Climate Hysteria Fraud Reaching Its Predictable Outcome

BREAKING: Americans on HIGH Alert After UN Plans “Court” to Bring U.S. to “Justice” for INSANE Reason

Recent news about the forthcoming United Nations Climate Summit in Paris is raising alarms about just how much sovereignty the U.N. will have over domestic issues.
According to a draft document released by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, participating nations have drawn up a treaty that would create an “International Tribunal of Climate Justice.”is tribunal would give Third World countries the ability to bring charges against the United States and take it to court.
Congress would be completely sidestepped if this deal goes through, according to WND.
The document states that the tribunal would address certain issues such as “climate justice,” “climate finance” and “climate debt.”

While the document is still in its draft form, the purpose set forth is very revealing in regard to any intentions dealing with the United States. It claims to address “cases of non-compliance … including through the development of an indicative list of consequences, taking into account the cause, type, degree and frequency of non-compliance.
Craig Rucker, executive director and co-founder of Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, expresses concerns over the document.
“Now they want the power to haul the U.S. and its allies before a U.N. Star Chamber to enforce compliance,” Rucker wrote on the CFACT website.
“Whatever they call it, countries who sign onto this agreement will be voting to expand the reach of the U.N. climate bureaucracy, cede national sovereignty, and create a one-way street along which billions will be redistributed from developed to poor nations,” Rucker said.
“Developed nations would be expected to slash their emissions while the ‘poor’ countries expand theirs. China, which holds a trillion dollars in U.S. debt, would be counted among the poor.”
Rucker said President Barack Obama and John Kerry are “desperate” to call the treaty a foreign policy “success.”
However, we know anything Obama calls a success is more than likely going to be a detriment to America. Obama has repeatedly proven he does not hold American interests at heart.
Rucker noted the danger involved in allowing the U.N. sovereignty over American issues. “How far are they willing to sell out American interests to get this ill-begotten agreement signed?”
We should be frightened to know the answer.

Obama Will Cripple American Via UN Mandates. He Does Not Care About You Or I, Only Himself!

EXPOSED: Obama and the UN’s Secret Plan to Shred the US Constitution

If the words “climate justice tribunal” sound an alarm in your head, congratulations, you’re a thinking human. You’re also not a member of the Obama administration.
The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, which the administration supports, was recently released to the public. Among other things, the framework calls for a “climate justice tribunal” — essentially a supranational court to be administered by the United Nations.
According to WND, the UNFCCC is an attempt to reach an agreement like the Kyoto Protocol in the late 1990s. That global warming treaty, while championed by the Clinton administration and Vice President Al Gore, was shot down in the Senate.
However, this time the administration is saying that they don’t need Senate approval, in spite of the Senate’s constitutional role in approving treaties, since the UNFCCC isn’t a treaty. (Where have I heard this before?)
Competitive Enterprise Institute Senior Fellow Chris Horner says that we should be extremely worried when words like “climate justice” are kicked around.
“What is climate justice? This is troubling for several reasons,” Horner said.
“The Senate has an advisory and a confirmation role in international agreements,” he added. “Whatever comes out of these Kyoto II talks, the president said, ‘It’s not a treaty, so I don’t need to go through the Senate.’
“But now we see this draft that has a court. That’s a problem.”
Horner also pointed out that recent global warming talks have revealed that the agenda is less about climate change and more about a transfer of wealth, specifically away from the United States.
“It was transparently all about us when (Kyoto) was drafted in the ’90s,” Horner said.
“When Asia happened and all this development occurred, thank goodness, and their emissions began skyrocketing while ours did not, it remained about us.
“Now that’s odd if it really was about greenhouse gas emissions.”
He added that such a tribunal “will not be stacked with the Antonin Scalias of the world.”
“It will be stacked with people who style themselves as climate jurists seeking climate justice, which as we’ve seen in recent years, means pretty much any grievance there is, climate is an excuse to force a wealth transfer to remedy it.”
The idea that Obama could sign us on to such a treaty — signaling a loss of national autonomy unheard of in thehistory of this country — is a prospect that should frighten every American.
However, in spite of what the president thinks, we do still have a little thing called checks and balances. Let’s hope that our system can withstand the onslaught being perpetrated on it by the Obama administration.
Please like and share on Facebook and Twitter if you agree the approval of the UNFCCC without the Senate is entirely unconstitutional.
