Former Spokane, Wash. NCAA leader Rachel Dolezal, who made international headlines in 2015 when it was revealed she was a white woman falsely claiming to be black, has been criminally charged on three counts relating to a welfare fraud scheme.

She has been charged with first degree theft by welfare fraud, perjury in the second degree, and false verification for public assistance, after investigators discovered she lied about her income in order to qualify for welfare payments.

Dolezal, who now admits she is biologically white but continues to call herself black, legally changed her name to Nkechi Diallo.

“According to court documents, Diallo illegally received $8,747 in food assistance, and illegally received $100 in childcare assistance. Total restitution, according to the documents, is $8,847, allegedly stolen from August 2015 through November 2017,” Spokane NBC affiliate KHQ reported in breaking the story.

KHQ reports the investigation began in March 2017 when welfare officials learned Diallo has published a book about her life, but had not reported any income or royalties.

Subpoenaed bank records reveal Diallo deposited a total of $83,924 into her bank account between August 2015 and September 2017. In filings for welfare payments during that time Diallo reported her income as less than $500 a month.

Just as she did when confronted about her race claims in 2015, Diallo tried to pretend there was no issue, then refused to answer any further questions.

The State of Washington is seeking restitution for the defrauded payments, and may seek a prison term of up to 15 years.

Several months before being exposed as a race hoaxster, Diallo she told police she was being targeted by white supremacists who were mailing her threatening letters at the Spokane NAACP’s post office box.

A police investigation revealed the letters could not have been mailed, as they had no stamps or postmarks, and only Diallo and the mail carrier had access to the mailbox. No postal employee reported handling or seeing the envelopes, leaving Diallo as the only possible source for the letters.

Diallo was previously employed by Eastern Washington University where, in her online biography, she claimed to have been the victim of “at least eight documented hate crimes [targeting her] and her children during her residency in North Idaho.”

In each case, Diallo was the only witness. Diallo claimed racists painted a swastika on the door of the Human Rights Education Institute at which she worked, but no one witnessed the incident and the group’s security cameras had been turned off. HREI suspected Diallo staged it.

Diallo also claims racists left a noose on her front porch. Again, there were no witnesses. A neighbor recognized the rope as one he had fashioned into a makeshift noose a year earlier to hang up a deer for processing, but the rope had gone missing. Investigators called Diallo to ask about the neighbor’s statement, at which point she did not return their call.

Rachel Dolezal Lawsuit

  • Rachel Dolezal Lawsuit

JUNE 15--The NAACP official who today resigned in the face of evidence that she masqueraded as black once sued Howard University for denying her teaching posts and a scholarship because she was a white woman, The Smoking Gun has learned.
Rachel Dolezal, 37, who headed the NAACP’s Spokane, Washington chapter, sued Howard for discrimination in 2002, the year she graduated from the historically black college with a Master of Fine Arts degree.
Dolezal, then known as Rachel Moore, named the university and Professor Alfred Smith as defendants in a lawsuit filed in Washington, D.C.’s Superior Court. During the pendency of the civil case, Smith was chairman of Howard’s Department of Art.
According to a Court of Appeals opinion, Dolezal's lawsuit “claimed discrimination based on race, pregnancy, family responsibilities and gender.” She alleged that Smith and other school officials improperly blocked her appointment to a teaching assistant post, rejected her application for a post-graduate instructorship, and denied her scholarship aid while she was a student.
The court opinion also noted that Dolezal claimed that the university’s decision to remove some of her artworks from a February 2001 student exhibition was“motivated by a discriminatory purpose to favor African-American students over”her.
As detailed in the court opinion, Dolezal’s lawsuit contended that Howard was “permeated with discriminatory intimidation, ridicule, and insult.”
Judge Zoe Bush dismissed Dolezal’s complaint in February 2004, 18 months after the lawsuit was filed and Dolezal was deposed on several occasions. Bush found no evidence that Dolezal was discriminated on the basis of race or other factors. The D.C. Court of Appeals subsequently affirmed Bush’s decision.
Following the dismissal of Dolezal’s lawsuit (and the Court of Appeals decision), she was ordered to reimburse Howard for a “Bill of Costs” totaling $2728.50. During the case, she was also ordered to pay the university nearly $1000 in connection with an “obstructive and vexatious” court filing that sought to improperly delay her examination by an independent doctor.
Dolezal’s lawsuit included “claims for medical and emotional distress damages,” according to a court docket. (5 pages)

Meaningless Killing of WWII Vet

Why is the media not filled with the news of two white men being killed by black kids? Because it is only news when someone other than a black kills black people, otherwise the media is not interested.  You see, they want to make the racial story.

When 90% of all black killings are done by black individuals, isn't it time for the Jesse Jacksons and Al Sharptons of the world to focus on the real problem for blacks--that being the deaths by their own race? However, they would rather play the race card and stir up trouble rather than helping their own.

We need a new set of leaders in the black community who are willing to point out that the race has a problem and it is not the white man/yellow man/brown man. Until the black population addresses its problems, all the government programs in the world will not help them out.

One teenage boy has been arrested and another is still being sought by police for the murder of 88-year-old Delbert "Shorty" Belton, a World War II vet who was beaten to death Wednesday night outside his favorite hangout: the Eagles Lodge in Spokane, Wash.

The teenage suspect has been charged with first-degree robbery and first-degree murder, according to CNN.

He was picked up around 10 p.m. Thursday, reports The Los Angeles Times. Images of two black suspects, taken by surveillance cameras mounted at local businesses, were released by Spokane police after Belton was found inside his car, unconscious and with severe head injuries, the Times said. Belton died Thursday morning from the beating.

The Eagles Lodge is a popular bar where Belton often played pool.

"It does appear random," Spokane police Lt. Mark Griffiths told reporters. "It appears he was assaulted in the parking lot and there was no indication that he would have known these people prior to the assault."

The Los Angeles Times reports the teen who was has been arrested has a lengthy record, including a conviction in 2012 for fourth-degree assault, obstructing a police officer and misdemeanor rioting, according to juvenile court officials.

Belton was a Purple Heart recipient who survived the Battle of Okinawa after taking a shot in the leg, CNN quoted friends as saying. He retired after working at an aluminum company for more than 30 years.

A candlelight vigil will be held at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Eagles Ice-A-Rena in Spokane, adjacent to the Eagle’s Lodge where Belton, who was white, was killed.

Friends and family are stunned by the apparently meaningless slaying.

Belton's death has added fuel to the already raging racial fire that started with last week's thrill killing of Australian baseball player Christopher Lane, who was studying at East Central University in Oklahoma.

Some media members slammed the senseless attack against Belton and the mainstream media's lack of response to it.

This week, the White House and Rev. Jesse Jackson were blasted online for their responses to the murder of Lane, a white Australian collegiate baseball player studying at East Central University in Oklahoma.

Lane, 22, was reportedly murdered last week by three teens — two of whom were African American — because they were "bored" and "just wanted to see someone die," according to police.

Conservative pundits said the media responses were hypocritical.

"What if the victim here [Lane] had a chance to see future attackers? And what if he crossed the street or went down a different block to get away from them?" radio host Steve Malzberg asked on "The Steve Malzberg Show" earlier this week. "You know what you could accuse him of? You could accuse him of profiling. … Oh, but that would've been racist. … That would have been terrible, and racial profiling's against the law and that makes him a bigot and he would be making an assumption that these kids were trouble."
