Current TV has become Al Jazeera America. Al Gore has profited handsomely. And now Conservative Tom signed up to see what they have to offer. What is happening in the world. OK, some of you might think that we have lost our minds. Our rationale--it is better to know what the other side is thinking than to be blind to their opinions.
When we learned to debate, we had to know both sides of all the arguments and in competition we were required to debate one side of the issue and then on the next round, debate the opposite. You had to know the best and worst arguments on both sides so that you could defeat your opponent.
So when we subscribe to Al Jazeera, we will be able to bring you their arguments and then try to show how to defeat them. It is better to know your enemy, in fact, you should know your enemy better than your friend.
