Will Huma Be Indicted But Not Hillary?

California Rep. Darrell Issa says the FBI has a “slam dunk” case against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and senior aide Huma Abedin that it’s itching to prosecute.
The former House Oversight chairman’s statement on Friday comes just days after former Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay said his contacts in the agency will “blow the whistle and go public” if Attorney General Loretta Lynch does not prosecute.

“I think the FBI director would like to indict both Huma and Hillary as we speak,” Issa said at Florida Sen. Marco Rubio’s New Hampshire campaign headquarters on Thursday, the Washington Examiner reported. “I think he’s in a position where he’s being forced to triple-time make a case of what would otherwise be, what they call, a slam dunk.”
Approximately 100 FBI special agents are assigned to an investigation that will determine if the former secretary of state violated a subsection of the Espionage Act related to “gross negligence” in handling government documents. Dozens of agents were required to sign non-disclosure forms before examining classified information and trying to determine whether co-mingling of the Clinton Foundation and State Department business violated public corruption laws.

“You can’t have 1,300 highly sensitive emails that contain highly sensitive material that’s taken all, or in part from classified documents, and have it be an accident,” Issa said, the newspaper reported. “There’s no question, she knew she had a responsibility and she circumvented it. And she circumvented it a second time when she knowingly let highly classified material get onto emails in an unclassified format.”
Issa’s and DeLay’s comments also follow an exclusive Fox News investigation that revealed Clinton had beyond “top secret” intelligence pass through her “home brew” email server. The network obtained an unclassified letter by Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III that shows Clinton’s server contained intelligence known as “special access programs,” or SAP.
“To date, I have received two sworn declarations from one [intelligence community] element. These declarations cover several dozen emails containing classified information determined by the IC element to be at the confidential, secret, and top secret/sap levels,” said the Jan. 14 IG letter to lawmakers with oversight of the intelligence community and State Department. “According to the declarant, these documents contain information derived from classified IC element sources.”
Issa said that FBI Director James Comey would have an uphill battle to get the Obama administration to prosecute Clinton – even with a “slam dunk” case.
“I’ve worked with both the last attorney general … and this attorney general, and I really don’t believe they’ll do it,” Issa told the newspaper. “Doing it, by definition, would end her run for president.”

DeLay Is Wrong. Obama Knows EXACTLY What He Is Doing!

DeLay: Obama Has 'Surrendered to ISIS'

By Greg Richter   |   Monday, 16 Nov 2015 08:48 PM
President Barack Obama doesn't have the right worldview for a wartime president and has essentially surrendered to the Islamic State (ISIS), former GOP House Majority Leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.

"The president in his press conference, what I saw was he all but surrenderred. He has surrendered to ISIS," DeLay said Monday on "Newsmax Prime."

Obama held a press conference Monday in Turkey during the G20 Conference in which he said the terror attacks in Paris on Friday that left 129, including one American dead, will not change his policy in regard to ISIS, and that he still will not consider American boots on the ground in Syria or Iraq.
"We have a president that's feckless, that's incompetent, that has no idea what he's doing," DeLay said. "His worldview is the wrong worldview for a war president and Congress has to say it. Congress has to stand up."

Were he in Congress today, DeLay said he would suspend all legislation for the rest of the year to focus on going to war and eradicating ISIS. The spending bill could be done through a continuing resolution.

Story continues below video.

Members of Congress should go out to the American people in their districts and states, "explain what's going on here, explain what has to happen, show them a president that is a coward and stand up for the people when they rise up," DeLay said.

"I would go to every state that has a Democrat senator and every district that has a Democrat House member, and I would physically move my members into those districts and start holding town meetings and hang Obama around these Democrats and weaken the resolve to support this horrible strategy of Obama," he said. "Then you could build a pressure cooker that might force the president to do the right thing."

DeLay also agreed with former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, who said if Syrian refugees are going to be allowed into the United States, Christians should be given priority.

"The Christians are being completely wiped out in the Middle East right now," DeLay said on Newsmax's "Steve Malzberg Show." Obama "doesn't know the definition of what is American. We've got to be very careful who we let into this country."

When there is another attack on the United States, "that blood is going to be on his hands," DeLay said.
At least one of the Paris attackers entered Europe as a Syrian refugee.

DeLay also was critical of Obama for releasing five prisoners from Guantanamo Bay shortly after the Paris attacks.

The safety and security of the American people "is being threatened by the president of the United States, and we've got to wake up to that and we've got to do something about it," DeLay told Malzberg. "We've got to do something about the president."

DeLay is calling for Obama to resign.

The View Of The Future--Executive Orders To Implement Obama's Agenda. Wait Until He Runs For President For A Third Term

DeLay on Obama Gun Executive Order: Congress Should Consider Impeachment

By Todd Beamon   |   Friday, 23 Oct 2015 11:42 PM
Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay told Newsmax TV on Friday that if President Barack Obama implemented a plan to require background checks on some gun sales by executive order and without congressional approval, the House should consider impeachment proceedings.

"The very fact that you might bring it before the Judiciary Committee and investigate it and determine whether it's an impeachable offense is a very healthy thing to do," DeLay, the Texas Republican who served in the position from 2003 to 2005, told "Newsmax Prime" in an interview.

Earlier this month, The Washington Post reported that Obama was considering circumventing Congress and imposing an executive order requiring high-volume gun dealers to perform background checks on their buyers.
Latest News Update

Obama was weighing the move after the Oct. 1 shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Ore.

Nine people were killed and nine others were injured in the attack by Christopher Harper-Mercer, 26, who asked people to state their religion after bursting into a classroom shortly after 10:30 a.m.

If a student said that they were a Christian, Harper-Mercer shot them. He later killed himself in a gun battle with police.

DeLay, 68, who also served as Majority Whip, says Congress needs to stand strong against Obama on any such unilateral action.
"The House needs to use its power of hearings to start letting the American people know that this is a lawless president, we have a lawless Supreme Court — and the judiciary needs to step up and show the American people what this president is doing, which will support any other efforts to defund the president."
