Torah Codes Warn Korean Nuclear Crisis May Signal War Between Legions of Angels

A Torah codes expert discovered hints concerning North Korea’s recent threat to use nuclear weapons against America and revealed that the despotic regime is specifically designated as having a terrifying role in the end-of-days. Even more alarming are the codes describing the part that legions of angry angels, harsh messengers of God, may play in this scenario.

Last week, North Korea warned it would consider launching a preemptive nuclear strike against America in response to joint US-South Korean military exercises. Rabbi Matityahu Glazerson quickly released a video explaining how Torah codes, a system of interpreting the Bible by connecting letters through set intervals, reveals how the two countries are pitted against each other in a nuclear showdown.

Using a special computer program to help him find these codes, the rabbi found the words ‘Tsafon Korea’ (North Korea). The message became even clearer as the rabbi found the letters aleph, heh, resh, and bet arranged sequentially. These letters form the acronym for ‘Artzot Habrit’ (the United States in Hebrew).

Both of these codes were adjacent to the words ‘Shoah Atomit’ (atomic holocaust). On the same grid of Bible codes, the rabbi discovered the word ‘Gog’, which the he said hints at the possibility that North Korea is the nation that will bring the pre-Messianic war, prophesied to come “from the North”.  

Even more shocking was the discovery in the grid of Bible codes of the name Samael, the main archangel of death, and his mate, Lilith. Samael literally means ‘the drug of God’, or, as it is explained in the Zohar, the poison of God. In the Talmud, Samael is described as the angel of death and commander of a legion of two million angels.

The Yalkut Shimoni, a compilation of rabbinic commentaries on the Bible believed to have been composed in the 13th century, identified Samael as the angel of Esav (Esau) that fought with Jacob, bestowing upon him the name ‘Israel’. Samael became the angel of the nation of Edom, according to Rabbinic literature, which became Rome. According to many contemporary rabbis, Esav is now epitomized by Western civilization, headed by the United States.

When Rabbi Glazerson searched the codes surrounding the names of the two countries, he also discovered the words ‘hahatra’a’ (the warning), and ‘iyoom’ (threat).

In his video, Rabbi Glazerson warned in Hebrew, “North Korea is a nuclear threat to the United States, and they should take Korea’s threat seriously. It is a danger to the entire world.”

The rabbi explained that this international confrontation is not confined to North Korea and America, but will actually help bring the Messiah. In his video showing the grid of letters, Rabbi Glazerson points to the word ‘Moshiach’ (Messiah) adjacent to ‘ben Yishai’ the son of Jesse. The same interval reveals the letters denoting Hebrew year 5778, which will begin on the Jewish new year in September.

Rabbi Glazerson explained, “Korea, and the nuclear threat are bringing us closer to Moshiach.”

“This is such an important and interesting table of codes, but all these developments are written in Jewish sources,” the rabbi concluded. “The Torah is the blueprint of creation. Torah codes are really telling us what was planned before, especially when it tells of things that are going to come before the Moshiach.”

Rabbi Pinchas Winston, a prolific author and End of Days scholar, agreed that the current confrontation could have dire consequences.

“North Korea is a kind of wild card. It may be a small and obnoxious country that, as we have seen in history, somehow triggers much bigger things, similar to the assassination of Duke Ferdinand  triggering World War I,” he suggested.

“A match is a small thing that easily blows out,” he said for illustration. “But if you drop it in a room full of gunpowder, it explodes dramatically.”

Almost 100 years ago, a world-famous Polish rabbi named Rabbi Israel Meir Kagan made a prediction that could result in the War of Gog and Magog, and the revelation of Moshiach (messiah), in 2017.

Rabbi Kagan, popularly known as the Chafetz Chaim, after the title of his most famous book, died in 1933. Before his death, he revealed that the War of Gog and Magog would be fought in three stages. The first stage was WWI, which began in 1914.

The Chafetz Chaim predicted that the second stage of Gog and Magog would occur 25 years after WWI, and that it would be much more brutal than the first stage. True to his prediction, WWII began in 1939, exactly 25 years later.

There is a final part of the Chafetz Chaim’s prediction. He said that the third part of the war of Gog and Magog would occur 72 years after the second stage, although it was not clear whether he meant 72 years after the beginning of WWII or 72 years after the end.

