Read the Shocking Message Left by ‘Spoiled’ NJ Teen Suing Her Parents – The Same One That Left the Judge So Angry
The northern New Jersey honor student who is suing her parents for $650 in weekly child support and college tuition reportedly sent a disturbing message to her mother. The message apparently got under the judge’s skin due to its inflammatory and disrespectful nature.
The Daily Mail has reportedly obtained the “phone message” left by Rachel Canning, which was submitted to Morris County Court. Judge Peter Bogaard called the message vulgar and scolded the teen in court earlier this week.
Read the transcript of the message below:
‘Hi mom just to let you know you’re a real f***ing winner aren’t you you think you’re so cool and you think you caught me throwing up in the bathroom after eating an egg frittatta, yeah sorry that you have problems now and you need to harp on mine because i didn’t and i actually took a s*** which i really just wanna s*** all over your face right now because it looks like that anyway, anyway i f***ing hate you and um I’ve written you off so don’t talk to me, don’t do anything I’m blocking you from just about everything, have a nice life, bye mom’
As TheBlaze reported on Wednesday, Judge Bogaard “ruled against immediately forcing Rachel Canning’s parents — her father a retired police chief — to pay her $650 weekly child support and pay for her remaining year of high school tuition, as she requested in a lawsuit filed last week.”
However, the judge scheduled a hearing for next month to decide whether to require her parents to pay for Canning’s college tuition.
“Do we want to establish a precedent where parents live in basic fear of establishing rules of the house?” Bogaard asked in court.
The girl, who has been described as “spoiled,” left home on Oct. 30, two days before she turned 18, during a period that her parents were separated and she began getting in trouble at school.
Canning has made plenty of allegations about her parents being abusive and kicking her out of the house. The parents claim she ran away.
