Confusion--Washington Style

If you want to have a glimpse into the reasons that Washington does not work on several levels, please take the time to read the attached article. The labyrinth that one has to go through is unbelievable and trying to circumvent it is impossible.  Rule making becomes impossible when the rule makers do not understand or have data on the business they are trying to regulate. No wonder we had such problems in 2008 and can only see why we will have other issues in the future.