Since WWII started in 1939, 72 years later was 2012. Obviously, the final war of Gog and Magog did not occur in 2012. However, WWII ended in 1945. That date, plus 72 years, brings us to 2017.

In his new book Moshiach is Coming, Are you Ready?, Rabbi Alon Anava quotes several students of the Chafetz Chaim who heard him make these predictions.

“And this war [WWII] will end with unbelieveable casualties,” predicted the Chafetz Chaim. Indeed, over 60 million people, combatants and civilians, were killed during WWII, including the six million Jews who were exterminated during the Holocaust. More people died during WWII than any previous military conflict in history.

The Chafetz Chaim further predicted “But I see that after that, the Jews will count ten sabbatical years, which will be until the end of [2015]. At the end of 2015, there is going to be the last sabbatical year. Then we will reach [2016], when there will be an incredible amount of conflict in the world… lucky is anyone who survives this.”

End of days expert Rabbi Pinchas Winston explained the connection between the final war of Gog and Magog and Moshiach to Breaking Israel News. “Moshiach is the cause of [the war]. He stands up for Jerusalem and they come after us because of it,” Rabbi Winston said.

In other words, Moshiach’s defense of Jerusalem against the threats of other nations is the potential catalyst for the third stage of the War of Gog and Magog, which, according to the  Chafetz Chaim’s prediction, is to be expected sometime in 2017.

In light of recent events at the UN, where, for the first time, the United States abstained from a Security Council vote declaring Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria illegal, so many factors seem to be in place for a dramatic next chapter in the rapidly unfolding end of days scenario.

Evangelical Beliefs on Israel Match Prophetic Doomsday Scenarios

A recent survey of Christian Evangelicals has them echoing Jewish prophecies, associating trouble in Israel and the rest of the Middle East with End Times.

Brookings Institute, a Washington DC-based think tank, recently released the results of their survey entitled  American Attitudes Toward the Middle East and Israel. Among the more noteworthy results of their survey are two findings related to Evangelical Christian beliefs about Israel and the End of Days.

A staggering 73 percent of Evangelical respondents say that world events would turn against Israel the closer we get to End Times. In addition, 79 percent of Evangelicals believe that the unfolding violence across the Middle East is a sign that the End Times are near. These two findings are consistent with beliefs based in Biblical prophecy and rabbinic teachings.

In the Biblical Books of the Prophets, there are two scenarios regarding the War of Gog and Magog and the End of Days, one from Ezekiel and one from Zechariah.

In his book The Ishmaelite Exile, Rabbi Yechiel Weitzman confirms that Ezekiel’s prophecy is the more pleasant of the two. Weitzman explains that Ezekiel prophesied that the war of Gog and Magog will be fought outside of Israel. “According to the prophecy of Yechezkel (Ezekiel), the Jewish nation will not be involved at all in the war of Gog, for it will take place only in the mountains of the north,” he writes.

The darker prophecy comes from Zechariah and describes an End of Days war fought in Jerusalem:

“And I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to wage war; and the city shall be captured, and the houses shall be plundered, and the women shall be ravished, and half the city shall go forth into exile-and the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city.” (Zechariah 14:2)

Islamic terror occurring in Israel and across the Middle East – the specific violence that Evangelical Christians believe are a marker of the End of Days as revealed in the survey- was also hinted at by King David in the Book of Psalms.

“Woe is to me for I have sojourned in Meshech; I dwelt among the tents of Kedar. For a long time, my soul dwelt with those who hate peace. I am peace, but when I speak, they are for war.” (Psalms 120:5-7)

Sometimes, as in the above quote, the Bible refers to Ishmael using the name Kedar. Literally, Kedar was a son of Yishmael.

“And these are the names of the sons of Ishmael by their names, according to their births: the firstborn of Ishmael was Nebaioth, and Kedar and Adbe’el and Mibsam.” (Genesis 25:13)

Much later, troubling times for Israel at the End of Days was predicted by Rabbi Israel Meir HaKohen Kagan, born in 1839 and popularly known as the Chofetz Chaim. The Chofetz Chaim passed away in 1933, before Word War II, the establishment of the State of Israel and the ascendancy of Islamic terrorism. Nevertheless, he described the time before the arrival of the Messiah as one in which the Jewish people will endure difficulties that will occur in incredibly quick succession.

