Also, for the second month in a row, 51 percent of insured voters and 45 percent of uninsured voters said they think overall quality of healthcare will decline because of Obamacare, says the Rasmussen Reports phone survey released Monday.
Most voters also dislike Obamacare and expect it to increase healthcare costs. Only 19 percent of respondents think their healthcare will be better by the end of the year than it is currently, as opposed to 30 percent who felt that way a year ago.
Those voters who are optimistic about the effects of Obamacare and think healthcare will improve as a result total 31 percent, also the highest to date.
However, the number of voters who consider the current healthcare system to be good or excellent is only 34 percent, according to Rasmussen.
The survey of 1,000 likely voters was conducted Saturday.
