Another Cop Goes Ballistic In Unprovoked Attack!

From: SurvivalJoe:

Police Shatter Law Student’s Testicle During Traffic Stop

Screen Shot 2014-05-23 at 3.17.15 PMAlbuquerque Police are in the news once again, this time for rupturing a young man’s testicle during a traffic stop.
First-year New Mexico law student Jeremy Martin was out with friends when he was pulled over by the Albuquerque Police Department (APD).
Officer Pablo Padilla suspected that Martin had been driving under the influence when was pulled over.
After performing a field sobriety test, Martin was ordered to sit on the curb. Martin obeyed the original command, but then stood up and tried to discuss the event with officer Padilla.
As you can see in the video below, Martin was dressed well, spoke intelligently, and showed no signs of intoxication whatsoever.
But officer Padilla would not listen to Martin or address his questions. Martin continued to ask questions anyway. That’s when the officer kicked and kneed Padilla in the groin, shattering one of his testicles.
The entire incident can be seen in the video below. (WARNING: Mature language.)
According to Martin’s attorney, Sam Bregman, “This officer felt the necessity to knee him so directly and with so much blunt force that it shattered his testicle.”
After taking Martin into custody, officer Padilla ordered the passengers in Martin’s car to get out. One of the first things he asked was, “Where’s the weed?” — a strange question to ask if the traffic stop was for suspected drunk driving.
In file footage, the officer can also be seen confiscating the smartphone of one of the friends who recorded the incident.
