There are few politicians out there who are as plain-spoken as Ben Carson, and that’s why he’s doing so well in the polls despite his entrance into the presidential race being his first foray into politics.
In this interview with ABC’s Martha Raddatz, he shows just how effective being open and honest is as she spouts off Planned Parenthood talking points in order to bolster the pro-abortion movement. Carson stays on point and casually eviscerates her narrative.
Watch below:
Carson is right about the facts – a study shows that nearly 4 out of 5 Planned Parenthood clinics provide services very near to minority communities:
New research released by Protecting Black Life (an outreach of Life Issues Institute) reveals that 79% of Planned Parenthood’s surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of African American and/or Hispanic/Latino communities.
The group has a new map (http://www.protectingblacklife.org/pp_targets/) which serves as a powerful visual — illustrating in full color on a website portal integrated with Google Maps functionality just how Planned Parenthood targets minorities. This interactive site gives viewers an up close and personal look at just how close these facilities are to their neighborhoods.
But Raddatz only had the stats coming out of Planned Parenthood – almost as if she’s only taking one said and advocating for that political position! Hmmm… what a coincidence!
