A New Jersey woman who organized an anti-lockdown protest has been charged with violating Gov. Phil Murphy's stay-at-home orders.

Kim Pagan, from Toms River, NJ, was the organizer behind an anti-lockdown protest outside the New Jersey State House in Trenton on mid-day Friday. Approximately two dozen cars lined up outside the State House; some vehicles had signs demanding that the state re-open. New Jersey State Troopers did not stop the demonstration, but Pagan was charged with violating the Garden State's stay-at-home order.
The Facebook page of the Central Jersey Libertarians posted a video of the protest, where a State Trooper is seen writing down license plate numbers of the cars involved with the demonstration.

Later that day, approximately a dozen people protested outside Gov. Phil Murphy's office building and demanded that he "open New Jersey."

On Friday, New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal tweeted: "If you think emergency orders are more like guidelines than actual rules, think again. Here's the latest on our enforcement actions. I know social distancing isn't exactly enjoyable, but now's not the time for fun & games. Please stay home & stay safe." The tweet linked to New Jersey's "Daily COVID-19 Enforcement Update," which included Pagan's charge of "violating the emergency orders."

New Jersey has over 81,000 confirmed coronavirus cases and 4,070 deaths from the virus. New Jersey has the second-most COVID-19 death and cases following New York.
"We are cautiously optimistic," said NJ Health Commissioner Judith Persichilli. She added that it appears that the state is "leveling off but we still expect it to be very high" into the beginning of May.

(Gateway Pundit) – A California public school teacher has bragged on social media that she is indoctrinating her students by teaching them that President Donald Trump is a “fascist,” compares the administration to death cult leader Jim Jones in lesson plans, and trashes her Republican students on social media.

The unhinged teacher also compared the 2016 election results to the deadly 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.

And I have no problem with teachers voicing their opinions on social media

But she admitted to teaching her students that the Trump administration a "fascist regime."

That's political indoctrination in the classroom.

Families should have school choice.

Lora Yorch is a government and economics teacher at California High School, which is part of the Whittier Union High Schools. She tweeted earlier this month that “the Trump administration is a fascist regime. I stopped circling that issue with my students. Call a spade a spade,” admitting to politically indoctrinating her students.

Her multiple Twitter accounts reveal a deep obsession with hating the president, admitting that she has told her students not to enlist in the military until Trump is out of office because they will “die to line his pockets.”

In a tweet from November 4, 2018, Yorch admits she stopped presenting both sides in class and tells Trump supporters that they are wrong for their political beliefs.

“I committed to telling my students the truth instead of telling ‘both sides.’ On Friday, I told a Trump supporting student that his ‘facts’ are untrue. He corrects objective FACTS with propaganda and I won’t give that equal weight. This is a tough time to teach Government,” Yorch tweeted with a sad face emoji.

The high school teacher doesn’t stop at just telling them that they are wrong, she also repeatedly trashes her pro-Trump students — even comparing them to maggots.

Last year, Yorch wrote about her Trump supporting students referring to them as “MAGAts,” the resistance meme playing on the word “maggot.”

Yorch frequently talks about her “hispanic students” as if they are idiots who just don’t understand how badly Trump will “hurt” them.

“I’m fortunate that only about two of my students have Trump supporting families per class (poor Hispanic kids, Los Angeles County, CA), but can tell you, universally the BIGGEST jerk in the class (with a failing grade) will DEFEND anything Trump does. ANYTHING,” Yorch tweeted in 2019.

It is unclear if the student is failing because they deserve to be, or if Yorch is failing them because she disagrees with their political views.

Yorch has claimed multiple times that she uses lesson plans about the deadly Jonestown cult to compare President Trump and Fox News to the cult leader who lead 909 people to commit a mass murder/suicide in 1978.

“I’ve informed approximately 1,000 Hispanic teens over the years, that Fox is not news. Not because they’re Fox’s intended audience, but because they’re Fox’s untended victims and they deserve to be warned of the danger of propaganda. I couple it with the Jonestown Cult lesson,” Yorch tweeted in June 2019.

If comparing the president to a death cult leader wasn’t insane enough, Yorch also compared his election win to 9/11.

“Just said to my HS students that Trump is the 9/11 level scandal they’ll tell their grandchildren about,” Yorch tweeted in 2017 with the hashtag “#TrumpRussia.”

The tweets aren’t just random moments of frustration. Her entire account is a shrine to her admissions of indoctrination.

The high school teacher also claimed she “took a knee” in protest with students following the election.

Yorch has repeatedly tweeted an anecdote about a student who asked her why nobody has assassinated the president. She said that she understood why some people “might not want him to live a long life.”

Yorch frequently brags about her taxpayer-funded inflated salary, making $140,000 in 2017 between her total pay and benefits. She has referred to herself as a “way overpaid teacher” on Twitter.

“The high salary itself isn’t the problem. The problem is that taxpayers are forced to pay large amounts of money for the political indoctrination of their own kids. This wouldn’t be an issue if we had school choice since families could pull their children – and their education dollars – away from bad actors,” Reason Foundation Director of School Choice Corey DeAngelis told the Gateway Pundit.

Posts on her semi-anonymous Twitter account match with photos and details from her public Facebook and YouTube accounts, including posts about her dog “Sideways.”

An additional Twitter account belonging to Yorch uses her real name, links to her school district, and follows the same extreme anti-Trump themes as her semi-anonymous account.

