith be the only ones allowed into the public square with their beliefs? To which Stephanopoulos conjured up a tweet (the new form of political analysis, apparently) from someone who wanted to know how Santorum could possibly represent an atheist.
A darned sight better than Barack Obama represents me, I’ll wager.
So tightly sealed is the bubble in which he lives, Stephanopoulos seemed almost disoriented in his confusion when Santorum criticized Obama’s insistence that everyone should go to college. Why would anyone oppose such an idea? Two reasons, Santorum argued. First, not everyone wants to attend college, nor should they be forced to do so when trade schools and job training are a better fit for that person. And second, the vast majority of colleges and universities are liberal incubators that destroy a student’s faith and crush his or her individual ability to think anything but politically correct liberal thoughts. Sixty-two percent was the staggering figure Santorum quoted for the number of students who enter a major college or university with a Christian faith — and leave without one.
Faith in government to replace faith in God? No wonder Barack Obama wants everyone to go to college.
George Stephanopoulos, David Gregory and their clique of overpaid media elites will oppose any candidate who dares to point out that a reverence for life and for monogamous, heterosexual marriage, devoted to the raising of children and the fostering of a strong family life, is preferable to the wreckage brought upon our culture by the sexual revolution, which has given us illegitimacy, STDs, abortion, divorce and poverty.
Wouldn’t it have been refreshing to see Stephanopoulos, Gregory, or anyone else on the left, take as intense an interest in Barack Obama’s long relationships with his hate-mongering pastor, Jeremiah Wright or admitted terrorists Bill Ayers and his wife Bernadine Dohrn as they have in Rick Santorum’s personal views on birth control?
And wouldn’t it be nice, just once, to hear someone — anyone — in the elite media suggest that Barack Obama’s vote in favor of infanticide when he was a member of the Illinois State Legislature was just a bit more "controversial" than Rick Santorum’s suggestion that traditional marriage and innocent human life are worthy of society’s protection. When evil is called good, and good is called evil, societies die. When common sense becomes controversial, we are on the brink.