According to a translation by Weitzman, the Chofetz Chaim stated: “Before the coming of Moshiach (Messiah), Hashem (God) will act in a hurried manner so wondrous that even all who are wise of heart will be unable to fathom it. The troubles and persecutions [of the Jewish people] will follow each other so closely that there will be no space between them. Just as for an expectant woman who is about to give birth, the closer she comes to the moment of birth, the more intense her contractions and her pain, and this is the most reliable indication that the birth is nearing, so too, the wheels of the era will turn faster at the time of the birth pangs of Moshiach.”

There are those, like the prophet Ezekiel, who believe that it is still possible for God to bring the redemption with pleasantness and mercy. At the same time, like the Evangelical Christians surveyed by the Brookings Institute, the prophecies of Zechariah, King David and the Chofetz Chaim warn of a darker scenario.

Rabbi Pinchas Winston, international lecture, prolific author and End of Days expert, explained to Breaking Israel News that history certainly seems to be playing out a less merciful end game.

“End-of-Days scenarios have been around since the beginning of days. To many, Doomsday Sayers have seemed out of touch with reality. However, with the direction history seems to be going, and quite involuntarily, it seems more like reality is getting in touch with the Doomsdayers,” he said.

“Even mainstream media has begun mentioning the unmentionable: World War III, and all of a sudden the End-of-Days scenarios are becoming common culture for all peoples.”

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has called the recent permanent Iran nuclear deal as “a bad mistake of historic proportions,” slamming western powers for capitulating to Iran. Is this agreement with the Islamic Republic the beginning of the War of Gog and Magog?

The Bible mentions Gog, the leader of a nation called Magog, in Ezekiel, chapter 38. But who is Gog and what modern country is Magog?

Just before his passing in 1995, Rav Levi Sa’adia Nachmani, a mystical rabbi from Israel who accurately predicted the Six Day War in 1967 and the Yom Kippur War in 1973, clearly stated in this video, that Korea is Magog.

End of Days blogger Menachem Robinson consistently states in his blog The Absolute Truth that Gog is Former US President George Bush whom he calls “the evil Gog Bush” and Magog is the United States.

A few months ago, Lisa Haven, writing for the Before It’s News website, stated that “Russia is Magog and Gog is their leader.”

As the End of Days advances, whichever scenario proves true, the recent nuclear agreement with Iran has Israel lovers worried about the fate of the Holy Land in the War of Gog and Magog.

Speaking earlier this year from Lakewood, NJ, Rabbi Mendel Kessin predicted that, after Obama leaves office, America will elect a strongly pro-Israel president and that America and Israel will join together in the War of Gog and Magog to fight ISIS and Iran.

Will ISIS and Iran, fighting the War of Gog and Magog, ultimately destroy the Land of Israel? Not according to Jewish sources. In fact, there are plenty of Jewish sources that suggest that Israel will be the safest place in the world during the War of Gog and Magog.

Rabbi Nir Ben Artzi, a mystical rabbi living in Southern Israel, writes a weekly column about a spiritual perspective on world events. His Hebrew newsletter is distributed in synagogues throughout Israel.

An English translation of his message from a few weeks ago notes, “Iran doesn’t care about anything else but being a respected country in the world, a nuclear power.  It is deathly afraid of Israel and does not mess with Israel directly, only indirectly.”

Earlier last month, another blogger, Hezbos In YOUR Backyard, quoted Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the powerful and universally respected leader of the worldwide Chabad Lubavitch movement who passed away in 1994, as saying “This world war of Gog and Magog cannot impinge on Jewish life.”

In this video, Rabbi Schneerson, speaking in Yiddish, also “says that what happens regarding Jerusalem and Israel is indeed only happening ‘around’ Jerusalem (but not ‘in’ Jerusalem).” The implication is that Jerusalem will be spared the pangs of war.

From a Jewish perspective, the Bible does not give us enough information to determine the true identity of Gog and Magog. We also don’t know for certain whether the War of Gog and Magog will be a physical war as we understand the term or whether it will be a spiritual battle. However, according to Jewish sources, we can look forward to the ultimate defeat of Gog.

Rabbi Yechiel Weitzman, in his book “The Ishmaelite Exile”, predicts a positive conclusion to the War of Gog and Magog that Bible believers can cling to. “If we contemplate our sages’ words, we will realize that the feature characteristic of Gog is his war against belief in God. This being the case, his downfall will come about through supernatural plagues that will force everyone to recognize God, and all will proclaim, ‘God is One, and His name is One.’”
