How Can Obama And Hillary Get Away With Anything?

Barack Obama can issue illegal Presidential directives and Hillary can set up her own server without any supervision or security and nothing happens.Four Americans citizens die without our government trying to rescue them and no one is punished. Hillary sells influence and no one blinks.The President can use the IRS and FBI against citizens (IRS scandal) and nothing happens, in fact, the participants are allowed to retire on full government pension (Lorreta Lynch.)

Yet, be an average citizen and the weight of the government comes down on you. Ask Dinesh D'Souza who made a mistake of reimbursing friends for campaign donations and goes to jail for eight months. Ask General Petraeus who lost his job because he gave classified documents to his biographer.

The American government has been corrupted by those in power. Protecting their friends and punishing anyone who might disagree with them. These are the moves of a corrupt, third world dictatorship not unlike banana republics.

Now with the release of the hacked Democratic Party documents, we find that the campaign for their candidate was rigged against Bernie Sanders. Now we are not a fan of the Vermonter, but this is not the way it is supposed to work in the US. Democrats should be ashamed, should be demanding legal action be taken against the participants. But what happens? Instead of being banished to the wilderness, Debbie Wasserman Schultz is given the job of running the Hillary campaign. It appears when it comes to Democrats, corruption pays!

How has this happened? Americans don't seem to care enough to demand legality and fair play. They have been placated into believing that what happens on TV, in the movies, on the football field or more important than what is occurring in front of their eyes to their government. Additionally, there is feeling among those of us of the opposition that we cannot do anything and if we do we might face a D'Souza fate. Why risk our entire lives (personally, socially and financially) to fight an unwinnable argument?

When the average citizen fears the government, the government has full control. This means that unless someone like Trump can make a difference or if Americans become so disenchanted that they demand a change, America as we know it is over. Do you agree?

NEW YORK – A former U.S. attorney says there is no doubt that, before the November election, the FBI will recommend to Attorney General Loretta Lynch that she prosecute Hillary Clinton for mishandling of classified information, warning that intervention by the White House would provoke a revolt of Watergate proportions.

In an interview with WND, Joseph diGenova said that based “on all the available evidence, including what is publicly known and what is known in the law enforcement community, there is sufficient, credible evidence needed to meet the predicate to begin a grand jury – sufficient evidence for probable cause to believe various crimes have been committed.”

“There is simply no doubt that the FBI is going to recommend a series of charges to Attorney General Lynch,” he insisted.

DiGenova said he has been speaking with former FBI, Secret Service and intelligence people about the case.

“Based on the information they have secured from their brothers and sisters in the law enforcement community, there is unanimity on the fact that charges are going to be recommended by the FBI,” he said.

“It is impossible for them not to, under the circumstances,” he stressed.

DiGenova acknowledged, however, that Lynch has the discretion to do nothing.

But to the people in the FBI and intelligence community, he said, that would be “inconceivable.”

“There is going to be a revolt of Watergate proportions if criminal charges do not go forward.”

Purposeful avoidance

The FBI criminal investigation of Clinton began with questions regarding her handling of classified information through a private email server.

“First of all, the key to this is the private server,” diGenova said. “The existence of that server and its use by Hillary and her aides in an unencrypted mode, along with all their unencrypted personal devices, is a per se violation of the Espionage Act. It is the failure to properly store, maintain and protect classified information.”

DiGenova noted the FBI already has established a criminal case against a number of people on that charge, including Gen. David Petraeus, the former director of the CIA.

“The FBI, by virtue of seizing not only Hillary Clinton’s server but also numerous servers at the State Department, has begun to unravel the various communication levels and levels of classification beyond what the State Department is slowly releasing to the public,” he said.

He explained that the FBI is “acting on the basis that the server was set up purposefully to avoid disclosure to the public, the press, the Congress and the courts in response to legitimate legal requests and in response to subpoena.”

“That establishes the intent necessary for criminal activity, in the area of negligent handling of classified information,” he said.