The Gateway Pundit has reached out to officials in the Whittier Union High School district and California High School and will update this story if a comment is provided.

Rush Limbaugh: ‘We Are Headed To Great Depression’ With ‘Democrats Fully On Board’

(Breitbart) – A clearly astonished Rush Limbaugh warned his listeners Thursday that America is headed for another Great Depression if the economy contracts any further due to shutdowns in response to the coronavirus crisis.

“All we need is a 30 to 40% contraction in this economy,” the conservative radio host asserted. “We’ll hit Great Recession territory first and then depression, if this doesn’t stop — and the idea that there are people advocating for this!”

Limbaugh stressed Americans need to know this path to depression could begin a reversal immediately, but that “there are forces arrayed against doing that”:

We know who they are. We know exactly. We know they’re all Democrats. We know they are some in the health and medical community.

Three years to revive an economy, create roaring circumstances. It took less than two months to wipe it all out. Twenty-two million people filing for unemployment compensation — 22 million — and the idea that there is not an angry outcry from all over the world that this must stop?

That outcry had better happen, because this… We’re beyond now saying this is unsustainable. This is untenable! This is cataclysmic! We’re in the midst of a self-created disaster that we could fix (snap, snap, snap) at the snap of our fingers.

“How in the world can anybody sane want to keep this economy shut down?” the radio host asked, repeatedly pointing out how the entire concept of what has occurred in America over the past two months is nothing less than astonishing:

How can anybody sane be anything less than scared and outraged and mortified that 22 million people have been thrown out of work over something that may end up killing fewer than 50,000 people? It is unprecedented! And yet there are people who want to maintain the circumstances we are in. And it boggles the mind.

“It is so counterintuitive to Americanism,” Limbaugh continued. “We cannot go on! … I can’t believe it has gone on this long! I can’t believe… In one way, I can’t believe the American people haven’t arisen in outrage over this yet.”

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is encouraging people to snitch on anyone who isn't abiding by social distancing guidelines and report them to the police.

The Democratic mayor advised New Yorkers to take photos of anyone who was not keeping a distance of six feet away from others or any businesses that were violating the social distancing rules.
Mayor de Blasio released a video on Saturday that provided instructions on how people could tattle on their fellow New Yorkers.
"We still know there's some people who need to get the message," de Blasio said in the video posted on Twitter. "And that means sometimes making sure the enforcement is there to educate people and make clear we've got to have social distancing."
Mayor de Blasio boasted it is "easier than ever" to rat out others.
"When you see a crowd, when you see a line that's not distanced, when you see a supermarket that's too crowded — anything — you can report it right away so we can get help there to fix the problem," de Blasio said.

The mayor told people to take a photo of any overcrowded situation and text the photo and the location of the picture to 311-692.
"Bang, send a photo like this, and we will make sure that enforcement comes right away," the NYC mayor said.
"Enforcement will come to get the help we need," de Blasio said. "Sending that photo in is going to help make sure that people are kept apart, and that's going to stop the disease from spreading, and that's going to save lives."
On April 6, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that he was raising the maximum fines for violating the state-mandated social distancing rules from $500 to $1,000.

Earlier this month, Democratic Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti encouraged residents to report businesses that didn't obey the "safer at home" order.
"You know the old expression about snitches? Well, in this case snitches get rewards," Garcetti said. "We want to thank you for turning folks in and making sure we are all safe."

Republican Gov. Kristi Noem has become a centerpiece politician for rights and liberty. Amidst a growing number of power-grabbing opportunist politicians looking to cash in on COVID-19 fears, she’s remained calm and guided by the Constitutional oaths she took. She didn’t issue any draconian shutdowns, which prompted cheers from most common-sense Americans, but criticisms from media members that subscribe to heavy-handed herd management.

“I believe in our freedoms and liberties,” she said.

Noem’s executive order advises people to follow CDC guidelines, consequently putting the responsibility to prevent COVID-19 spread with the people.

During an interview with Fox News’s Laura Ingraham, Noem explained that she’s concerned that our panic is leading to a demise in our liberties.

“I told them I took an oath to uphold the constitution of our state, of South Dakota. I took an oath when I was in Congress, obviously, to uphold the Constitution of the United States. I believe in our freedoms and liberties.

What I’ve seen across the country is so many people give up their liberties for just a little bit of security. And they don’t have to do that.

If a leader will take too much power in a time of crisis, that is how we lose our country. So I felt like I’ve had to use every single opportunity to talk about why we slow things down, we make decisions based on science and facts and make sure that we’re not letting emotion grab a hold of the situation.”

Media outlets point to an outbreak at Sioux Falls pork processing plant as evidence of failure, however, that plant is considered an essential business. Meaning, it would be open regardless of a draconian shutdown order.

“We’ve got one issue in a pork processing plant in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, but outside of that, two-thirds of our state has no cases, or one case in an entire county. So we’re doing very well as a state.

“We are addressing the one hotspot that we do have, and aggressively testing in that area, but what you talked about, Laura, is exactly right. We should be tracking who’s in the hospital, what the death rate is. And South Dakotans are doing a fantastic job following my recommendations and we’ve been able to keep our businesses open and allow people to take on some personal responsibility,” Noem said.

Noem’s heroic COVID-19 stances have elevated her status from ordinary governor to a potential star Republican. It’s certainly not out of the realm of possibility that Noem may someday seek the country’s highest office. As more and more Americans are bled out of financial stability, people from all parties are fleeing Democrats looking for freedom-oriented candidates.