DiGenova said the FBI has established a connection between the official acts of Clinton as secretary of state and the speech and fundraising activities of the Clinton Foundation.

He said he wouldn’t be surprised if the FBI has already begun retrieving documents from the Clinton Foundation as its investigation of Hillary Clinton expands into issues of political corruption.

“If I were a U.S. attorney today and this investigation was in my office, I would empanel a grand jury and I would seek charges. This is a no-brainer,” he said.

“This is a locked case of minimally a violation of the classified information statutes,” he said. “There are people who have lost their jobs, lost their security clearances, have been convicted of crimes, for leaving a single document out on their desks overnight.

“This case dwarfs, and I underscore dwarfs, the Petraeus case by multiples in the thousands.”

Jill Kelley — whose friendship with Gen. David Petraeus led FBI officials to investigate her background, a probe she says violated her privacy — says she doubts the agency will recommend Hillary Clinton be indicted for using a private email server during her time as secretary of state.

"I don't [think so]. You know why? Only because of one thing … This new director [James Comey] is, I heard, a very good guy, he has bosses and they're the same bosses that did this to Gen. Petraeus and my family," Kelley said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"So no I don't believe anything negative is going to happen to Hillary because the FBI bosses, no matter how good his intentions are to bring justice, he still has bosses and they're the same government that did this to my family."

President Barack Obama stopped the CIA from carrying out a plan to overthrow Syrian President Bashar Assad’s government in 2012, a new book by a former CIA agent has revealed.

The CIA crafted a detailed, multi-stage plan to take out the dictator in the beginning years of the Syrian civil conflict, wrote former CIA operative Doug Laux, who spent a year meeting with Syrian rebels and intelligence officials in neighboring Gulf countries to prepare the operation and pass intelligence back to the CIA.

Laux, together with several other CIA agents, wrote and presented the plan to the Senate Intelligence Committee. It was eventually brought to Obama, who rejected it, confirmed a different former senior CIA official.

The White House and CIA leadership had made it clear that the goal of Laux’s task force was to remove Assad from office, but refused to actually okay a plan, said Laux, NBC News reported.

“We had come up with 50 good options to facilitate that. My ops plan laid them out in black and white. But political leadership…hadn’t given us the go-ahead to implement a single one,” Laux wrote.

The plan included supporting Syrian rebels as well as infiltrating Assad’s ranks, pressuring and bribing members of his regime to overthrow him.

At the same time, then-CIA Director David Petraeus was pushing for a large program to train and arm moderate Syrian rebels with the aim of decisively shifting the balance of power in the conflict. Obama eventually adopted a much smaller program which has not had much effect on the realities of the battlefield.

Today, Petraeus and other supporters of the more aggressive plan say that it could have prevented the rise of the Islamic State, Assad’s use of chemical weapons against his own people, and the ever-worsening European refugee crisis.

Republican Senator John McCain agreed, telling NBC News, “I’m confident we would be looking at a different Syria today if the president of the United States hadn’t overruled David Petraeus, head of the CIA, Hillary Clinton, secretary of state, and Leon Panetta, who was secretary of defense.”

Obama defended his actions by saying that a non-military attempt to “change the equation on the ground” in Syria would not have worked in any case.

However, Laux’s book paints a different picture. The US destroyed its credibility in the region, he wrote, by hesitating and by bluffing about the consequences of Assad’s actions, threatening military reprisals that never came.

Once it became clear that America would do little to halt the crisis, Hezbollah, Iran, and ISIS stepped in. Today, the Syrian “civil” war has become a bloody conflict ranging across the Middle East and even reaching Europe in the shape of refugees and militants hiding among them.

Laux, frustrated with the administration’s refusal to act, quit the CIA. While both the White House and CIA refused to comment on the contents of his book, which was heavily censored, the CIA’s spokesman released a statement which attacked Laux personally, saying, “Sadly, Mr. Laux’s career at CIA did not work out. We hope that someday, maybe with age and greater maturity, he will have better perspective on his time here.”
